【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a vehicle air conditioner including a sliding door (sliding door) that adjusts a ratio of air passing through a heat exchanger for heating and air bypassing.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As this type of vehicle air conditioner, a technique disclosed in
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP 10-278544 A (summary, FIG. 1)
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-described configuration, the door body must be moved in a direction intersecting the sliding direction because it is necessary to ensure a sealed state between the door body and the contact member formed on the case. Therefore, it is difficult to secure a typical movement in the vicinity of the end position, and when the door is to be moved from the end position, it is necessary to move the door body against the flow of the air current. For this reason, there is an inconvenience that it is difficult to ensure smooth movement and linear movement of the door body. Further, since the guide groove for guiding the slide door and the portion where the door body seats at the terminal position are formed separately, there is a disadvantage that it is necessary to separately manage these dimensions.
[0005]
For this reason, it is desirable that the slide groove is formed in the slide direction even at the end position in the slide direction and the slide groove also serves as the seat surface. In such a configuration, the end position in the slide direction is preferable. Thus, how to urge the sliding door in the direction crossing the sliding direction to secure the sealing state becomes a problem. In addition, it is necessary to ensure a smooth movement of the sliding door at other positions while ensuring a sealed state at a predetermined position in the sliding direction.
[0006]
Therefore, in the present invention, in a vehicle air conditioner equipped with a sliding door (sliding door) in which the slide guide groove and the seat surface are the same, a sealing state is secured at a predetermined position in the sliding direction of the sliding door. However, an object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle air conditioner that can ensure smooth movement of the slide door at other positions.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
To achieve the above object, a vehicle air conditioner according to this invention includes a air conditioning case, and a sliding door for adjusting a proportion of air flowing through the branch flow path formed in the air conditioning case, the air-conditioning In the case, a cooling heat exchanger that allows the air introduced into the air flow path to pass therethrough and a heating heat exchanger that is arranged downstream of the cooling heat exchanger are arranged, and the sliding door is connected to the cooling heat. Formed as a door that is arranged on the downstream side of the exchanger and adjusts the ratio of the air flowing through the branch flow path passing through the heating heat exchanger and the air flowing through the branch flow path bypassing the heating heat exchanger Further, the slide door is made slidable by inserting a side edge portion into a pair of slide guide grooves formed at opposing portions of the air conditioning case, and is configured by an inner wall of the slide guide groove. For sheet surface To enable sliding, the slide guide groove is constituted by the windward side of the guide wall and the downwind side of the guide walls forming a pair of projecting the air flow path, the leeward side of the guide wall the windward A surface facing the guide wall is formed flat over the entire surface, and an elastic portion that presses the slide door against the seat surface is provided at the side edge portion, and the elastic portion projects from the windward surface of the slide door. and set is constituted by a cantilever of flexible arm is brought into contact with the air above the guide wall, further provided with adjustment means for changing the amount of deformation of the elastic portion in accordance with the position of the sliding door, the adjustment The means brings the windward guide wall closer to the guide wall on the leeward side than the intermediate region at both end regions of the slide guide groove so that the groove width of the slide guide groove is narrower than the intermediate region at both end regions. And in, it is characterized by larger than the intermediate region of the elastic deformation of the flexible arm at both ends region of the slide guide groove.
[0008]
Therefore, the sliding door is pressed against the seat surface by the elastic portion formed on the side edge portion, but the deformation amount of the elastic portion is adjusted by the adjusting means, so that the sliding door is located at both end regions of the slide guide groove serving as the sliding door stop position. The urging force for pressing the slide door against the seat surface can be increased, and the urging force can be decreased at other positions to smoothly move the slide door.
[0009]
Also, as the adjusting means, the deformation amount of the elastic portion is changed by making the groove width of the slide guide groove narrower than the intermediate area at both end areas of the slide guide groove, so the end position of the slide door in the slide direction As a result, the amount of deformation of the elastic portion increases, and the urging force that presses the slide door against the seat surface increases. Further, since the groove width is wider in the intermediate area than in the both end areas, the deformation amount of the elastic portion is reduced, and the urging force for pressing the slide door against the seat surface is reduced. Therefore, when the sliding door is at the end position, it is possible to obtain a good seat state between the sliding door and the seat surface, and to ensure smooth movement of the sliding door at an intermediate position in the sliding direction. Is possible.
[0010]
Here, the elastic unit. Thus constituted by a flexible arm cantilevered projecting from the surface of the sliding door, than the arcuate resilient portion whose both ends are fixed, by adjusting the urging force against the seat surface It becomes easy. Moreover, in such a flexible arm, since it is necessary to suppress damage due to excessive deformation, a stopper that regulates the amount of displacement of the flexible arm may be provided between the flexible arm and the surface of the slide door. .
[0011]
The slide guide groove may be configured by a guide wall protruding from the inner wall of the air conditioning case in order to reduce deformation at the time of molding, and in order to discharge foreign matter that has entered the slide guide groove, An end of the guide wall may be cut out to form a slit in the slide guide groove .
[0012]
In addition, since it is necessary to reduce the collision noise at the end position of the slide door, a lining is attached to the end portion of the slide door in the sliding direction, and the slide door is attached to the abutting portion provided at the end position of the slide guide groove. It is preferable to be able to come into contact with each other . Further, in order to avoid a sealing failure due to deformation of the air conditioning case, it is preferable to provide a lining on the surface of the slide door so that the lining can be brought into contact with a boundary wall that demarcates the boundary of the downstream branch flow path .

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the slide door is slidably arranged by inserting both side edges into a pair of slide guide grooves formed at opposing portions of the air conditioning case, and the slide guide groove. An elastic part that presses the sliding door against the seat surface is provided at both side edges, and the amount of deformation of the elastic part is adjusted according to the position of the sliding door by adjusting means. Therefore, it is possible to increase the urging force that presses the slide door against the seat surface at both ends of the slide guide groove, which is the stop position of the slide door, and to decrease the urging force at other positions. Thus, the sliding door can be moved smoothly.
[0037]
In particular, adjusting means, since the groove width of the slide guide groove has a configuration for varying the amount of deformation of the elastic portion by narrowing than the intermediate zone at both ends region of the slide guide groove, end position in the sliding direction of the sliding door In this case, it is possible to obtain a good sealing state by pressing strongly against the seat surface, and it is possible to ensure smooth movement of the sliding door in the intermediate region.
[0038]
In addition, since the elastic portion is composed of a cantilevered flexible arm protruding from the surface of the slide door, the urging force on the seat surface can be easily adjusted, and protection against excessive deformation of the flexible arm can be achieved between the flexible arm and the slide door. This can be achieved by providing a stopper for regulating the amount of displacement of the flexible arm between the surface and the surface.
[0039]
Furthermore, the slide guide groove may be constituted by a guide wall protruding from the inner wall of the air conditioning case. By adopting such a configuration, it becomes possible to make it difficult to cause deformation during molding. Further, when such a guide wall is provided, it is possible to easily discharge foreign matter that has entered the slide guide groove by notching the end portion of the guide wall and forming a opening in the slide guide groove. .
[0040]
If the sliding door is provided with a lining at the end in the sliding direction and the sliding door can be brought into contact with the contact portion provided at the end position of the slide guide groove via the lining, the end position of the sliding door is determined. If the lining is provided on the surface of the sliding door and the lining can be brought into contact with the boundary wall that defines the boundary of the downstream branch flow path, the air conditioning case can be deformed. It is possible to avoid a sealing failure with respect to.
[0041]
In the above configuration, the cooling heat exchanger and the heating heat exchanger disposed downstream of the cooling heat exchanger are disposed in the air conditioning case, and the sliding door is disposed downstream of the cooling heat exchanger. When it is installed and formed as a door for adjusting the amount of air passing through the heat exchanger for heating, the sliding door can be moved smoothly at other positions while maintaining the sealing state of the sliding door at a predetermined position. This is suitable for securing
