本発明は、エレベータの遠隔監視システムに関するものであり、特に、エレベータ監視装置の通報無効の設定と通報状態の表示、及び、監視センターの監視無効の設定と監視機能の表示、及び、エレベータ監視装置に停電時給電するバッテリーの不必要な給電停止、及び、エレベータ監視装置の故障の表示に関するものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記のような従来のエレベータの遠隔監視システムでは、ブレーカー2により給電を意図的に遮断した場合、エレベータ監視装置11は停電と判断し、停電の状態はエレベータ監視装置11から発信し、通信回線12を介して監視センター13に着信する。

このため、ブレーカー2を意図的に遮断する前に、監視センター13にブレーカー2を意図的に遮断することを通知しておく必要がある。しかし、この方法だと利用者と監視センター13における対応は大きな負担となってしまう。

また、ブレーカー2を意図的に遮断する前に、エレベータ監視装置11を操作して発信を無効とすることもできる。しかし、エレベータ監視装置11が容易に操作できる場所にあった場合、利用者が無意識の内にエレベータ監視装置11を操作して発信を無効としていたり、一旦エレベータ監視装置11の発信を無効としてしまうと、エレベータを再び通常通り使用するときに、エレベータ監視装置11の発信を復旧せずにエレベータを使用してしまうこともある。

ブレーカー2により給電を意図的に遮断した場合、バッテリー5からエレベータ監視装置11へ電力が供給される。このため、ブレーカー2を遮断した期間が長いとバッテリー5は放電し電圧が低下してしまうこととなる。

このような状態でブレーカー2を再び接続し、エレベータを通常通り使用している時に停電が発生すると、バッテリー5が充電式であったとしても、バッテリー5からエレベータ監視装置11へ電力が十分に供給されず、エレベータ監視装置11は監視センター13に発信できないこととなる。

また、ブレーカー2により給電を意図的に遮断し、バッテリー5の電圧が低下していてバッテリー5からエレベータ監視装置11へ十分な電力が供給されない場合、エレベータ監視装置11は監視センター13に発信できず、エレベータ監視装置11から監視センター13へ定時に発信が行われないため、監視センター13ではエレベータ監視装置11が故障したと判断してしまう。

本発明は上記目的を達成するために、エレベータを制御するとともに前記エレベータの異常を検出する機能を有するエレベータ制御装置と、前記エレベータ制御装置により前記エレベータの異常を検出したときこの異常を外部に通報するエレベータ監視装置と、前記エレベータ監視装置の複数を通信回線を介して管理する監視センターと、前記エレベータ監視装置に停電時給電するバッテリーとで構成されるエレベータの遠隔監視システムにおいて、前記エレベータ制御装置と前記エレベータ監視装置への給電を意図的に遮断する場合に、エレベータの休止操作を含む所定の複数の操作により通報無効を前記エレベータ監視装置に指示する通報無効指示手段と、前記所定の複数の操作により監視無効を前記監視センターに指示する監視無効指示手段とを設けたことを特徴とする。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように、本発明のエレベータの遠隔監視システムでは、電源の意図的遮断と停電を区別することができ、利用者がブレーカーにより給電を意図的に遮断する場合、利用者が簡単な操作をするだけで、エレベータ監視装置及び監視センターの設定ができるため、複雑な対応が不要となる。さらに、エレベータ監視装置及び監視センターの設定状態を容易に確認することもできる。
