Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a floor panel constituting a washing place of a bathroom unit, and more particularly to a heating floor panel of a washing place formed so as to heat the floor of a bathroom washing place.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as this kind of floor panel, for example, a pipe for passing hot water is meandered in the groove on the back surface, or a base panel laid on the floor of an existing bathroom washing place, and hot water is distributed to this base panel. Some of them are formed with a surface panel that is covered with a tube (see, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-121084).
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, this kind of floor panel heats warm water in a meandering manner to transmit the heat of the warm water to a washing room pan (surface panel) and heats the floor of the washing area. Therefore, it is desirable that this type of floor panel be formed so that the heat of hot water can be efficiently transmitted to the surface panel without any loss of heat energy.
[0004]
However, the conventional product is configured such that the lower side of the washing basin is opened, or the base panel comes into contact with the floor of the existing bathroom lavatory. Therefore, when the conventional product is used, there is a problem that the heat of the hot water is easily taken under the floor and the loss of heat energy is large.
[0005]
In addition, it is desirable that this kind of floor panel washroom pan (surface panel) is thinly formed so as to improve heat conduction. However, since the weight of the bather is added, load resistance and It needs to be formed in a state with high rigidity. Thus, in this case, if a large number of ribs are integrally formed and reinforced on the back side of the washing place pan, the mold cost is high and the cost of the washing place pan is increased. Therefore, it is desirable that this type of panel be formed so that the washing pan can be thinned and the load resistance and rigidity can be sufficiently secured at low cost.
[0006]
However, in the conventional product, ribs are integrally formed in the washing pan, and it is customary to provide load resistance and rigidity with this type of rib. Therefore, the conventional product is expensive and inexpensive. There was a problem that panels could not be provided.
[0007]
The present invention has been proposed in view of such conventional problems.
Therefore, the technical problem of the present invention is that it is possible to prevent the heat of the hot water from being taken away under the floor in the heating floor panel of the washing place in which the circulation pipe of the hot water is meandered on the back side, and the loss of thermal energy can be reduced. An object of the present invention is to provide a heating floor panel for a washing place formed so as to ensure sufficient load resistance and rigidity at low cost even if the washing place pan is thinned so that heat is transmitted to the floor surface of the washing place as much as possible.
[0008]

【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the present invention, a screw receiving portion for screwing is formed between adjacent grooves of the washing place pan, and the heat insulation panel is polymerized on the back surface of the washing place pan via the hot water flow pipe. An elongated reinforcing member is provided on the back surface of the screw and fixed to the screw receiving portion together with the heat insulating panel with a screw .
[0029]
Therefore, in the case of the present invention, it is possible to prevent the heat of the hot water from escaping downward by the heat insulating panel, the thermal conductivity to the washing place pan is improved, and the loss of heat energy can be prevented as much as possible.
According to this, even if the washing pan is made thin, sufficient load resistance and rigidity as a whole can be secured at low cost by the reinforcing member.
In addition, according to the present invention, the heat insulating panel and the reinforcing member can be securely screwed using the screw receiving portion, and compared with the case where the entire length between the adjacent grooves is formed solidly as the screw receiving portion. The forming material can be saved and the occurrence of distortion during molding can be prevented.
