Description

4、 水で濯ぎ 1 室温
5、 50容量%硝酸 1 室温
6、 水で濯ぎ 1 室温
7、 メルカプト置換シラン処理溶液 1 室温
8、 焼成 60 200℃
1、イソプレプ160及びイソプレプ49Lは、マックダ−ミッド社製のアルミニウ ム及びアルミニウム合金用専売清浄溶液
次いで各試料を、耐腐食性測定のためにASTM B117に記述される方法に従って塩噴霧室で処理した。メルカプト置換シラン処理溶液の組成及び耐腐食性の結果を下の表1に示す。

Claims (20)
- 金属をメルカプト置換シラン、および水とエチレングリコールモノブチルエーテルからなる処理溶液と接触させ、処理溶液と接触させた後金属を60〜300℃で焼成し、処理溶液のpHが3〜5である、金属の耐腐食性を改善するための処理法。
- 金属がアルミニウム及びアルミニウム合金からなる群から選択される、請求項1の方法。
- 処理溶液と接触させた後、金属を80−250℃で焼成する、請求項1の方法。
- 金属を処理溶液と接触させる前に、清浄化、脱酸素、エッチング、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される工程に供する、請求項1の方法。
- 水とエチレングリコールモノブチルエーテルの濃度比が容量%に基づいて65/35〜94/6である、請求項1の方法。
- 多官能性メルカプト置換シランがガンマーメルカプトプロピルトリメトキシシラン、(3−メルカプトプロピル)トリメトキシシラン、(3−メルカプトプロピル)メチルジメトキシシラン、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項2の方法。
- 金属がアルミニウム及びアルミニウム合金からなる群から選択される、請求項2の方法。
- 処理溶液と接触させた後金属を80−250℃で焼成する、請求項2の方法。
- 金属を処理溶液と接触させる前に、清浄化、脱酸素、エッチング、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される工程に供する、請求項2の方法。
- 金属がアルミニウム及びアルミニウム合金からなる群から選択される、請求項7の方法。
- 処理溶液と接触させた後金属を80−250℃で焼成する、請求項7の方法。
- 金属を処理溶液と接触させる前に、清浄化、脱酸素、エッチング、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される工程に供する、請求項7の方法。
- 処理溶液中のメルカプト置換シランの濃度が処理溶液の0.5−10重量%である、請求項7の方法。

- 多官能性メルカプト置換シランがガンマーメルカプトプロピルトリメトキシシラン、(3−メルカプトプロピル)トリエトキシシラン、(3−メルカプトプロピル)メチルジメトキシシラン、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項17の組成物。
- 組成物のpHが3−5である、請求項17の組成物。
- 多官能性メルカプト置換シランがガンマーメルカプトプロピルトリメトキシシラン、(3−メルカプトプロピル)トリエトキシシラン、(3−メルカプトプロピル)メチルジメトキシシラン、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項19の組成物。
