Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a multi-stage transmission applied to a vehicle such as a tractor.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For tractors that pull trailers, the total weight of the vehicle differs greatly between towing and non-towing, so a splitter for switching between high and low (sub-transmission) should be installed on the input side of the main transmission to improve driving performance. (See JP-A-8-159258, etc.).
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the conventional splitter has only two positions of high speed (high) or low speed (low), and it is always in one of them.
[0004]
However, this causes the following inconveniences. That is, many long-distance drivers take a nap while using the air conditioner in the vehicle. Under such circumstances, engine power is transmitted to the counter shaft of the main transmission through the splitter when idling and parking, so the counter gear attached to the counter shaft, the main gear attached to the main shaft, Is constantly meshing and rotating, and there is a problem that a rattling sound is generated by the rattling noise. This rattling noise is a problem that leads to in-vehicle noise.
[0005]
Possible countermeasures include changing the damper characteristics of the clutch and adding a scissor gear, but none of these are fundamental solutions because power transmission to the countershaft is still performed. In addition, the total length of the transmission becomes longer, causing a problem of deterioration in mountability.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention relates to a vehicular multi-stage transmission equipped with a high-low switching splitter on the input side of a main transmission, wherein the splitter is provided with a neutral position, and the splitter is switched to a neutral, high or low position. The splitter control means shifts the splitter to the neutral position while the main transmission is in the neutral position, and sets the splitter to a high or low position at predetermined intervals. The speed change operation keeps the splitter in the high or low position for a predetermined time. The splitter control means determines the interval time and the predetermined time for which the splitter is in a high or low position according to the oil temperature. The
[0007]
According to this, since the power can be cut off by the splitter, the rotation of the counter shaft can be eliminated, and the occurrence of rattling noise and rattling noise between the gears can be prevented.
[0010]
here Preferably, a counter shaft driven by the splitter is provided, and the splitter control means estimates the oil temperature based on the degree of rotation of the counter shaft.

This will be described below. FIG. 6 shows the contents of the basic control related to the speed change operation. This control is executed by the

[0047]
As described above, the basic control is to perform lubrication by setting the split gear stage 17 to high every predetermined interval time and rotating the
[0048]
The idea at this time is as follows. That is, when the temperature of the oil is high and the viscosity is low, the oil film of the shaft support portion is likely to be cut, so that lubrication is performed at relatively short intervals. On the other hand, since oil easily penetrates into the sliding part at this time, one lubrication time is set short. Next, when the temperature of the oil is low and the viscosity is high, it is difficult to cause an oil film breakage of the shaft support portion, so the interval time can be set longer. On the other hand, since it is difficult for oil to turn around the sliding portion, one lubrication time is set longer. Furthermore, when the temperature of the oil is extremely low and the viscosity is extremely high, the interval time is set to zero, the split gear stage 17 is kept high, and the
[0049]
Based on this concept, an actual machine test or the like is actually performed, and an interval time and one lubrication time are determined in consideration of a safety factor at a time when lubrication can no longer be maintained.
[0050]
However, if the oil temperature is a direct parameter, an oil temperature sensor is required separately. Therefore, here, the main countershaft
[0051]
An oil temperature estimation map used in this case is shown in FIG. In this map, the horizontal axis represents time t, and the vertical axis represents the main counter shaft rotation speed Nc (rpm). Two curves A and B show the degree of depression of the main countershaft rotation speed Nc when the oil temperature Toil is Toil1 and Toil2, respectively. Here, Toil1> Toil2, Toil1 is set to 30 ° C., and Toil2 is set to 0 ° C. The drop in rotation starts from the main countershaft rotation speed Ncidle during engine idling and ends when the rotation reaches zero. Ncidle is 500 (rpm) here. The starting point of the rotation drop is when the clutch is disengaged. Let this start time be t st It shows with.
[0052]
As shown in the figure, when the oil temperature is low (Toil2), the rotation drops more rapidly than when the oil temperature is high (Toil1), and the time until the oil becomes zero is short (Δt). 2 <Δt Three ). And if it is the area | region below the curve B, Toil <Toil2 and the area | region between the curves A and B, it can be said that Toil2 <Toil <Toil1 and the area | region above the curve A are Toil1 <Toil.
[0053]
Therefore, there are two methods for estimating the oil temperature from the actual drop in rotation. One is a certain time from the start (Δt 1 ) Is the method of checking the deceleration of rotation and comparing it with the map, the other is measuring the time from start to end, and this is the time Δt in the map 2 , Δt Three It is a method to compare. Here, the former method is adopted because the measurement time is short, but the latter method can be freely selected. The oil temperature estimation map is stored in advance in TMCU9.
[0054]
Next, FIG. 7 shows a flow for determining the interval time and one lubrication time. This flow is executed by the
[0055]
First, it is necessary that the shift lever neutral (that is, the main gear stage neutral), the clutch is engaged, and the engine is idling as initial conditions before starting. When the driver operates the shift lever to the drive range from this state, the clutch is automatically disconnected to engage the transmission. At this time, the split gear is set to neutral, and the oil temperature is estimated and the interval time is determined.
[0056]
The illustrated flow starts simultaneously with the shift lever operation by the driver. First, in
[0057]
Next, the routine proceeds to step 705, where the estimated oil temperature Toil is compared with the previous set temperature Toil1. If Toil1 <Toil, go to step 706 and go to interval t int T A (About 2 hours here) and one lubrication time t H T C (In this case, about 5 minutes). When Toil1 ≧ Toil, the process proceeds to Step 707, and the oil temperature Toil is compared with the set temperature Toil2. If Toil2 <Toil, go to
[0058]
Thus, the interval time t int And one lubrication time t H Is determined, the routine proceeds to step 710, where the shift control of the main gear stage and the clutch connection control are executed, and this control is terminated.
[0059]
As described above, according to this control, as long as possible interval time and minimum lubrication time can be obtained according to the actual oil temperature, the maximum balance between lubrication performance and quietness is achieved, and at the same time high reliability. Can also be secured.
[0060]
As can be seen from the above description, here, the
[0061]
The embodiment of the present invention is not limited to the above. For example, as shown in
