Description
【0001】

[0004]
However, the conventional product is usually formed so that the lower surface is in contact with the floor surface of the existing bathroom washroom. According to the conventional product, although the inside is formed of a heat-insulating layer of foamed resin, heat is generated under the floor. There was the problem that it was easy to be taken away and heat insulation could not be fully demonstrated.
[0005]
Conventionally, in the case of this type of floor member, for example, if a reinforcing rib is provided on the lower surface of the upper plate (surface panel), there is a problem that it becomes difficult to connect the hot water flow pipe because of this rib. there were.
Therefore, since this type of conventional floor member is usually formed with a flat lower surface of the upper plate, according to the conventional product, sufficient strength cannot be secured and load resistance and rigidity are insufficient. There was a point.
[0006]
The present invention has been proposed in view of such conventional problems.
Therefore, the technical problem of the present invention is that, in a heat insulating floor member provided with a heat insulating layer of foamed resin, heat can be prevented from being taken under the floor, heat insulation can be improved, and load resistance and rigidity can be sufficiently secured. 【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, in the heat insulating floor member provided with the heat insulating layer of the foam resin, a wall is formed in a frame shape around the surface panel, and a screw is provided at a lower position of the surface panel surrounded by the wall. a portion for preventing a plurality of formed flush with the wall, the portions planar member the elongated frame via the for screwing screwed provided elongated frame on the lower surface of the planar member, The wall is formed integrally with the surface panel to form a rectangular frame shape having a groove-shaped space portion between the inner wall and the outer wall, and an escape hole for allowing the foamed resin to escape into the groove-shaped space portion is formed above. equal intervals multiple openings on each side of the rectangular direction of the inner wall of, and bending songs periphery of the planar member toward the foamed resin bulges in the groove-shaped space portion through the relief hole, the peripheral portion Is engaged with the groove-like space portion of the wall .
[0027]
Therefore, in the case of the present invention, it is possible to prevent the lower surface from coming into solid contact with the unit bus installation surface by the gantry, so that the heat insulation is improved. In addition, since the product of the present invention can be reinforced by a gantry, the load resistance and rigidity are increased, and the surface panel and the planar material can be integrated by the location and wall for screwing, so that the overall strength can be sufficiently secured.
Further, in the case of the present invention, when the foamed resin is injected into the closed space, the foamed resin that swells from the closed space can be put into the groove-like space portion to be treated with good appearance, and burrs protruding from the closed space can be removed. There is no need.
Further, in the case of the present invention, when the surface panel and the planar material are overlapped, the peripheral portion of the planar material can be cleanly treated, and the foamed resin infiltrated into the groove-shaped space portion can be removed from the peripheral edge of the planar material. It can be hidden in the department, and the appearance is improved.
