Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a spectacle member that is a constituent member of spectacles such as a temple, a rim frame, a modern frame, and a pad.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The eyeglass member has been manufactured by processing a metal from the past, or has been manufactured by molding using a resin, but processing using a resin can be easily processed into a complicated shape, It is generally used because it can be colored or decorated. However, since the resin can be colored with only a single color when color is applied, it has been difficult to give a more decorative effect by imparting a multicolor pattern to the resin itself. Although printing or transferring with a color material is also performed on the surface, the color is not deep, and there is a possibility that it may be peeled off while wearing spectacles and deteriorate.
[0003]
Therefore, a method for imparting a pattern of a plurality of colors to the resin itself has been proposed. For example, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-142559, an uneven portion is formed on a main body of a spectacle member, the main body is accommodated in a closed mold, and has a melting temperature lower than a heat resistance temperature of a resin constituting the main body. A method for manufacturing a spectacle member is described in which a resin is injected into a mold in a molten state and integrally molded with a main body. Registered Utility Model No. 3059644 describes a method of manufacturing a spectacle member by joining and integrating at least two kinds of synthetic resin pieces having different colors or textures. Japanese Patent No. 3015789 describes a method for manufacturing a spectacle member in which a plurality of resin block pieces are fitted, their joint portions are melted with a solvent, and the melted portions are integrated.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In such a conventional technique, for example, in the manufacturing method described in JP-A-10-142559, it is difficult to manufacture other than a combination of resins having different melting temperatures. Equipment is required. In the manufacturing method described in the registered utility model No. 3059644, it is necessary to process the shape of the synthetic resin piece into a complicated shape having an intricate fitting portion, and the eyeglass member is in a state in which the synthetic resin piece is fitted. Therefore, it will be processed into a more complicated outer shape. In the manufacturing method described in Japanese Patent No. 3015789, since the joint portion between the resin blocks is melted and joined with a solvent, a processing tool such as a mold for fixing the resin block is required. Because of the joining, the boundary of the resin block is blurred and it is difficult to express a sharp pattern.
[0005]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a spectacle member that can solve such problems of the prior art and can display a pattern composed of a plurality of colors by a simple manufacturing process.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The method for manufacturing a spectacle member according to the present invention forms a bottomed hole in a predetermined shape in a base block made of resin, and forms a fitting block made of resin into a shape that substantially matches the predetermined shape, said fitting block fitted into the hole portion by applying a liquid adhesive to the forming surface of the hole portion of the base block, and heating the substrate block remaining on the joint surface between said fitting block The air is discharged to the outside, and the base block and the fitting block integrated by the adhesive are formed by machining to expose the joint surface as a pattern . Furthermore, the fitting block contains a metal core.
[0007]
Since the present invention has the above-described configuration, it can be easily positioned by forming a hole with a bottom in the base block and fitting the fitting block therein, so that a processing tool such as a mold can be used. Since it becomes unnecessary and is formed into the final shape of the spectacle member by machining after both are integrated, the base block and the fitting block may have any shape other than the joint surface, and the manufacturing process can be simplified. .
[0008]
In addition, liquid adhesive is applied to the bottomed hole forming surface to fit the fitting block, so that the adhesive spreads over the entire joint surface of the base block and the fitting block and is heated after fitting. By doing so, the air remaining on the joint surface can be removed and the joint surface can be securely bonded. When the fitting block is fitted into the hole with the bottom, air tends to remain, which is particularly effective.
[0009]
In addition, since the base block and the fitting block are processed in a predetermined shape in advance, various patterns can be expressed by arranging different colors for each. In particular, by coloring one of them in a translucent manner, the other color appears even inside the spectacle member, so that a deep decorative effect can be expected.
[0010]
Also, if you make the adhesive layer thinner or make the color of the adhesive the same color as one of the blocks, the boundary of the color scheme will be clearer and you can express a sharp and deeper pattern, so more The decoration effect can be further enhanced.
[0011]
And if a metal core is built in the fitting block in advance, a spectacle member with increased strength can be manufactured.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, the method for manufacturing a spectacle member according to the present invention can be easily positioned by forming a hole with a bottom in the base block and fitting the fitting block therein, so that the mold or the like This processing tool is unnecessary. That is, conventionally, since a plurality of block pieces are joined so as to combine puzzles, misalignment is apt to occur, but in the present invention, misalignment can be completely prevented by fitting. Moreover, since both are integrated and formed into the final shape of the spectacle member by machining, the base block and the fitting block may have any shape other than the joint surface. The shape of the joint surface will ultimately determine the pattern of the spectacle member, so precise processing is required, but other shapes may be any shape because they are finally formed by machining. A good shape should be used. From the above, according to the manufacturing method of the present invention, the manufacturing process can be simplified.
[0018]
In addition, since the liquid adhesive is applied to the formation surface of the bottomed hole portion and the fitting block is fitted, the adhesive can spread evenly over the entire joining surface of the base block and the fitting block. Since the hole has a bottom, if the required amount of liquid adhesive is applied to the bottom of the hole, the remaining adhesive will overflow to the outside after the fitting block is fitted and the entire joint surface is spread. Thus, the adhesive can be reliably spread over the entire joining surface. Then, by heating after fitting the fitting block, it is possible to remove the air remaining on the joining surface and securely bond the joining surface. When the fitting block is fitted into the hole with the bottom, air tends to remain, which is particularly effective.
[0019]
In addition, since the base block and the fitting block are processed in a predetermined shape in advance, various patterns can be expressed by arranging different colors for each. In particular, by coloring one of them in a translucent manner, the other color appears up to the inside of the spectacle member, so that a deep decorative effect can be expected. Also, if you make the adhesive layer thinner or make the color of the adhesive the same color as one of the blocks, the boundary of the color scheme will be clearer and you can express a sharp and deeper pattern, so more The decoration effect can be further enhanced.
