[0003]
In this file exchange system by “Napster”, a server is required on the network, and a file stored in each computer is retrieved and taken in via the server.
[0004]
On the other hand, a similar file exchange system called “Gnutella” is also considered. The difference between “Gnutella” and “Napster” is that it is possible to search and download a file with PtoP without requiring a server.
[0005]
That is, in this “Gnutella”, when a search condition such as a desired music file or image file is input on a certain PC, the search condition and the search result are directly transmitted to other PCs on the network by a relay method. The corresponding file is directly exchanged from the PC having the file meeting the search condition to the PC of the applicant who is the search source.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional file exchange system such as “Napster” or “Gnutella”, it is necessary to connect each computer via a fixed communication line such as the Internet. There is a problem that is limited to some extent.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and can directly import a file from a terminal having a desired file without requiring connection by a fixed communication line between computer terminals. An information communication terminal and an information communication processing program are provided.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
[0021]
FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing a configuration example of a file exchange system based on Bluetooth (R) equipped with an information communication terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0022]
Bluetooth (R) communication is a communication system in which Bluetooth terminals dynamically communicate with each other to form a network. Each Bluetooth terminal sends and receives its own ID to each other to authenticate connection, and the communication connection status (link) ).
[0023]
The Bluetooth (R) radio wave reach is about 10m, and one terminal can be connected as a master and up to seven terminals as slaves, and each terminal is registered with a Bluetooth terminal address (unique terminal ID), One piconet is formed by a combination of one master and each slave. A terminal in the piconet can also function as a terminal in another piconet.
[0024]
That is, in the file exchange system using Bluetooth® in FIG. 1, the piconet A is formed by the combination with the slave terminal AS-1 centering on the master terminal A-M, and the master terminal B-M is centered. The piconet B is formed by the combination with the slave terminals BS-1 to BS7. The master terminal A-M of the piconet A is also the slave terminal B-S1 of the piconet B.
[0025]
Furthermore, a link that is being moved closer to the radio wave arrival distance at the master terminal A-M is being established as the slave terminal A-S2 of the piconet A.
[0026]
FIG. 2 is a diagram showing a protocol hierarchy when data communication is performed in each terminal of the file exchange system based on the Bluetooth®.

Next, an outline of file search and acquisition operations will be described for the configuration example of the file exchange system using Bluetooth® shown in FIG.
[0032]
FIG. 3 is a diagram showing an operation display operation in the information communication terminal A (AS-2) of the file exchange system based on Bluetooth® shown in FIG.
[0033]
In the terminal A-S2, for example, in order to obtain an image file in which Mt. Fuji is drawn, as shown in FIG. “Mt. Fuji”, 2. Enter ".jpg" and select "AND search" from "search option" AND search / OR search "and" manual "from" download "manual / automatic" and operate "decision button" When the search for the corresponding file is started, the establishment of a link to another terminal is tried by the Bluetooth function of the terminal A-S2.
[0034]
Here, when there is no other terminal within the radio wave reach of the terminal A-S2, the Inquiry mode is set, and as shown in FIG. 3B, the message “Inquiry ...” is displayed, and other The file search is suspended until the establishment of a link with the terminal is detected.
[0035]
When the master terminal A-M in the piconet A enters the radio wave reach with the movement of the terminal A-S2, the terminals mutually communicate based on the Bluetooth
[0036]
Then, in response to the detection of the link establishment, the terminal A-S2 outputs a confirmation sound “beep” and starts searching for a file as shown in FIG. 3C. The message “Searching ...” is displayed.
[0037]
Then, the terminal A-S2 inquires about the keyword to the master terminal AM of the piconet A based on the file search /

In this way, a link is established in a relay manner sequentially from the terminal A-S2 to other terminals in the vicinity thereof, and a file search based on the keyword is performed in each terminal where the establishment of the link is detected. Done.
[0039]
Then, a file “Mt. Fuji.jpg” is searched in the master terminal A-M of the piconet A, and a file “Mt. Fuji dawn.jpg” is searched in the slave terminal B-S3 of the piconet B. Is notified to the terminal A-S2, for example, “search result” is displayed as shown in FIG. As a result, the terminal A-M has a 30 Kbyte file “Mt. Fuji.jpg” and can be downloaded at 115 Kbps. The terminal B-S3 indicates that there is a 100 Kbyte file “Mt. Fuji dawn.jpg” and it can be downloaded at 56 Kbps.

When the download of the file “Mount Fuji.jpg” is completed, a download completion message is displayed on the terminal A-S2, as shown in FIG. 3F, and the user has designated the download file storage location in advance. It is indicated that a desired file is stored in the directory “photo book” in the user memory.
[0042]
In addition, in this file exchange system using Bluetooth (R), when it is configured so that the file provision fee can be collected on the side that owns the file when the desired file is searched and downloaded between each terminal The operation display operation at the search source terminal as shown in FIG. 4 is performed, and charges are collected as shown in FIG.

[0045]
That is, as shown in FIGS. 4 (A) to 4 (C), the piconet is detected in response to detection / file search of relay-type link establishment to peripheral terminals based on keyword input from the terminal A-S2. A file “Mt. Fuji.jpg” is searched in the master terminal A-A of A, and a file “Mt. Fuji dawn.jpg” is searched in the slave terminal B-S3 of the piconet B. Is notified to the terminal A-S2, "search result" is displayed as shown in FIG. As a result, there is a 100-Yen file of 30 Kbytes called “Mount Fuji.jpg” on the terminal A-M, and it can be downloaded at 115 Kbps. The terminal B-S3 has a file of 200 yen with a size of 100 KBytes called “Mt. Fuji dawn.jpg”, and is indicated to be downloadable at 56 Kbps.
[0046]
Here, in the terminal A-S2, a file search result of 100 yen is attached. When “Mount Fuji.jpg” is selected and a download execution operation is performed, downloading of the file “Mount Fuji.jpg” from the terminal AM is started, and as shown in FIG. A message “1. Mount Fuji.jpg / terminal AM, 30 Kbytes, 115 Kbps, remaining 1 second” indicating the number of seconds remaining for downloading is displayed.
[0047]
When the download of the file “Mt. Fuji.jpg” is completed, as shown in FIG. 4 (F), the download completion message is displayed on the terminal A-S2, and the user designates the download file storage location in advance. It shows that a desired file has been stored in the directory “photo book” in the user memory and that the fee of 100 yen has been transferred to the file provider.
[0048]
At this time, as shown in FIG. 5, from the terminal A-S2 that is the search source of the file “Mt. Fuji.jpg” to the terminal AM that is the source of the file, the search file “Mount Fuji.jpg” Upon completion of the download, transmission (remittance) of “

Next, a more detailed configuration and operation of the information communication terminal in the Bluetooth® file exchange system will be described.
[0050]
In the file exchange system using Bluetooth (R), a file search source terminal is referred to as an information communication terminal A (reception side), and other terminals including other file providing side terminals are referred to as an information communication terminal B (transmission side). ).
[0051]
The information communication terminal A (reception side) also functions as the information communication terminal B (transmission side) by multiprocessing even when it functions as the reception side terminal.

[0077]
Then, using this information communication terminal (ID-A) 10a as a master terminal, as shown in FIG. 9, for example, as shown in FIG. A standby determination is made (steps S5 → S6 → S5).
[0080]
Then, it is determined that the “information present” signal has been received, the terminal ID of the terminal (specific terminal) having the searched file (information), the link route data to the specific terminal, the searched file When a file name (information name) and its information amount, and a charge for providing the information, are set and received (step S5 → S7), the

[0085]
Then, the process proceeds to the download process in FIG. 11, and a search file (information) downloaded from the specific terminal (ID-H) 10h is received (step SA).

[0087]
When the download process is started, it is determined whether or not the information amount of the download target file (information) stored in the specific
[0088]
Here, when it is determined that the information amount of the download target file (information) is equal to or less than a predetermined amount, the link destination terminal according to the original link route stored in the specific terminal link
[0089]
On the other hand, when it is determined that the information amount of the download target file (information) is not less than the predetermined amount, the process proceeds to the link route resetting process in FIG. 12 (step A1 → AB), and the reset link is thereby established. A request for “information transmission” is transmitted to the terminal having the specific terminal ID via the link destination terminal according to the route (step A3).
[0090]
Thus, when a request for “information transmission” is transmitted to the terminal having the specific terminal ID in step A2 or step A3, the file (information) transmitted from the terminal having the specific terminal ID in response to this request is sent. Then, it is downloaded and received in units of packets defined by Bluetooth® via each terminal on the original link route {circle around (1)} (step A4).
[0091]
While receiving a download file (information) in units of packets from a terminal having this specific terminal ID, for example, whether or not link error information has been received or if a packet is not received for a certain period of time, the terminal link on the link route is interrupted. It is repeatedly determined whether or not (Steps A4, A5 → A6 → A4).
[0092]
If it is determined that the terminal link on the link route is interrupted while receiving a download file (information) in units of packets from the terminal having the specific terminal ID, the link route resetting in FIG. The process is shifted to the process (step A5 → AB), and the download file (information) reception process in units of packets from the terminal having the specific terminal ID is not received via each terminal on the link route reconfigured thereby. (Step A7 → A6 → A4).
[0093]
When reception of the file (information) from the terminal having the specific ID is completed by such download processing (step SA) (step A6), whether or not the file (information) is paid data for which a provision fee is set. Is determined (step S14).
[0094]
If it is determined that the download file (information) is paid data, for example, as in the case shown in FIG. 5, a remittance process is performed for a specified account of a specific terminal (steps S14 to S15). .
[0095]
Then, a download completion message is displayed, for example, as shown in FIG. 3 (F) or FIG. 4 (F) (step S16), and data reception “download execution” is continued for other files (information). Whether or not to perform the determination is determined based on a user operation (step S17).
[0096]
Here, when it is determined that the data reception “download execution” for another file (information) is continuously performed based on the user operation, the processing from step S5 onward is repeatedly executed, and another search file is obtained. A reception process by downloading data from a specific terminal for (information) is performed in the same manner as described above (steps S17 → S5 to S16).

If it is determined in step A1 of the download process in FIG. 11 that the information amount of the download target file (information) is not less than a predetermined amount, or the terminal link on the link route is interrupted in step A5 of the download process. When the link route resetting process in FIG. 12 is started when it is determined, first, the radio communication range is set via the short-

Here, it waits for a predetermined time whether a signal of “with specific terminal ID” indicating that it is a terminal having the searched file (information) is received from any slave terminal as a link destination. Judgment is made (steps B4 to B6).
[0101]
When it is determined that the signal “with specific terminal ID” is received, and when new link route data to the specific terminal is received, the new link route data is stored in the specific terminal link
[0102]
Thereafter, when it is determined that a predetermined time has elapsed, and it is determined that the link route data up to the specific terminal is stored in the specific terminal link
[0103]
For example, when link routes {circle around (2)} and {circle around (3)} are received with respect to link route {circle around (1)} in FIG. 9B, link route {circle around (2)} having the shortest number of stages is set.
[0104]
On the other hand, it is determined that a predetermined time has elapsed without receiving a “specific terminal ID” signal from any slave terminal that is the link destination, and the link route to the specific terminal in the specific terminal link
[0105]
In step B8, the terminal number of the link route reset for information reception (file download) in the specific terminal link
[0106]
For example, in the link route resetting when the terminal ID-H moves and the link route is interrupted in FIG. 9C, a warning message is displayed when the number of stages increases from 1 to 4.
[0107]
As a result, before the link with a specific terminal is interrupted, communication such as increasing the packet size of the information reception or setting it to a dedicated communication mode in order to perform faster information reception (file download). The mode setting is changed (step B11).
[0108]
Furthermore, in order to continue receiving the file (information) searched in the specific terminal even when the link is broken in the future, for the specific terminal, via the slave terminal of the reset link route, A confirmation request as to whether it has an address of another communication means is transmitted (step B12).

Then, according to the link route reset in this way, a transmission (download) request for the searched file (information) is transmitted to the specific terminal (step AB → A3), or when the link route is interrupted Reception of the file (information) from the unreceived packet is started (step AB → A7).

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, when search data for desired information is input and establishment of one or a plurality of stages of links with surrounding information communication terminals is detected by short-range wireless communication, this wireless communication is detected. The inputted search data is transmitted to the information communication terminal where the establishment of the link is detected. When receiving the identification information unique to the terminal and the information amount of the information corresponding to the search data from the information communication terminal having the information corresponding to the input search data, is the received information amount equal to or less than a predetermined value? Judgment When it is determined that the amount of information is equal to or less than a predetermined value, the information communication terminal that transmitted the identification information is requested to transmit information corresponding to the search data, and the information corresponding to the search data is received from the information communication terminal. When it is determined that the amount of information received exceeds the predetermined value, a link route from the information communication terminal from which the identification information is received to the information communication terminal is received again, and there are a plurality of link routes. In some cases, the link route having the smallest number of terminal stages on the link route is reset as a link route for receiving information, and information corresponding to the search data is received via the reset link route. Therefore, desired information can be searched and acquired for all non-fixed information communication terminals that can be linked by short-range wireless communication.
[0146]
Therefore, it is possible to directly import a file from a terminal having a desired file without requiring connection by a fixed communication line between the computer terminals.
