Description

The present invention relates to a folding integrated paper manufacturing facility. More specifically, the present invention relates to a manufacturing facility for folded and accumulated paper in which relatively thin paper such as towel paper and tissue paper, and webs such as nonwoven fabric are alternately zigzag folded and accumulated.

An outline of the manufacturing procedure of the folded accumulated paper will be described with reference to FIGS. 13 and 14.
The folding integrated paper manufacturing facility 100 includes a folding machine 110, a transverse feed conveyor 120, a vertical feed conveyor 130, and a cutting machine 140. The folder 110 is a conventional device that includes two drums 111, a count finger 112, a folding finger 113, and the like (see Patent Document 1). Each of the two drums 111 includes a cutter that cuts wide continuous paper into a certain size, and a jaw that holds the cut sheet. The count finger 112 is a member having a lot of comb-like support bars. The folded stacking paper T is stacked on the upper surface, and when the stacking amount reaches a predetermined amount, the count finger 112 is lowered and received by the transverse feed conveyor 120. hand over. The folding finger 113 is a tool that folds a sheet that is transferred from the drum 111 onto the count finger 112 one by one.

In the folding integrated paper manufacturing facility 100, first, the folding machine 110 folds the two wide continuous papers W1 and W2 along the width direction while cutting them to a certain size, and alternately stacks them in a zigzag shape. A certain number of sheets are stacked on the count finger 112 to make a long folded stacked paper T.
Next, the long folded and accumulated paper T is delivered to the transverse conveyor 120 and sent out in the width direction.
Next, the long folded stacked paper T is sent out in the longitudinal direction by the longitudinal feed conveyor 130, and is cut into fixed dimensions in order from the top by a cutting machine 140 using a circular saw.
Finally, when folded into a paper box P, a folded integrated paper product is completed.

By the way, when a sheet is folded by the folding machine 110, as shown in FIG. 15 (A), the folded accumulated paper T is placed on the count finger 112, but the count finger 112 has an interval between thin rod-shaped fingers. The long folded accumulated paper T hangs slightly under its own weight. In addition, since the folding fingers 113 are folded from the upper surface every time the sheet is folded from the upper surface of the folded and accumulated paper T, the drooping is further increased. Then, due to this sagging, as indicated by the symbol Z in FIG. (A), the lower end paper is drawn to the inner side at both end faces.
Then, when the shape of the end portion is deformed in this manner and cut to a certain size with a circular saw, as shown in FIG. (B), the short side folded folded paper t on the end side has the lower layer piece of paper as the upper layer. It is shorter than a piece of paper and this is a defective product.

In view of such circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide a folded integrated paper manufacturing facility that can make the length of a piece of folded stacked paper uniform.

The folding integrated paper manufacturing facility according to the first aspect of the invention is a folding machine that makes a long folded stacked paper folded in the width direction of the continuous paper from two wide continuous papers, and the long folded stacked paper is cut into short lengths. And a cutting machine for making short folded stacked paper, and an end face aligning machine for aligning the end face of the stacked paper by moving a bar supporting the lower surface of the long folded stacked paper from the inside to the outside, the end face aligning machine comprising: The folding machine is provided between the folding machine and the cutting machine.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first invention, the end face aligner includes a horizontal beam, a pair of left and right slide cylinders attached to the horizontal beam so as to be laterally feedable, and the pair of left and right slide cylinders. It is characterized by comprising a pair of left and right rake bars traversing, a lifting cylinder and a standby cylinder for raising and lowering the horizontal beam in two stages.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect, the end face aligner includes a presser cylinder that presses the center of the long folded stacking paper downward from above, and a stopper cylinder that presses upward from the bottom. It is characterized by having.

According to the first invention, when the bar is moved from the inside to the outside while the lower surface of the long folded stacked paper is supported by the bar, the lower piece of the long folded stacked paper is shaped flat, and the long folded folded paper is formed. The end face of the accumulated paper becomes vertical. For this reason, when it cut | disconnects in a short length at the next process, since length becomes equal by all the paper pieces, a defective product does not arise.
According to the second aspect of the invention, when the left and right rake bars are laterally fed by the left and right slide cylinders, the lower layer paper of the long folded stacked paper is pulled by friction and the deflection is removed, so that the end faces can be aligned vertically. For this reason, a defective product does not occur after the long folded and accumulated paper is cut. In addition, since the elevator cylinder and the standby cylinder are moved up and down in two stages, the operations of receiving the long folded stacked paper, aligning the end faces, and returning can be automatically performed.
According to the third aspect of the invention, since the center of the accumulated paper can be sandwiched lightly, it is possible to prevent the end surface from being inclined by excessively bringing the accumulated paper in either the right or left direction.

Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a side view of a folded integrated paper manufacturing facility according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a plan view of the folding integrated paper manufacturing facility. 3 is a view taken in the direction of arrows III-III in FIG.

In FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, A is a folding integrated paper manufacturing facility, which is composed of a folding machine 1, a transverse feed conveyor 2, an end face aligning machine 3, a vertical feed conveyor 4, and a cutting machine 5.
A feature of the present invention is that the end face aligning machine 3 is provided between the folding machine 1 and the cutting machine 5.

The folder 1 may be a known folder or a new improved folder. In short, two wide continuous papers W1 and W2 are folded along the width direction while being cut to a certain size, overlapped alternately in a zigzag shape, and a certain number of sheets are accumulated on the count finger to be folded into a long fold. What has the function to make the paper T may be used. As in the conventional example, the count finger has a comb-like shape.

A transverse feed conveyor 2 is arranged between the folding machine 1 and the longitudinal feed conveyor 4. The transverse feed conveyor 2 includes a first transverse feed conveyor 21, a second transverse feed conveyor 22, and a third transverse feed conveyor 23. Each of the transverse feed conveyors 21, 22, and 23 uses a narrow belt, and several of them are arranged in parallel at intervals.
The base end portion of the first transverse feed conveyor 21 is in a position where the count finger of the folding machine 1 is lowered, and can receive the long folded stacked paper T. The front end portion of the first cross feed conveyor 21 and the base end portion of the second cross feed conveyor 22 are arranged next to each other to receive the long folded stacked paper T fed by the first cross feed conveyor 21. it can. The distal end of the second transverse feed conveyor 22 and the proximal end of the third transverse feed conveyor 23 are arranged adjacent to each other, and receive the long folded stacked paper T to the distal end of the third transverse feed conveyor 23. Can be laterally fed. A plate 25 is placed on the lower surface of the belt so as to support the lower surface of the long folded stacked paper T.

In FIG. 2, a long hole 24 for lowering a bar of the end face aligner 3 described later is formed at a position adjacent to the distal end portion of the second lateral feed conveyor 22 and the proximal end portion of the third lateral feed conveyor 23. The end face aligning machine 3 in the present invention is installed at a connection position between the second transverse feed conveyor 22 and the third transverse feed conveyor 23.
Further, as shown in FIG. 1, a longitudinal feed conveyor 4 is installed at the tip of the third lateral feed conveyor 23, and the long folded stacked paper T at the position fed longitudinally by the longitudinal feed conveyor 4 is cut. A cutting machine 5 is provided, but details are omitted.

Based on FIG. 1 and FIG. 3, the detail of the end surface aligner 3 is demonstrated.
A horizontal beam 31 has a length exceeding the width of the transverse feed conveyor 2. Further, two slide cylinders 32 and 33 are attached to the front surface of the horizontal beam 31 separately on the right and left sides. The two slide cylinders 32, 33 have the same mechanism, and the sliders 32s, 33s move in the left-right direction on the slide rail. The rake bars 34 and 35 are attached to the sliders 32s and 33s. The rake bars 34 and 35 are L-shaped in a side view, and the lower horizontal parts are rake parts 34a and 35a so as to support the bottom surface of the long folded stacked paper T and slide in contact. It has become.

A presser cylinder 36 is attached to the center of the horizontal beam 31 with the piston rod facing downward, and a presser plate 37 is attached to the piston rod. A stopper cylinder 38 is disposed directly below the presser plate 37. The stopper cylinder 38 is attached with the piston rod facing upward.

A lifting cylinder 41 and a standby cylinder 42 are attached to both ends of the horizontal beam 31 in tandem. The horizontal beam 31 can be raised and lowered in two stages by combining the raising and lowering of the raising and lowering cylinder 41 and the raising and lowering of the standby cylinder 42.

Next, how to use the end face aligning machine 3 of the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.
(1) Standby position As shown in FIG. 4, the elevating cylinder 41 and the standby cylinder 42 are contracted, and the left and right sliders 32s and 33s are close to the center. For this reason, the two rake bars 34 and 35 are gathered and lowered at the center position. In this state, since the rake portions 34a and 35a of the rake bars 34 and 35 are in the elongated holes 24, the rake portions 34a and 35a are lowered below the belt surface of the second transverse feed conveyor 22 (that is, the lower surface of the long folded stacked paper T). ing.
For this reason, the long folded stacked paper T that has been laterally fed by the second laterally-feeding conveyor 22 is fed onto the rake portion 35a of the rake bars 34 and 35.

(2) Alignment Start Operation As shown in FIG. 5, the presser cylinder 36 is extended in advance, and the long folded stacked paper T is sandwiched between the piston rod of the stopper cylinder 38 by the presser plate 37. This is to prevent the inconvenience of tilting the end face because the paper under the stacked paper T is moved too far in either the right or left direction. However, this step is omitted in the case of the accumulated paper T that impairs the product value when pressed.
Subsequently, the elevating cylinder 41 is extended, and the rake bars 34 and 35 are lifted. At the same time, the presser cylinder 36 is contracted to raise the presser plate 37 and extend the stopper cylinder 38. At this time, the air pressure of the presser cylinder 36 is adjusted so that the presser plate 37 does not press the accumulated paper T too much.
In this state, the vicinity of the center of the long folded stacked paper T is slightly lifted by the rake bars 34 and 35.

(3) During alignment work As shown in FIG. 6, the left and right slide cylinders 32, 33 are driven to move the scoop bars 34, 35 toward both ends of the long folded stacked paper T. At this time, since the rake portions 34a, 35a of the rake bars 34, 35 slide on the lower surface of the long folded accumulated paper T in the lifted state, the lower layer paper of the long folded accumulated paper T is caused by frictional force. It is stretched in the direction of both ends.

(4) Completing the aligning operation As shown in FIG. 7, when the scoop bars 34 and 35 come out from both ends of the long folded stacked paper T, the aligning operation ends.
In this state, as shown in FIG. 12 (A), the lower layer paper of the long folded stacked paper T is stretched in the both end directions, so that the end faces Z are aligned and stand vertically.
For this reason, as shown in FIG. 12 (B), when cut in the subsequent process, the width dimensions of all the short folded paper sheets t including the short folded paper sheets t located at the outermost end are kept at a constant value, and the defect There will be no product.

(5) After that, the following operation returns to the first standby position.
-The standby cylinder 42 is extended, and the scoop bars 34, 35 are raised higher than the long folded stacked paper T (FIG. 8).
-The slide cylinders 32 and 33 are driven, and the scoop bars 34 and 35 are returned to the center (FIG. 9).
-Long folding folding paper T is laterally fed to the 3rd horizontal feeding conveyor 23 (FIG. 10).
The elevating cylinder 41 and the standby cylinder 42 are contracted, and the rake bars 34 and 35 are lowered below the second transverse feed conveyor 22.

(6) By repeating the above (1) to (4), the end surfaces of the long folded stacked paper T can be aligned in order.
