【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、足の不自由な人や、足腰の弱い老人などの被介助者を、ベッドと車椅子、車椅子と洋式トイレの便座、あるいは、車椅子どうし間で移動させるなどの場合に使用する移乗介助機に関する。

【従来の技術】
上述のような移乗介助機としては、従来、次のようなものが知られている。
すなわち、走行車輪付きの搭乗台に一体に支柱が設けられ、その支柱に膝パットが設けられている。
また、支柱に上下揺動可能に昇降アームが設けられるとともに、昇降アームに胸パットが設けられている。
更に、昇降アームの途中箇所に、被介助者の臀部から腰に回して支持するスリング(シート)を係止できるように構成されている。

上記構成により、例えば、ベッドから車椅子に被介助者を乗り移らせる場合を例にして説明すると、被介助者をベッドに腰掛けさせ、臀部や腰部の下方に回してスリング(シート)を当てがい、そのスリング(シート)を昇降アームに係止し、昇降アームを上昇させて吊り上げ、車椅子側に移動して車椅子に乗り移らせている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上述のような従来例では、ベッドに腰掛けた被介助者の臀部や腰部の下方にスリング(シート)を当てがうときに、介助者が被介助者を抱き上げるようにしなければならず、介助者に大きな負担がかかる欠点があった。

また、トイレの中などで介助する場合に、スペースが狭くて介助作業が極めてしづらい欠点があった。
更に、被介助者にとっては、体を荷物のように吊り上げられ、品物と同じ扱いを受けているような感じになり、拒否感を抱く欠点があった。また、スリング(シート)を当てがった状態で移動する場合もあり、不格好な感じを抱き、同様に拒否感を抱く欠点があった。

本発明は、このような事情に鑑みて為されたものであって、請求項1および2に係る発明の移乗介助機は、乗り移りを容易に行えるようにすることを目的とし、請求項に係る発明の移乗介助機は、乗り移りを円滑に行えるようにすることを目的とし、請求項に係る発明の移乗介助機は、車椅子と便器との間での乗り移りを容易に行えるようにすることを目的とし、請求項に係る発明の移乗介助機は、乗り移りを良好に行えるとともに被介助者を機体本体側に乗り移らせた後での移動を安全に行えるようにすることを目的とする。また、請求項6に係る発明の移乗介助機は、被介助者を機体本体側に乗り移らせた後での移動を安全に行えるようにすることを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1に係る発明の移乗介助機は、上述のような目的を達成するために、
機体本体に、水平方向に突出する片持ち状態で被介助者を搭乗支持する支持部材を設け、前記支持部材の先端と基端とにわたり、被介助者の臀部と接触した状態においてその接触位置を相対的に移動させずに臀部との接触面積を拡縮しながら水平方向に移動可能に、腰掛け姿勢の被介助者の臀部を載せる幅を有する無端ベルトを巻き掛け、前記無端ベルトの上方箇所に位置させて、被介助者が持つ手すりを前記無端ベルトと同じ水平方向に移動可能に設けて構成する。
ここでいう被介助者とは、足の不自由な人や、足腰の弱い老人などのことを総称する。

(作用・効果)請求項1に係る発明の移乗介助機の構成によれば、ベッドや車椅子や便器などの他部に腰掛け姿勢で座っている被介助者に臀部の前側を少し浮かせてもらい、そこに無端ベルトの先端を進入して潜りこませ、無端ベルトを移動することにより臀部の後側の下方まで抵抗無く進入させ、被介助者を支持部材に搭乗支持させることができる。
そのうえ、被介助者が手すりを持った状態で、無端ベルトと同じように移動しながら乗り移りを行うことができる。
このため、介助者が被介助者を抱き上げたりしなくても、被介助者を支持部材に搭乗支持できるから、被介助者の乗り移りを容易に行える。近年では老齢化が進み、非力な老人が介助者として介護にあたることも多く、極めて有用である。
そのうえ、介助者が体を支えていなくても、被介助者が臀部に追随する状態で体全体を移動でき、乗り移りを一層容易に行える。また、被介助者を機体本体側に乗り移らせた後での移動を安定感のある状態で安全に行える。移動の際に被介助者を支えていなくても良いから、介助者が非力な場合に、特に有用である。

請求項2に係る発明の移乗介助機は、前述のような目的を達成するために、

次に、本発明の移乗介助機の実施例を図面に基づいて詳述する。

図1は、本発明に係る移乗介助機の基本構成例を示す全体斜視図、図2は全体側面図であり、一対のキャスター式の走行車輪1と操向ハンドル2とを備えた機体本体3に、水平方向に突出する片持ち状態で被介助者HUを搭乗支持する支持部材4が設けられ、移乗介助機5が構成されている。

以上説明したように、請求項1に係る発明の移乗介助機によれば、ベッドや車椅子や便器などの他部に腰掛け姿勢で座っている被介助者に臀部の前側を少し浮かせてもらい、そこに無端ベルトの先端を進入して潜りこませ、無端ベルトを移動することにより臀部の後側の下方まで抵抗無く進入させ、被介助者を支持部材に搭乗支持させることができる
