BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a rail for a panel curtain used for mounting a panel curtain composed of a plurality of panels. More specifically, the present invention relates to a panel curtain that can be easily mounted on an existing curtain rail and suppresses the swing of the panel in the front-rear direction. For rails.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in a panel curtain composed of a plurality of panels used for shielding a window or partitioning a room, each panel is attached to an individual curtain rail. Therefore, at least as many curtain rails as the number of panels are required. As a conventional curtain rail, for example, there is a curtain rail disclosed in
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-33359 (
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, since a large number of curtain rails are required, it takes time and effort during construction. Moreover, in an existing house, construction has been difficult because a new curtain rail has to be installed and there are physical restrictions. Even if the curtain rail can be installed, the panel curtain rail has the same length as the width of the panel to be installed, so it may be difficult to install the panel curtain by hitting the surrounding wall or ceiling when installing. .
[0005]
Even after the mounting, each panel is independently mounted on each curtain rail, so that there is a drawback that the panel easily swings back and forth.
[0006]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a panel curtain rail that can be easily constructed in both newly built and existing houses, and that suppresses panel swinging.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, as a result of intensive research, the invention of
The panel can be attached and includes a plurality of rail portions arranged in the front-rear direction, and support portions are attached to at least both ends of each rail portion, and the support portions can be inserted into a curtain runner having a recess. At least one of a first protrusion or a second protrusion that can be inserted into a groove having a cross-section extending in the panel moving direction carved on the side surface of the adjacent rail part, and the first protrusion of each rail part The panel curtain rail is arranged in a substantially straight line.
[0008]
Each rail portion is supported by support portions that are divided into a plurality of rail portions and attached to both ends of each rail portion. The support portion is attached to and supported by the curtain runner or the adjacent rail portion by the first protrusion or the second protrusion. Since the second protrusion is inserted into the concave groove in the adjacent rail portion, the movement in the front-rear direction between the rail portions is limited, and the swinging of the panel in the front-rear direction is also suppressed.
[0009]
When the rail portion moves so that the width of the panel curtain increases, the support portions attached to the adjacent rail portions come into contact with each other. As a result, the panel can be widened so that there is no gap in the width direction of the panel.
[0010]
Since the first protrusions are arranged substantially linearly, a plurality of curtain rails are not required, and the construction is facilitated on one curtain rail. In particular, it can be attached to an existing curtain rail.
[0011]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided the panel curtain rail according to the first aspect in which at least one of the rail portions is provided with a stopper for restricting the movement of the rail portion.
[0012]
Since the stopper and the support part come into contact with each other before the support parts come into contact with each other by the stopper that restricts the movement of the rail part, it is possible to arbitrarily adjust the overlapping state of the adjacent panels. Therefore, the width when the panel curtain spreads to the maximum can be adjusted according to the width of the window and the room to partition.
[0013]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided the panel curtain rail according to the first aspect, wherein a third protrusion extending to the adjacent rail portion is provided on at least one of the support portions.
[0014]
The third protrusion extending from the support portion to the adjacent rail portion restricts the approach between the rail portions, and can suppress swinging of the panel in the front-rear direction. Further, if the third protrusion extends so as to slide on the adjacent rail portion, the sliding movement of the panel becomes smoother, and a slidable roller may be provided at the tip of the third protrusion. .
[0015]
In addition, the curtain runner used in the present invention is provided with a set of rollers, and is capable of sliding on a curtain mounting rail.
The roller has a diameter smaller than the opening width of the curtain mounting rail, can be rotated at least 90 degrees around the insertion direction in the state of being inserted into the curtain mounting rail, and can be fitted with a protrusion. The curtain runner was provided with a recess on the bottom.
[0016]
That is, in the curtain runner used for mounting the panel curtain rail of the present invention, the diameter of the roller is smaller than the opening width of the curtain mounting rail, so that it can be inserted from below the existing curtain mounting rail (curtain rail). And after insertion, by rotating a curtain runner, it can be slidably attached to the curtain rail.
[0017]
In addition, since the bottom portion is provided with a recess into which the protrusion can be inserted, the first protrusion of the panel curtain rail of the present invention can be inserted from below, and the surrounding wall and ceiling do not become an obstacle. It can be easily attached to existing curtain rails.
[0018]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, the first protrusion is inserted into the insertable recess, and the diameter of one set of rollers is smaller than the opening width of the curtain mounting rail, In the inserted state, a curtain runner that is rotatable at least 90 degrees about the insertion direction as a rotation axis and that has a concave portion into which the first projection of the panel curtain can be inserted is rotatably attached. The panel curtain rail according to any one of
[0019]
If the curtain runner is previously attached to the panel curtain rail, it can be easily attached by inserting the curtain runner into the existing curtain rail from below and rotating it.
[0020]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, the first protrusion having an opening on a side surface of the support portion on a top surface of the support portion having the first protrusion and a narrow groove width of the opening portion. A central arc-shaped groove is engraved, the bottom surface is provided with a fourth protrusion, and the diameter of one set of rollers is smaller than the opening width of the curtain mounting rail, and is inserted into the curtain mounting rail. A curtain runner which is rotatable at least 90 degrees or more with the insertion direction as a rotation axis in the state and has a concave portion in which the first projection of the panel curtain can be fitted in the bottom surface portion is rotatably attached, The panel curtain rail according to any one of
[0021]
When the curtain runner inserted rotatably is rotated, the fourth protrusion provided on the bottom surface of the curtain runner moves in an arc-shaped groove formed on the top surface of the support portion. In addition, since the groove width of the opening of the arc-shaped groove is narrow, the fourth protrusion is fitted into the groove. As a result, the curtain runner is fixed without rotating after being attached to the curtain rail.
