【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
This invention belongs to the technical field of seedling pots used for tree planting for planting seedlings on park green spaces, road shoulders, slopes of established land, etc., and more specifically, filling seedlings and cultivating soils easily, quickly and reliably It relates to a nursery pot that can be made.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, various seedling pots for planting seeds and seedlings of vegetation on the ground have been developed, and various known seedling pots have been put to practical use.

A nursery pot (container) is disclosed.
[0005]
Patent document 3 is a registered design of the present applicant, and discloses a seedling pot that also functions to fix the herbicidal sheet by driving directly into the ground from above the herbicidal sheet laid on the site of the greening work. Yes. This seedling pot is composed of a cylinder having a quadrangular pyramid shape with a sharpened lower end, has independent flanges on the four sides of the outer periphery of the upper end, and has slit-shaped through holes in the cylindrical wall, and the seedlings in the ground. [Problems to be solved by the present invention]
All the seedling pots disclosed in Patent Documents 1 to 4 described above are common in a configuration in which seedlings and soil are filled from the opening at the upper end.
However, most of the seedling pots are generally those having an opening diameter of about 5 cm and a height of about 14 cm. The work of filling the culture medium into the cylinder from the small and narrow seedling pot upper end opening and planting the seedlings in the central part in this way is very troublesome and poor in workability. On the other hand, in one tree planting work, normally, seedling pots filled with seedlings, etc. are used in the order of hundreds to thousands, so the low productivity of planting seedlings as mentioned above is the practical use of these seedling pots. It has become a major issue.
[0009]
In particular, in the case of a configuration in which the upper end opening of the cylinder is closed with a lid, such as a seedling pot disclosed in [Reference diagram showing use state] of Patent Document 1, the effect of suppressing the generation of weeds is recognized by the lid. However, since it requires a fine work to pass the seedling stalk through a small hole provided in the center of the lid, its workability and productivity are extremely bad, and even a skilled worker in filling work can hardly make a sound. It is inefficient work. This is because the seedlings originally have a dumpling shape and the stem portion branches off and spreads, and is not suitable for passing through a small hole.
[0010]
Next, the seedling pots disclosed in Patent Documents 3 and 4 have a feature in the function and effect of being driven and fixed from above the weedproof sheet laid on the ground in the greening work. However, the weedproof sheet is partially broken by the driving of the cylinder, and an exposed portion of the ground tends to be generated between the outer peripheral surface of the cylinder and the sheet. The seedling pot disclosed in Patent Document 3 also has an effect of covering the exposed portion of the ground with flanges provided on the four sides of the outer periphery of the upper end of the cylinder, but the four corner portions lacking the flange are actually most herbicidal sheets. Where it is severely broken, the ground exposure is most likely to occur. From this exposed portion, weeds are generated, and problems such as inhibition of seedling growth have been pointed out.
[0011]
The object of the present invention is to combine two halved members obtained by dividing a raising seedling pot in the vertical direction so that anyone can fill the soil and seedlings easily, quickly and efficiently without requiring skill. It is to provide a seedling pot that can be made.
[0012]
The next object of the present invention is to have a flange extending along the outer periphery of the upper end of the seedling pot with a width substantially equal to the entire circumference, and burying the seedling pot on the ground from above the herbicidal sheet, It is to provide a seedling pot that does not produce an exposed portion of the ground on the outer periphery of the seedling pot when fixed.
[0013]
It is a further object of the present invention to provide a seedling pot that makes it easy to plant seedlings in a narrow place near a curb on a road, a stone-to-stone gap in a stone wall, or a depression thereof.
[0014]

[0024]
Embodiments and Examples of the Invention
Hereinafter, each embodiment of the seedling pot according to the invention described in claims 1 to 6 will be described based on the drawings.
[0025]
(First reference example )
First, a description will be given of a reference example of education seedlings pot 1 to 7.
[0026]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the seedling pot 1 has two halved members having the same shape and the same size as a conical cylindrical body with a sharp bottom end divided into two in the vertical direction. The seedlings 2 and the soil 4 are filled in the cylinder and embedded in the ground, and the seedlings 2 are planted. A ring member 30 is included as coupling means for holding the combined state of the half members 1a and 1a. Although the illustrated half member 1a shows the form divided into two equal parts as the most preferred embodiment, this is not restrictive. It can also be implemented in a combination of non-equally divided forms.
[0027]
The shape of the seedling pot 1 is not limited to the conical shape as shown in FIG. 1 as long as the lower portion thereof is a pointed shape suitable for being embedded (or driven) into the ground. For example, a polygonal pyramid shape such as a quadrangular pyramid or a shape obtained by obliquely cutting a columnar body may be used. The use of a plastic resin, preferably a biodegradable plastic or a collapsible plastic as the material of the seedling pot 1 is environmentally friendly and convenient. In particular, when a biodegradable plastic or a disintegrating plastic is used as the material, the seedling pot 1 embedded in the ground is degraded in half a year to several years. ) Becomes thick, there is no possibility that the seedling pot 1 will hinder or inhibit its growth. However, the seedling pot 1 can also be manufactured and implemented in the same manner using foamed or non-foamed ordinary resins, or corrosive materials derived from animals and plants such as cement, clay, paper, and bark.
[0028]
3A and 3B show a front view and a plan view of the half member 1a. As for the size of the half member 1a, the height H is about 150 mm. Of course, the dimensions are appropriately designed according to the seedling 2 to be planted, the size of the seed, and the like.
[0029]
In the half member 1a, a half-shaped lid portion 12 that closes the opening at the upper end is integrally formed substantially horizontally at a position slightly lower than the upper end, for example, about 3 mm lower. The reason why the lid portion 12 is provided slightly lower than the upper end portion of the half member 1a is that a recess is provided in the upper end portion of the seedling pot 1, and rainwater is collected in this recess to supply moisture to the root culture soil 4 of the seedling 2. Because. Of course, the lid portion 12 can be implemented in a configuration that is attached to the upper end of the cylindrical body and does not have the recess.
[0030]
A hole 3 for leading out the stem of a seedling 2 to be planted in the seedling pot 1 is provided in a substantially cutout shape (semi-circular shape) at a substantially central portion of the lid portion 12 described above. The size (size or diameter L) of the hole 3 is set to a size that does not cause a gap between the stem and the hole 3 as much as possible by allowing the thickness of the stem of the seedling 2 to be planted. This is because the exposed portion of the soil 4, that is, the area where weeds are generated is reduced, the growth failure of the seedling 2 is prevented, and the weeding work of the weeds is reduced.
[0031]
Next, on the outer peripheral edge of the upper end of the half member 1a, a flange 10 having a certain width or more is provided substantially horizontally along the outer peripheral edge (continuously on the half periphery). Accordingly, when the two halved members 1a and 1a are combined as shown in FIG. 1, the flanges 10 and 10 have a complete circular shape. Therefore, even if the sheet material breaks when the seedling pot 1 is embedded in the ground from the top of the sheet material such as a weedproof sheet laid on the ground at the site of the greening work, the sheet is caused by the flange 10 even if the sheet material breaks. The material is pressed down, the exposure of the ground is prevented, and the generation of weeds is suppressed. The meaning of providing the flange 10 with a certain width or more is to achieve the effect of preventing the exposure of the ground, and any change in the width of the flange 10 is not required as long as the width is more than the effect.
[0032]
As the planar shape of the flanges 10 and 10, for example, if the cylinder is a quadrangular pyramid or a polygonal pyramid, a shape that is continuous with a quadrangle or a polygon is preferable. The flange 10 may be provided with nailing holes.
[0033]
A plurality of through holes 11 having a shape and a size that do not leak the filled soil 4 are formed in the cylindrical wall portion of the half member 1a. A large number of through holes 11 are provided in the cylindrical wall portion of the seedling pot 1 in order to maintain air ventilation and moisture drainage in the soil 4 in the seedling pot 1 and allow roots to extend as the seedling 2 grows. It has been. Therefore, the shape and size of the through-hole 11 are not limited to the slit-shaped hole shown in FIG. For example, a circular or elliptical hole is also preferably implemented.
[0034]
The cylindrical wall portion of the half-split elements 1a, that have been shaped to act a retaining function when elaborate further embedding the seedling pots 1 into the ground, for example, retaining projection 16 of the wedge-shaped projected to multiple outward.
[0035]
A plurality of the retaining protrusions 16 are provided on the dividing surface of the half member 1a in a direction parallel to the dividing surface. The retaining protrusions 16 provided on the dividing surface are formed widely in a direction parallel to the dividing surface, and serve as a contact surface when the two half members 1a and 1a are combined. three each direction, that provided at each symmetrical arrangement.
[0036]
As shown in FIG. 3, a coupling means for holding the combined state of the two halved members 1a and 1a on the two abutting surfaces on the lower side of the retaining projections 16 provided on the dividing surface. retaining portion 18 as is that has been attached.
[0037]
4 and 5 schematically show the structure of the latching portion 18 attached to the retaining projection 16.
In FIG. 4, the contact surface of the left retaining protrusion 16 is provided with a pair of a hook-shaped male retaining protrusion 18 a and a female retaining hole 18 d constituting the latching portion 18. A contact surface of the right retaining protrusion 16 is provided with a pair of a hook-shaped male retaining protrusion 18c that fits into the female retaining hole 18d and a female retaining hole 18b that receives the male retaining protrusion 18a. ing.
[0038]
Therefore, the pair of the male fastening protrusions 18a and 18c and the female fastening holes 18b and 18d are arranged so that when the two halved members 1a and 1a are combined face to face as shown in FIG. Opposing ones are fitted to each other, so that the two halved members 1a and 1a are firmly held in a coupled state.
[0039]
The seedling pot 1 combined only by joining with the above-described latching portion 18 is usually substantially the same shape and the same size hole is dug into the ground (and sheet), but in the case of soft ground, it is directly ground with a hammer or the like. Sometimes it is driven into. As a further means for maintaining the combined state of the two halved members 1a and 1a so that the latching portion 18 is not detached and disassembled by an impact at that time, as shown in FIG. ring member 30 for tightening the outer circumference of the pot 1s are preferably used.
[0040]
The ring member 30 is a means for holding the two halved members as described above, and the form thereof is not limited to the ring shape formed of the cylindrical shape shown in FIG. 1, but is tightened like a rubber band or a plastic band. It is also suitably implemented in a form that exerts power. As for the material of the ring member 30, in addition to the plastic resin such as biodegradable or disintegrating plastic, the corrosive material derived from cement, clay and animals and plants as well as the seedling pot 1, elastic resin such as rubber is also preferably used. The Incidentally, in FIG. 1, the mounting location of the ring member 30 is a parallel portion directly below the flange 10, but is not limited thereto. The attachment place of the ring member 30 may be any place above and below the cylinder of the seedling pot 1.
[0041]
FIG. 6 shows a coupling structure of the dowel 20 and the dowel hole 21 provided at the cusp as a means for joining the tip of the half member 1a. The dowel 20 and the dowel hole 21 are fitted to each other when the two halved members 1a and 1a are combined, and there is an effect of preventing the positional deviation of the cusp.
[0042]
Next, FIG. 7 shows an embodiment of the greening work using the seedling pot 1 having the above-described configuration.
As shown in FIG. 2, the seedling pot 1 is planted with the seedling 2 on one of the two half members 1 a, 1 a filled with the soil 4 so that the stem passes through the hole 3. Then, the two halved members 1a and 1a are combined face to face, joined by the latching portion 18, and further, the ring member 30 is fitted and constrained to complete as shown in FIG. The necessary number of seedling pots 1 prepared in this way are carried into the site of the greening work. Then, a sheet material 33 such as a weedproof sheet is laid on the ground in advance, and a hole having the same shape and size as the seedling pot 1 is dug on the ground from above the sheet material 33 by using a punch. Embed in. A plurality of seedling pots 1 are embedded in the ground at intervals of 30 cm, for example, and both the purpose of planting the seedlings 2 and the purpose of fixing the sheet material 33 to the ground are achieved. When the ground is soft, the nursery pot 1 is directly driven into the ground from above the sheet material 33 using a hammer or the like.
[0043]
(Second reference example )
Next, FIGS. 8A and 8B show a reference example of a seedling pot 1 ′ composed of halved members 1a ′ and 1a ′ having overlapping margins 17 and 19 at the joint ends of the lid portion 12 ′ and the flange 10 ′. .
[0044]
The seedling pot 1 'has a configuration that is mostly common to the first embodiment described above, but is overlapped with one of two joint ends of the lid portion 12' and the flange 10 'of the half member 1a'. The structure provided with the parts 17 and 19 is characterized. That is, the seedling pot 1 ′ is the same as the seedling pot 1 of the first reference example except for the shape at the joint portion of the lid portion 12 ′ and the flange 10 ′ of the half member 1a ′. is there.
[0045]
As shown in FIGS. 8A and 8B, the lid portion 12 ′ has an overlapping margin portion 17 in which one of the joint ends on both sides of the notch-shaped hole 3 ′ at the center is slightly extended. Is formed. The overlapping margin portion 17 is tapered in thickness, and rides on the upper surface of the joint end of the lid portion 12 ′ facing the overlapping margin portion 17 in the combined state of the half members 1a ′ and 1a ′ ( Or, it takes a bonding structure that overlaps the bottom surface. The shape of the overlap margin portion 17 of the lid portion 12 ′ is not limited to the shape shown in the figure, and a joining structure in which the joint of the lid portions 12 ′ and 12 ′ cannot be seen in the joined state of the half members 1a ′ and 1a ′. if it can take shape not good.
[0046]
As shown in FIGS. 8A and 8B, one of the flanges 10 ′ is slightly extended from the joint ends at both ends of the flange 10 ′, and the extension portion is indented by an amount corresponding to the thickness of the flange 10 ′. A stacking margin 19 that is raised in the mold is formed. This overlapping margin 19 has a stamping joint structure that is overlapped so as to cover the gap with the opposing flange 10 'facing the overlapping margin 19 in the combined state of the half members 1'a, 1'a. . The shape of the overlapping margin portion 19 in the flange 10 ′ is not limited to the shape shown in the figure, and may be a shape that can take a joint structure that does not allow the joints of the joint portions of the flanges 10 ′ and 10 ′ to pass through like the lid portion 12 ′. not good.
[0047]
The function of the overlapping margins 17 and 19 of the lid portion 12 ′ and the flange 10 ′ is that the assembly accuracy is obtained when the two halved members 1a and 1a are combined in the seedling pot 1 of the first reference example described above. It is to close the gaps between the joint portions of the lid portions 12 and 12 or the flanges 10 and 10 resulting from such problems. Therefore, the seedling pot 1 ′ of the present embodiment can more reliably block the gap between the joint portions and eliminate the extremely small soil 4 or the exposed portion of the ground, thereby suppressing the generation of weeds.
[0048]
(Third reference example )
Next, FIG. 9 shows a third reference example of education seedling pots 7.
[0049]
The seedling pot 7 is also configured in common with the first reference example , but the configuration in which all the flanges of the half member 7a are removed is different. That is, the seedling pot 7 is basically the seedling pot 1 shown in the first reference example , except that the flange is not provided on the half member 7a, as apparent from the comparison with FIG. The structure and material are almost the same. On the outer peripheral edge of the upper end of the half member 7a, a heel part 15 against which the ring member 30 for tightening the outer peripheral part of the seedling pot 7 combining the two half members 7a, 7a abuts is provided outward.
[0050]
The seedling pot 7 of this reference example is configured to have a substantially slender shape by omitting the flange. Therefore, when embedding the seedling pot, a place where the flange becomes an obstacle, for example, beside a curb on the road, It can be easily embedded without worrying about the flanges in narrow spaces such as gaps or depressions with stones, or sandbags and sandbags piled up on a slope.
[0051]
(First Embodiment)
Next, FIG.10 and FIG.11 has shown embodiment of seedling pot 7 'based on the invention described in Claim 1. FIG.
[0052]
This seedling pot 7 'substantially uses the two halved members 7a, 7a described in the third reference example in common, and is characterized by a combination with the ring member 31 that holds the combined state. And In particular, the ring member 31 is characterized in that it is integrally provided with a flange 40 having a constant width that is continuous in a complete circular shape along the entire length (entire circumference) of the outer peripheral edge of its upper end. The original function of the ring member 31 is to maintain the shape of the two halved members 7a and 7a combined, and a material that exerts a tightening force such as a rubber band or a plastic band integrally formed with the flange 40. If it is sufficient, it is not limited to the form shown in FIG.
This seedling pot 7 'is embedded in the underground wall of the half member 7a in the same manner as described in the paragraphs [0034] to [0036] of the first reference example. A plurality of retaining protrusions 16 having a shape that functions to prevent the retaining when they are inserted, for example, wedge-shaped, are projected outward (invention according to claim 4). A part of the retaining protrusion 16 is provided in plural on the split surface of the half member 7a in a direction parallel to the split surface. The retaining protrusions 16 provided on the dividing surface are formed widely in a direction parallel to the dividing surface, and serve as a contact surface when the two half members 7a and 7a are combined. Three each in the direction are provided in a symmetrical arrangement (the invention according to claim 5). Of the retaining projections 16 provided on the dividing surface, the lower two abutting surfaces are each provided with a latching portion 18 as a coupling means for holding the combined state of the two half members 7a, 7a. 18a, 18b, 18c, 18d) are provided (inventions of claims 3 and 6).
In addition, the seedling pot is similar to the description in the paragraph [0045] of the second reference example, and the lid portion 12 includes the joint ends on both sides of the notch-shaped hole 3 at the center. It is also possible to carry out by forming an overlapping margin part in which one of the joining ends is slightly extended (invention of claim 2).
[0053]
This seedling pot 7 'is combined with the ring member 31 provided with the flange 40 in view of the limited use of the seedling pot 7 of the third reference example in a narrow place, so that the seedling pot of the first reference example It is characterized by being provided with versatility so that it can be used for the same applications as the pot 1. Accordingly, the seedling 2 can be planted by fixing the sheet material 33 while preventing the ground from being exposed as in the case of the seedling pot 1 of the first reference example described above. That is, the flange 40 of the ring member 31 serves the same purpose and function as the flanges 10 and 10 in the seedling pot 1 of the first reference example .
[0054]
In the case of the present embodiment, the flange 40 is integrally formed in a completely circular shape that goes around the outer periphery of the ring member 31, that is, the outer periphery of the seedling pot 7 'from the beginning. Therefore, the circular flanges 10 and 10 of the first reference example are likely to form a gap in the joint portion in the combined state of the half member 1a, which is in contrast to the possibility that weeds may sprout. That is, the flange 40 of the seedling pot 7 ′ can more reliably cover the exposed portion of the ground when the seedling pot 7 ′ is driven into the ground from above the sheet material 33 laid on the ground.
[0055]
[Effects of the present invention]
In the seedling pots according to the inventions described in claims 1 to 6 , the halves are respectively filled in two halved members divided in the vertical direction, and the sapling is passed through one of the halved members so that the stem passes through the hole. Attached, and then the two halves are combined to face each other and completed, so there is no need for skill, no hassle, simple, quick, reliable, efficient and large amount of seedlings A nursery pot can be created.
[0056]
Furthermore, since there is provided a flange extending radially without a gap along the top peripheral edge of that, upon fixing the weed sheet crowded embedding the seedling pots to the ground from the top of the weed sheet, the outer periphery of the seedling pots It is possible to reliably prevent the exposure of the ground that is likely to occur. Therefore, it is possible to prevent as much as possible the inconvenience that weeds are generated from the ground exposed between the herbicidal sheet and the seedling pot, and it is greatly relieved from the troublesomeness of the weeding work.
