Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a protection device for a connecting hood for a vehicle.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in a connecting hood of a railway vehicle, in which a hood cloth is sewn between a plurality of hood bones arranged in parallel, as shown in FIG. As shown by the section 102, the inner wall (passage side) is curved, the passage 103 becomes narrow, and there is a problem that it is difficult for passengers to pass.
[0003]
In addition, if a thick hood cloth or thick hood bone is used to make the hood strong against wind pressure, the entire hood becomes a heavy structure, making it difficult to attach / detach the hood to / from the vehicle, or to divide and merge the hood.
[0004]
In addition, in the case where only the hood and the cloth are configured as described above, if the vehicle shakes when the passenger passes through the hood, there is no handrail supported by the passerby, and it is difficult to pass. Met.
[0005]
As a measure for preventing the hood cloth from bending inward, a protection panel provided on the inside of the hood has been disclosed in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 4-51085.
[0006]
In addition, as a measure for solving the above-mentioned difficulty in passing, a technique in which an arm is horizontally arranged on a hood seat to which one end of a hood cloth is fixed and the arm is used as a handrail is disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 7-57601. It is disclosed.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the case where a protective panel is provided as in the prior art, the hood cloth curved inward comes into contact with the support member of the panel and the hood cloth is torn, and further, the hood is attached to and detached from the vehicle and the hood is divided. However, there is a problem that the merging cannot be easily performed, and further, the product cost is increased, and the maintenance of the apparatus is required due to a large amount of manpower.
[0008]
Further, as in the conventional case, in the case where the arm is horizontally arranged and the handrail is used, since the arm cannot be rotated in the horizontal direction, the vehicle that travels on the route where the deviation of the connected vehicle is large. There is a problem that cannot be used.
[0009]
In view of the above, the present invention provides a connecting hood for a vehicle that includes a protection rod that can be used as a handrail for a vehicle that travels along a route with a large deviation of the connected vehicle while preventing large deformation of the hood due to wind pressure as described above. It is intended to provide.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the invention according to claim 1 is provided with a connecting frame on a passage side portion of a member to which one end side of the hood is attached, and an upper part of the connecting frame is rotatably connected to be swingable. A protective rod is horizontally arranged inside the side of the hood, and one end of the protective rod is connected to the lower part of the connecting frame so as to be able to rotate in the vertical direction and in the horizontal direction. The other end side of the protection rod is connected to a vertical pin provided on the side of the passage of the member to which the member is attached by a connecting hole capable of rotating in the vertical direction and rotating in the horizontal direction.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect, the other end of the protective bar by the connecting hole, is characterized in that movable in the axial direction of the pin.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the first or second aspect of the present invention, the other end of the protective rod is provided so as to be movable in the direction of the hood passage with respect to the pin by the connecting hole. It is what.
[0011]
When the connecting vehicle is biased when passing through a curved track, the connecting frame is pulled by the protection rod on the side where both ends of the hood, for example, the space between the two hood seats is longer than when traveling on the straight track, is shaken. In addition, the connecting frame is pushed by the protective rod and swings on the side where the space between the two seats is shorter than that during linear track traveling, and the protective rod is always held in a substantially horizontal state. Further, due to the above-described deviation, the connecting portion between the protective rod and the connecting frame is kinked in the horizontal direction, and the connecting portion is configured to be rotatable in the horizontal direction. Further, a kinking action occurs on the other end side of the protective rod. However, since the other end of the protective rod is rotatably connected by a vertical pin, the kinking is possible.
[0012]
Therefore, even when the connected vehicle is biased, the protective rod is held without any trouble.
[0013]
Further, when the expansion and contraction between mounting member other than the bias of the folding top has occurred even articulated frame protection bar swings is without hindrance hold.
[0014]
Further, when the side surface of the hood is bent inward by the wind pressure, the side surface of the hood comes into contact with the protective rod and is prevented from being greatly bent toward the inside of the hood.
[0016]

[0025]
In FIG. 7, a protective rod receiver 18 is fixed to the inner side of the side frame 4a of the other hood seat 4, and the position of the protective rod receiver 18 is such that the connected vehicle is running in a straight line. In this case, the slide bar 17 provided at the other end of the protection bar 12 is slidably mounted on the upper surface of the protection bar receiver 18, that is, the upper surface of the upper plate 18a, in the posture in which the protection bar 12 is substantially horizontal. ing.
[0026]
A pin receiver 19 is fixed on the inner side of the side frame 4a of the other hood seat 4 so as to be positioned above the protective rod receiver 18, and the lower plate 19a of the pin receiver 19 and the protective rod receiver A space 20 having a predetermined distance L 4 is provided between the upper plate 18 a and the upper plate 18 a in the vertical direction. As shown in FIG. 9, the distance L 4 of the space 20 is such that when the distance between the two hoods 3 and 4 is reduced due to the deviation of the vehicle, the protective rod 12 follows the distance as shown in FIG. It is set to a dimension that can be inclined.
[0027]
Pin holes 18b and 19b are formed in the upper plate 18a of the protection rod receiver 18 and the lower plate 19a of the pin receiver 19 on the same vertical line. Further, the pin receiver 19 is formed in a box shape having a lid 19c on the upper side thereof.
[0028]
Then, with the lid 19c opened, the pin 21 is inserted from above into the pin holes 18b and 19b as shown in FIG. 7, and the large-diameter head 21a of the pin 21 is placed on the lower plate 19a of the pin receiver 19 And the pin 21 is held. The pin 21 is inserted into a connecting hole 16 formed in the slide metal 17 of the protective rod 12. The protective rod 12 is guided by the pin 21 and can move in the axial direction of the protective rod 12 and the axial direction of the pin 21.
[0029]
A lid stopper 22 is provided in the pin receiver 19. In the embodiment, a permanent magnet is used, and when the metal lid 19 c is closed, it is adsorbed to keep the lid closed. It has become.
[0030]
Further, the pin 21 is connected to the lower plate 19a or the like with a chain 23 or the like as shown in FIG. 5 so as not to be lost when the pin 21 is removed from the pin holes 18b and 19b.
[0031]

As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the holder 24 is fixed to the inner piece 3 e of the side frame portion 3 a via a washer 25 and is formed in a cylindrical shape penetrating in the vertical direction. Then, as shown in FIG. 7, the connecting frame 10 is rotated upward as indicated by a chain line so that the angle θ with respect to the perpendicular is reduced as shown by the chain line, and the lower end of the protection bar 12, that is, The connecting frame 10 is moved downward while being inserted into the holder 24 from the slide metal 17, whereby the other end of the protective rod 12 is inserted into the holder 24, so that the vertical state of the protective rod 12, that is, the unused state is maintained. 24 is held.
[0032]
Next, the operation will be described.
[0033]
In a state where the slide fitting 17 of the protection rod 12 is connected by the pin 21, when the connected vehicle is running on a straight track, it is in the state shown in FIGS. 1 to 5 and FIG. the spacing is in the state of the D 1 of the FIG. In this state, the connecting frame 10 is in a substantially vertical posture as shown in FIGS. 1 and 7, and the protection rod 12 is in a substantially horizontal posture. Therefore, this protection rod 12 becomes a handrail for passengers. Further, when the side surface of the flexible hood cloth 2a is bent inward, the side surface of the hood cloth 2a comes into contact with the protective rod 12 and the side surface of the hood cloth 2a enters the passage 6 as shown in FIG. It is possible to prevent the passage 6 from being narrowed by being greatly bent (deformed), and to secure a wide passage 6.
[0034]
Next, a description will be given of a case where the connected vehicle travels on a curved track and deviation occurs between the connected vehicles as shown in FIG.
[0035]
In the case of the deviation shown in FIG. 9, the distance between the end faces of the coupled vehicles, that is, the distance between the two hood seats 3 and 4 becomes D 2 longer than the distance D 1 during the straight track (in FIG. 9A). 10), as shown by the solid line in FIG. 10, the pin 21 in the other hood seat 4 hits the outer end of the connecting hole 16 in the slide metal 17 of the protection rod 12, and the protection rod 12 is moved in the direction of the arrow in FIG. Pull to move. Further, due to the movement of the protective rod 12 and the movement of the one hood seat 3, the connecting frame 10 swings and inclines in the state of the solid line in FIG. Due to the swinging of the connecting frame 10, the connecting shaft 11 with the protection portion 12 is slightly raised from the state shown in FIG. 7, and the protection rod 12 is slightly inclined as shown in FIG. Since 16 is formed as a long hole as shown in FIG. 6, the protection rod 12 is inclined without any trouble. In addition, the inclination angle of the protection rod 12 with respect to the horizontal is small enough to allow the protection rod 12 to be used as a handrail when the passenger passes, and the protection rod 12 is held substantially horizontally.
[0036]
Further, on the side (B side in FIG. 9) where the distance between the end faces of the connected vehicle, that is, the distance between the two hood seats 3 and 4, becomes D 3 shorter than the distance D 1 in the straight track. As indicated by a chain line 10, the pin 21 in the other hood seat 4 hits the inner end of the connecting hole 16 in the slide metal 17 of the protection rod 12 and pushes and moves the protection rod 12 in the direction of the opposite arrow in FIG. 10. Further, due to the movement of the protective rod 12 and the movement of the one top seat 3, the connecting frame 10 swings and inclines in the state of the chain line in FIG. Even when the connecting frame 10 is swung, the protective rod 12 is held substantially horizontally as in the case described above.
[0037]
The connecting hole 16 is a long hole. However, the connecting hole 16 may be any hole as long as the protective rod 12 can tilt as described above. In addition to the long hole, the connecting hole 16 is a hole having a slightly larger diameter than the pin 21. There may be.
[0038]
Further, when the connecting vehicle is biased, as shown in FIG. 9, the protective rod 12 and the two hood seats 3 and 4 are kinked in a horizontal plane. Since the length L 1 of the neck portion 11a of the connecting shaft 11 is longer than the plate thickness L 2 of the mounting metal 13 as shown in FIG. In FIG. 9, the rotation of the hole 16 of the protective rod 12 and the pin 21 causes the kink operation to be performed without any trouble as shown in FIG.
[0039]
From the above, when the connected vehicle travels not only on a straight track but also on a curved track, the protective rod 12 is arranged in a substantially horizontal state close to the inside of the side surface of the hood 2, and therefore the flexible hood cloth 2a. Is bent inward by wind pressure, the side surface of the hood cloth 2 comes into contact as shown in FIG. 11, and the side surface of the hood cloth 2 is prevented from being greatly bent inward. Therefore, a wide passage inside the hood can be secured.
[0040]
Further, the passage 6 inside the hood is a vehicle connecting part and has a lot of swinging. Passengers who pass through this passage make the passage of passengers easier by using the protective rod 12 as a handrail grip rod. be able to.
[0041]
Next, when the vehicle having the hood seat 3 is the leading vehicle and the protective rod 12 is not used, the lid 19c of the pin receiver 19 is first removed from the lid stopper member 22 from the state of FIG. Next, the pin 21 is pulled out upward and the slide metal 17 of the protection rod 12 is removed from the protection rod receiver 18.
[0042]
Next, the connecting frame 10 is lifted to the position of the chain line around the mounting shaft 9 as described above, and the protection rod 12 is suspended like the chain line, and the lower end side of the protection rod 12 is inserted into the holder 24 from above. Then, the connecting frame 10 and the protection rod 12 are both brought into a vertical state, and the lower portion of the protection rod 12 is inserted into the holder 24 and held. Thereby, the holding | maintenance stick | rod 12 can be accommodated in a non-use state.
[0043]
Further, in order to change the protection rod 12 from the stored state to the used state, the operation is reverse to the storing operation.
[0044]
Moreover, the protection device 7 including the protection rod 12 and the members supporting both ends of the protection rod 12 is provided inside the both side surfaces of the hood 2 and is formed as a set.
[0045]
The protective device 7 may be arranged in a plurality of stages as shown by a chain line in FIG. 1 as necessary outside the set shown by a solid line in FIG.
[0046]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the protection rod prevents the side surface of the hood from being greatly bent into the inside of the hood by wind pressure, and the passage in the hood without making the hood a heavy structure as in the past. Can be secured widely.
[0047]
Furthermore, even if expansion and contraction or the like occurs between the attachment members to which both ends of the hood are attached, the protective rod can be held substantially horizontally without any trouble.
[0048]
Furthermore, the protective rod can be used as a handrail for a passerby.
