Description
【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、青果物の運搬等に使用する簡易組立式の段ボール製トレーに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来より、図５に示すような段ボール製トレーが知られている。このトレーは、底壁５０、各一対の側壁５１及び端壁５２から成り、端壁５２は、底壁５０に順次連設した外端板５３、頂板５４及び内端板５５から構成されている。側壁５１と外端板５３とは、底壁５０の角へ向かう４５°の折目線５６を有する連結部材５７で連結され、連結部材５７の片側部分は外端板５３の内面に貼着されている。連結部材５７及び外端板５３の上縁には係合突起５８が設けられ、頂板５４には係合突起５８が突出する貫孔５９が形成されている。内端板５５の先端縁にはロック片６０が、底壁５０の端部には係合孔６１が設けられ、ロック片６０と係合孔６１との係合により内端板５５の戻りが防止され、また、段積み時に下段側トレーの係合突起５８が上段側トレーの係合孔６１に係合してトレー相互の横ずれが防止されるようになっている。

上記トレーは、輸送効率を考慮して、外端板５３、頂板５４及び内端板５５を伸ばし、側壁５１を内側へ伏倒させた扁平な状態で農家等の使用者へ供給され、使用者によって組み立てられる。この際、外端板５３を起立させると、側壁５１も起立するので、極めて簡単に組み立てられる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、上記トレーの素材としては、重量の大きい農産物の運搬に耐えるべく、Ｂ段等の厚手の段ボールが使用される。このため、上記トレーの製作には、厚手の段ボールのコーナー部を接着できるグルアが必要となり、多額の初期投資を要することから、コストが高くなり、連結部材５７の糊付けを止めると、手作業での組み立てが困難となる。

また、端壁部分は、二つ折りした連結部材だけを挟んだものであるため、幅が狭く、段積みに際し、上段側トレーを下段側トレーの内部に落とし込んでしまう恐れがある。

そこで、この発明は、手作業での組み立てが簡単で、段積みが容易な段ボール製トレーを低コストで提供することを課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するため、この発明は、底壁、各一対の側壁及び端壁から成り、この端壁を、前記底壁に順次連設した外端板、頂板及び内端板から構成し、前記側壁と外端板とを、底壁の角へ向かう４５°の折目線を有する連結部材で連結し、この連結部材を前記折目線沿いに二つ折りして前記外端板と内端板との間に挟んだ段ボール製トレーにおいて、前記内端板と連結部材とに繋がる折込板を設け、この折込板を内端板と連結部材との間に折り込み、連結部材には、折目線から側壁へ向けて切り込むことにより支柱部を形成し、支柱部が底壁に当接し、支柱部及び折込板の段目が上下方向に向くようにしたのである。

このように構成すると、扁平なブランクの状態から、折込板を内端板に重ねて掴み、外端板、頂板及び内端板を巻き込むように折り曲げることにより、予め糊付けしておくことなく、簡単に組み立てることができる。

また、折込板が二つ折りした連結部材と共に外端板と内端板との間に挟まれ、支柱部が底壁に当接し、支柱部及び折込板の段目が上下方向に向くため、圧縮荷重に対する強度が向上するほか、頂板の幅を広くして、段積み時の落ち込みを防止することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、この発明の実施の形態を添付図面に基づいて説明する。図１に示す第１実施形態のブランクにおいて、底壁１の両側縁には側壁２が連設され、両端縁には外端板３、頂板４及び内端板５が順次連設されている。側壁２と外端板３とは、底壁１の角へ向かう４５°の折目線６を有する連結部材７で連結され、連結片７には、折目線６から側壁２へ向けて切り込むことにより支柱部８が形成されている。内端板５の両側縁には折込板９が連設され、この折込板９は繋続片１０を介して連結部材７に繋がっている。折込板９の内側縁には繋続片１０を切り込んだ係合突起１１が設けられ、頂板４には貫孔１２が形成されている。内端板５の先端縁にはロック片１３が、底壁１の端部には係合孔１４が設けられている。

このトレーは、上記のようなブランク状態で使用者へ配送し、使用に際して、図２に示すような過程を経て、図３に示す形態に組み立てる。その過程において、底壁１から側壁２を起立させ、折込板９を内端板５に重ねて掴み、連結部材７を折目線６沿いに二つ折りしつつ、外端板３、頂板４及び内端板５を巻き込むように折り曲げると、端壁１５が形成される。このとき、係合突起１１が貫孔１２を介して頂板４から上方へ突出する。その後、ロック片１３を係合孔１４に係合させ、内端板５の戻りを防止する。このように、製造段階で予め糊付けしておかなくても、使用者が簡単に組み立てられる。

そして、このトレーを段積みする際には、下段側トレーの係合突起１１を上段側トレーの係合孔１４に係合させて、トレー相互の横ずれを防止する。

ここで、端壁１５は、図４に示すように、折込板９が二つ折りした連結部材７と共に外端板３と内端板５との間に挟まれ、連結部材７の支柱部８が底壁１に当接し、支柱部８及び折込板９の段目が上下方向に向いた構造となっているため、圧縮荷重に対する強度に優れたものとなり、段積み時に上段側のトレーを確実に支持することができる。

また、頂板４の幅を広くすることができるので、段積み時の位置決めに際して、上段側トレーを下段側トレーに対してずれた位置に載せても、上段側トレーが下段側トレーの内部に落ち込みにくくなり、収納物が保護される。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように、この発明に係るトレーは、予め糊付けしておかなくても、扁平なブランクの状態から簡単に組み立てることができる。このため、高価なグルアを導入することなく製造でき、低コストで提供できる。

また、端壁に３枚の段ボールが挟まれ、支柱部が底壁に当接し、支柱部及び折込板の段 目が上下方向に向くため、圧縮荷重に対する強度が向上するほか、端壁上面の幅を広くすることができ、段積み時の落ち込みを防止して、収納物を保護することができる。

Claims (1)
- 底壁１、各一対の側壁２及び端壁１５から成り、この端壁１５を、前記底壁１に順次連設した外端板３、頂板４及び内端板５から構成し、前記側壁２と外端板３とを、底壁１の角へ向かう４５°の折目線６を有する連結部材７で連結し、この連結部材７を前記折目線６沿いに二つ折りして前記外端板３と内端板５との間に挟んだ段ボール製トレーにおいて、前記内端板５と連結部材７とに繋がる折込板９を設け、この折込板９を内端板５と連結部材７との間に折り込み、連結部材７には、折目線６から側壁２へ向けて切り込むことにより支柱部８を形成し、支柱部８が底壁１に当接し、支柱部８及び折込板９の段目が上下方向に向くようにしたことを特徴とする段ボール製トレー。
