Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a plug-in pipe joint, and particularly to a plug-in pipe joint that can be easily disassembled for re-construction.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, as a plug-in type pipe joint for connecting a flexible pipe through which a fluid such as a gas flows, a joint disclosed in, for example, Utility Model Publication No. 2565469 is known. FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view showing a pipe joint disclosed in the above publication. As shown in the figure, this pipe joint includes a
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the above-described conventional pipe joint, when the bellows pipe F is inserted into the
[0004]
Therefore, the present applicant has disclosed a plug-in pipe joint that can be easily connected by simply inserting the bellows tube in the previous application (Japanese Patent Application No. 11-316155). However, this pipe joint has the advantage that it can be connected by simply inserting it, but has the improvement that the disassembling operation for reconstructing is still quite complicated.
Further, as other conventional pipe joints, those disclosed in JP-A-5-164280, JP-A-5-31289, JP-A-6-58474, JP-A-6-58475 and the like are also known. It has been. Even the pipe joints shown in these known examples have the same problems as described above.
The present invention has been devised to pay attention to the above problems and to effectively solve them. An object of the present invention is to provide a safe plug-in pipe joint that has a simple structure and can be easily disassembled for re-construction.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention defined in claim 1 includes a bellows tube having a cylindrical nut member fitted into each other so as to be slidable in the longitudinal direction and a joint body, and a bellows tube having a concavo-convex portion whose outer peripheral surface is formed in a wavy shape. A plug-in type pipe joint in which a retainer member provided in the joint main body is engaged with a concave portion of the bellows pipe to fix the bellows pipe by inserting and inserting the nut member into the joint main body. And an elastic stop member that is interposed so that a force is always applied to the main groove portion formed on the outer peripheral surface of the nut member in the diameter reducing direction and allows the nut member to slide in the pushing direction, and the nut When the member is pushed in, it has a reduced diameter step portion that engages with the elastic stop member and realizes a locked state with the joint body, and is slidable in the longitudinal direction of the nut member Sleeve member A bayonet type pipe joint is characterized in that and a collar member provided detachably to regulate sliding movement of the sleeve member.
[0006]
According to this, after inserting the bellows tube into the plug-in type pipe joint and disassembling it for reconstructing, remove the collar member that regulated the sleeve member, and remove the sleeve member. By sliding along the nut member, the elastic stop member located at the reduced diameter step portion is reduced in diameter to release the locked state between the nut member and the joint main body, thereby pulling out the nut member. It becomes possible to disassemble easily.
In this case, for example, as defined in
For example, as defined in claim 3, the sleeve member and the collar member are fitted into a ring-shaped recess formed on the outer peripheral surface of the nut member.
[0007]
Further, for example, as defined in
The invention defined in claim 5 includes a bellows tube having a cylindrical nut member and a joint body that are fitted to each other so as to be slidable in the longitudinal direction, and an irregular portion having an undulating outer peripheral surface. A plug-in type pipe joint in which a retainer member provided in the joint main body is engaged with a concave portion of the bellows pipe to fix the bellows pipe by inserting and inserting the nut member into the joint main body. In this case, a force is always applied in the direction of diameter reduction to the push sleeve provided in contact with the tip end side of the nut member and slidable along the inside of the joint body, and the main groove formed on the outer peripheral surface of the push sleeve. And an elastic stop member that allows the pushing sleeve to slide in the pushing direction, and an end portion of the pushing sleeve, and when the nut member is pushed, A diameter-reducing step portion that engages with the elastic stop member to realize a locked state with the joint body, and an elastic member that is detachably provided to restrict the nut member from coming out of the joint body. An insertion-type pipe joint comprising a joint member.
[0008]
According to this, after inserting the bellows pipe into the plug-in type pipe joint and constructing it, to disassemble it for re-construction, remove the elastic coupling member that joined the joint body and the nut member, It can be easily disassembled by extracting the nut member from the joint body and reducing the diameter of the elastic stop member by pushing the pushing sleeve housed in the joint body into the back and taking it out. It becomes possible.
In this case, for example, as defined in claim 6, on the nut member side of the main groove portion, a diameter-expanding taper surface for expanding the diameter of the elastic stop member when the nut member is pushed is formed.
Further, for example, as defined in claim 7, an engagement groove portion for accommodating the elastic stop member when the nut member is pushed is formed by the reduced diameter step portion and an end surface of the nut member. It has become.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the plug-in type pipe joint of the present invention, the following excellent effects can be exhibited.
According to the first to fourth aspects of the present invention, after the bellows tube is inserted into the plug-in type pipe joint and constructed, the collar member that regulates the sleeve member is removed in order to disassemble it for reconstructing. Then, by sliding the sleeve member along the nut member, the elastic stop member located at the reduced diameter step portion is reduced in diameter and the locked state between the nut member and the joint body is released. Thereby, it can be easily disassembled by pulling out the nut member.
According to the inventions of claims 5 to 7, after the bellows pipe is inserted into the plug-in type pipe joint and constructed, the joint body and the nut member are combined to disassemble it for re-construction. By removing the elastic coupling member, extracting the nut member from the joint body, and reducing the diameter of the elastic stop member by pushing the pushing sleeve housed in the joint body into the back, and taking it out, It can be easily disassembled.
