該コーナー部材の上記一対のソケット部にそれぞれの側端部を嵌入させた状態で、上記構造躯体の前面に外壁留め付け金具によって留め付けられた左右一対の外壁板と、
該一対の外壁板の上記側端部及び上記構造躯体の出隅部を前方から覆うように配置され、上記構造躯体に出隅留め付け金具によって留め付けられた上記出隅柱と、
該出隅柱と上記構造躯体との間において、上下方向に連続形成された雨樋とを有し、
上記出隅柱は、互いに角度を持って接合されると共に鉛直方向に立設された左右一対の前面板部と、該一対の前面板部の左右端において後方へ向かって突出するように接合されると共に鉛直方向に立設された一対の側面板部とを有し、更に該前面板部及び該側面板部の双方には、上辺部に設けた上部下実と下辺部に設けた下部上実とを有していて、
