Description

【0001】

[Technical field to which the invention belongs]
The present invention relates to an electric wheelchair that can be transferred from a bed and used as a toilet or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a means for moving from the bed, there is an overhead traveling lifter, but the equipment cost is expensive and the moving route is limited. If you can't do it yourself, the caregiver needs to change to the sling seat.
[0003]
In a wheelchair with a hole for defecation in the seat, the cared person gets off the bed and rides on his own, or the caregiver needs assistance.
[0004]
As another example of the electric wheelchair, there is an electric wheelchair (see, for example, Patent Document 1) provided with a detachable seat that is lifted and lowered by a suspension belt.
Patent Document 1 Patent 2748227 (FIG. 1)
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When the overhead traveling lifter rides on its own, the overhead traveling lifter reaches an overhead position, and when the sling seat is attached to the overhead traveling lifter, it becomes an unstable operation that warps the body. It swings during lifting and running and becomes unstable.
Wheelchairs with a defecation hole in the seat do not have a means of getting on and off, and need to ride on their own.
[0006]
The electric wheelchair of Patent Document 1 has an elevation lift of about 12 cm, and does not satisfy a height difference of 23 cm between a bed height of 60 cm and a toilet height of 37 cm as a specific lift.
Further, when the vehicle body moves backward, positioning that matches the width of the armrest with the width of the seat on which the user rides is required, and the user may come into contact with the armrest.
[0007]
Then, this invention makes it a subject to provide the electric wheelchair which a user can transfer from a bed and can use a toilet etc., without contacting an armrest.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a function of the electric wheelchair, it is equipped with a lifting and turning device and the seat can be opened and closed left and right.
[0009]
To make it easier for the user to transfer, the seat is divided into left and right, and it can be opened freely to widen the armrest.
[0010]
The footrest and leg rest are integrated to protect the feet and move up and down with the seat.
[0011]
The traveling wheels are 6 wheels with the driving wheel as the center of turning so that a small turn is possible.
[0012]
Make the lower frame U-shaped so that you can go back to the toilet.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0014]
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the electric wheelchair according to the embodiment of the present invention, and the toilet 5 and the bed 6 are not shown for explanation.
[0015]
The left and right seats 1a, 2a are attached to and supported by seat support frames 1,2. The seat support frames 1 and 2 have an integral frame structure with an armrest and a backrest.
[0016]
The seat support frames 1 and 2 are rotatably supported by a lift frame bearing 11 fixed to the top of the lift frame 12 and open and close to the left and right. The opening of the seat is regulated by a stopper (not shown) such as a pin for limiting the opening angle of the lifting frame bearing 11.
[0017]
The support pipe 3 that supports the footrest 4 is attached to the lifting frame 12, and the footrest 4 moves up and down together with the seats 1a and 2a.
[0018]
As shown in FIG. 3, with the left and right seats open, the electric wheelchair is guided and moved backward toward the bed. Remote control is good for guidance backwards. After the reverse drive is completed, in order to prevent a malfunction to the joystick 42, a switch or the like (not shown) that cuts off the control circuit is turned off.
[0019]
The user approaches the footrest 4 side, pulls the seat support frame 1 and slides the seat 1a under the butt. Next, the other seat support frame 2 is pulled and the seat 2a is similarly slid under the hips.
[0020]
After the seat support frames 1 and 2 are closed, the clamp lever 41 is tightened so that the left and right seats 1a and 2a are not opened. In addition to the clamp lever, it may be locked with a rest position type index plunger.
[0021]
After the user's feet are in the footrest 4 and take a safe posture, a changeover switch or the like (not shown) is turned on to make use of the control circuit.
[0022]
An elevating push button switch or the like (not shown) is inserted, and the elevating frame 12 is raised so that the left and right seats 1a, 2a are separated from the bed.
[0023]
As shown in FIG. 6, the elevating mechanism includes a ball screw 21, screwing of a nut 22, and an elevating motor 15. The ball screw 21 is supported by a ball screw bearing 24 fixed to the lower frame 14. The elevating frame 12 is pushed up by the nut 22 with the spherical washer 23 interposed therebetween. The spherical washer 23 prevents a problem of ball screw screwing due to a shift between the guide frame 13 and the lifting frame 12.
[0024]
The electric wheelchair is advanced by operation of the joystick 42. Lower the seat for stable running where the left and right seats are separated from the bed. (Figure 2)
[0025]
As shown in FIG. 7, the direction change is performed by turning each of the central driving wheels 31 located on the left and right by reverse rotation. The drive wheels 31 are directly connected to the left and right traveling motors 16.
The drive wheel 31 is positioned at the center of the front and rear casters 32, and the center of the left and right drive wheels 31 is the center of turning.
[0026]
Side rollers 33, 34, and 35 attached to the lower frame 14 serve as turning guides. The side rollers 33, 34, and 35 are attached at positions where the radius from the rotation center of the left and right drive wheels 31 to the tip of the side roller is 380 mm. It is a dimension that can be rotated even in a corridor having a wall dimension of 780 mm.
[0027]
To move backward to the toilet, turn 90 ° to 180 ° in front of the toilet sliding door. In order to prevent the wall from being damaged by the contact of the side roller, a protective plate made of aluminum or resin may be attached to the wall at the height position of the side roller.
[0028]
As shown in FIG. 5, two or more side rollers 34 attached to the inside of the lower frame 14 serve as a guide for moving backward along the toilet outer surface, and the U-shaped lower frame 14 and the toilet outer surface Position in the width direction.
[0029]
After the seats 1a and 2a move backward to the toilet seat and are substantially positioned, the seat is lowered and landed on the toilet seat. At this time, if the descent operation is continued, the seat support frames 1 and 2 are supported by the toilet seat, and only the nut 22 and the spherical washer 23 in FIG. This prevents overload, prevents the toilet seat from being damaged by the screw shaft thrust, and is a safe mechanism against a descending malfunction.
[0030]
The left and right seats 1a, 2a have a cut shape so as to fit the toilet seat. If the width of the toilet room is wide, the seat may be opened and the buttocks directly placed on the toilet seat.
[0031]
In addition to using the toilet, if the left and right seats 1a, 2a are replaced with seats having no cuts, the seating comfort is good and the electric wheelchair is used for a long time.
[0032]
Since the power source uses the battery 43, the material of components such as the frame of the electric wheelchair is made as much as possible by using an aluminum material and a resin material to reduce the weight and to reduce the lifting / lowering and running / turning power.
[0033]
【The invention's effect】
The electric wheelchair of the present invention has an effect that the seats 1a and 2a are opened and closed to the left and right, and moved up and down, so that transfer from the bed and transfer to a toilet, a bathroom washing chair, and a bathroom lifter can be performed. Since the footrest 4 moves up and down together with the seat, the feet can be protected and a safe transfer operation can be performed.
