[Problems to be solved by the present invention]
The seedling pots disclosed in Patent Literatures 1 to 4 described above have a common configuration in which seedlings and soil are filled from the opening at the upper end.
However, most of the seedling raising pots generally have an opening having a diameter of about 5 cm and a height as small as about 14 cm. The operation of filling the cultivation soil into the cylinder through the small opening of the small seedling raising pot and opening the seedlings in the central portion is extremely troublesome and poor in workability. On the other hand, in one greening work, usually, nursery pots filled with seedlings and the like are used in the order of several hundred to several thousand, so that the low productivity of planting seedlings as described above makes these nursery pots practically usable. Has become a major challenge for
[0009]
In particular, in the case of a configuration in which the opening at the upper end of the cylindrical body is closed with a lid, as in the seedling pot disclosed in [Reference diagram showing the state of use] of Patent Document 1, the effect of suppressing the generation of weeds by the lid is recognized. However, since it requires a fine work of passing the stalks of the seedlings into the small hole provided in the center of the lid, the workability and productivity are extremely poor, and even a skilled filling worker is difficult enough to raise the sound. It is inefficient work. Originally, a seedling has a root-shaped dumpling shape and a stem portion that is branched and spread, which is not suitable for passing through a small hole.
[0010]
Next, the seedling pots disclosed in Patent Literatures 3 and 4 have a feature of a function and an effect of driving and fixing a grass-proof sheet laid on the ground in greening work. However, the grass sheet is partially broken by the driving of the cylindrical body, and an exposed portion of the ground is likely to be formed between the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical body and the sheet. The seedling pot disclosed in Patent Document 3 also has an effect of covering the exposed portion of the ground with flanges provided on the four sides of the outer periphery of the upper end of the cylindrical body. Where a large break occurs, the ground is most likely to be exposed. Problems such as the occurrence of weeds and the inhibition of the growth of seedlings are pointed out from the exposed portions.
[0011]
An object of the present invention is to combine two half-split members obtained by dividing a seedling raising pot in the vertical direction, so that anyone can easily, quickly, and efficiently perform cultivation and filling of seedlings without skill. It is to provide a seedling pot that can be used.
[0012]
The next object of the present invention is to have a flange extending along the upper peripheral edge of the seedling raising pot at a width substantially equal to the entire circumference thereof, and burying the seedling raising pot in the ground from above the weed control sheet to remove the weed control sheet. An object of the present invention is to provide a seedling raising pot that does not cause an exposed portion of the ground on the outer periphery of the seedling raising pot when fixed.
[0013]
A further object of the present invention is to provide a seedling pot that can easily plant seedlings in a narrow place beside a curb of a road, a gap between stones in a stone wall, or a depression thereof.
[0014]

[0024]
Embodiments and Examples of the Invention
Hereinafter, embodiments of the seedling raising pot according to the invention described in claims 1 to 10 will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0025]
(1st Embodiment)
First, an embodiment of a seedling raising pot according to the first aspect of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0026]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the seedling raising pot 1 has two half-shaped members of the same shape and the same size, which are equivalent to vertically dividing a conical cylindrical body having a sharp lower end into two. The seedlings 2 and the soil 4 are filled in a cylinder and embedded in the ground to plant the seedlings 2. A ring member 30 is provided as coupling means for maintaining the combined state of the half members 1a. The illustrated half member 1a is shown as a most preferred embodiment, but is not limited thereto. It is also possible to carry out a combination of unequally divided forms.
[0027]
The shape of the seedling raising pot 1 is not limited to the cone shape as shown in FIG. 1 as long as its lower portion is suitable for embedding (or driving) into the ground. For example, a polygonal pyramid shape such as a quadrangular pyramid or a shape obtained by diagonally cutting a columnar body may be used. The use of plastic resin, preferably biodegradable plastic or degradable plastic, as the material of the seedling raising pot 1 is environmentally friendly and convenient. In particular, when a biodegradable plastic or a disintegrable plastic is used as the material, the seedling pot 1 embedded in the ground is decomposed in six months to several years, so that the planted seedlings 2 take root with growth and grow in stems (stems). ) Becomes thicker, there is no risk of the seedling pot 1 hindering or inhibiting its growth. Of course, the seedling raising pot 1 can be similarly manufactured and made of a foamed or non-foamed ordinary resin, or a corrosive material derived from animals and plants such as cement, clay, paper and bark.
[0028]
3A and 3B show a front view and a plan view of the half member 1a. As for the size of the half member 1a, the height H is about 150 mm. Of course, the dimensions are appropriately designed according to the size of the seedling 2 to be planted and the seed.
[0029]
A half-shaped lid portion 12 for closing the opening at the upper end of the half member 1a is integrally formed substantially horizontally at a position slightly lower than the upper end, for example, at a position lower by about 3 mm. The reason why the lid portion 12 is provided slightly lower than the upper end portion of the half member 1a is that a dent is provided in the upper end portion of the seedling raising pot 1 and rainwater is collected in the dent to supply moisture to the root soil 4 of the seedling 2. That's why. Needless to say, the lid portion 12 can be implemented with a configuration provided at the upper end of the cylindrical body and not having the depression.
[0030]
At a substantially central portion of the above-mentioned lid portion 12, a hole portion 3 for leading out a stem of a seedling 2 to be planted in the seedling raising pot 1 is provided in a cutout shape (semicircular shape). The size (dimension or diameter L) of the hole 3 is set so as to minimize the gap between the stem and the hole 3 while allowing the thickness of the stem of the seedling 2 to be planted. This is because the exposed portion of the cultivation soil 4, that is, the area where weeds are generated is reduced, the growth of the seedlings 2 is prevented from growing poorly, and the weed weeding operation is reduced.
[0031]
Next, a flange 10 having at least a certain width or more is provided substantially horizontally along the outer peripheral edge of the upper half of the half member 1a over the entire length thereof (continuously along the half circumference). Therefore, when the two half members 1a, 1a are combined as shown in FIG. 1, the flanges 10, 10 have a perfect circular shape. Therefore, at the site of the greening work, when the seedling raising pot 1 is buried in the ground from above a sheet material such as a grass-proof sheet laid on the ground, even if the sheet material is broken, the sheet can be broken by the flange 10. The timber is held down, the exposure of the ground is prevented, and the occurrence of weeds is suppressed. The meaning of providing the flange 10 at least in a certain width or more is to achieve the effect of preventing the ground from being exposed, and it does not matter how large or small the width of the flange 10 is as long as it is equal to or more than the width at which the effect is exerted. .
[0032]
For example, if the cylindrical body is a quadrangular pyramid or a polygonal pyramid, the planar shape of the flanges 10 and 10 is preferably a shape continuous with a quadrangle and a polygon, respectively. A hole for nailing may be provided in the flange 10.
[0033]
A plurality of through-holes 11 are formed in the cylindrical wall portion of the half member 1a in a shape and a size in which the filled soil 4 does not leak. A large number of the through holes 11 are provided evenly in the cylindrical wall portion of the seedling raising pot 1 in order to maintain the ventilation of air and drainage of water in the cultivation soil 4 in the seedling raising pot 1 and to allow the roots to extend with the growth of the seedling 2. Have been. Therefore, the shape and size of the through hole 11 are not limited to the slit-shaped holes shown in FIG. For example, a circular or elliptical hole is also suitably implemented.
[0034]
A plurality of retaining protrusions 16, for example, in the form of wedges, which protrude outward from the cylindrical wall portion of the half-split member 1 a, function as a retaining function when the seedling raising pot 1 is embedded in the ground (claim). Item 8)).
[0035]
A plurality of the retaining projections 16 are provided on the dividing surface of the half-member 1a in a direction parallel to the dividing surface. The retaining projections 16 provided on the divided surface are formed to be wide in the direction parallel to the divided surface, serve as a contact surface when the two half members 1a, 1a are combined, and serve as upper and lower surfaces of the divided surface. Three pieces are provided in each direction in a symmetrical arrangement (the invention according to claim 9).
[0036]
As shown in FIG. 3, connecting means for holding the combined state of the two half members 1a, 1a on the two contact surfaces on the lower side of the retaining projections 16 provided on the divided surface. A hook portion 18 is additionally provided (the invention according to claims 7 and 10).
[0037]
FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 schematically show the structure of a latching portion 18 attached to the retaining projection 16.
In FIG. 4, a pair of a hook-shaped male retaining projection 18 a and a female retaining hole 18 d constituting the latching portion 18 is provided on the contact surface of the left retaining projection 16. The contact surface of the right retaining projection 16 is provided with a pair of a hook-shaped male retaining projection 18c that fits into the female retaining hole 18d and a female retaining hole 18b that receives the male retaining projection 18a. ing.
[0038]
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5, the pair of the male retaining projections 18a, 18c and the female retaining holes 18b, 18d forms a pair when the two half members 1a, 1a are combined face to face. Opposite members are fitted to each other to firmly hold the two half members 1a, 1a in a connected state.
[0039]
The seedling pot 1 combined only by the above-described hooking portion 18 is usually dug and buried in the ground (and sheet) with a hole of substantially the same shape and the same size. Sometimes it is driven. As a further means for maintaining the combined state of the two half-members 1a, 1a, as shown in FIG. The ring member 30 for tightening the outer peripheral portion of the pot 1 is preferably used (the invention according to claim 6).
[0040]
The ring member 30 is a means for holding the two half members as described above. The form is not limited to the cylindrical ring shape shown in FIG. It is suitably implemented even in a form that exerts force. Similar to the seedling pot 1, the material of the ring member 30 is preferably plastic resin such as biodegradable or degradable plastic, cement, clay, corrosive material derived from animals and plants, and elastic resin such as rubber. You. Incidentally, in FIG. 1, the place where the ring member 30 is attached is a parallel portion immediately below the flange 10, but the present invention is not limited to this. The ring member 30 may be attached at any position above or below the tubular body of the seedling raising pot 1.
[0041]
FIG. 6 shows a connecting structure of the dowel 20 and the dowel hole 21 provided at the pointed head as means for connecting the pointed end of the half member 1a. The dowel 20 and the dowel hole 21 are fitted to each other when the two half members 1a, 1a are combined, and have an effect of preventing a displacement of the pointed head.
[0042]
Next, FIG. 7 shows an embodiment of a greening work using the seedling raising pot 1 having the above configuration.
As shown in FIG. 2, the seedling raising pot 1 has a seedling 2 planted in one of the two half members 1 a, 1 a densely filled with the cultivation soil 4 so that the stem thereof passes through the hole 3. Then, the two half members 1a, 1a are combined to face each other, connected by the hooking portion 18, and furthermore, the ring member 30 is fitted and restrained to complete as shown in FIG. The seedling pots 1 thus prepared are carried in a required number to the site of the greening work. Then, a sheet material 33 such as a grass sheet is laid on the ground in advance, and a hole having substantially the same shape and the same size as the seedling pot 1 is dug on the ground using a punching machine from above the sheet material 33. Embed in The seedling raising pots 1 are embedded in the ground at intervals of, for example, about 30 cm to achieve both the purpose of planting the seedlings 2 and the purpose of fixing the sheet material 33 to the ground. When the ground is soft, the seedling raising pot 1 is directly driven into the ground from above the sheet material 33 using a hammer or the like.
[0043]
(Second embodiment)
Next, FIGS. 8A and 8B show an embodiment of the seedling raising pot 1 ′ composed of the half members 1 a ′ and 1 a ′ having overlap portions 17 and 19 at the joining ends of the lid portion 12 ′ and the flange 10 ′. .
[0044]
The seedling raising pot 1 'has a configuration substantially common to that of the first embodiment, but overlaps with one of two joining ends of the lid portion 12' and the flange 10 'of the half member 1a'. It is characterized by a configuration in which the parts 17 and 19 are provided. That is, the seedling raising pot 1 'is all the same in structure, material, and the like as the seedling raising pot 1 of the first embodiment, except for the shape at the joining end of the lid portion 12' and the flange 10 'of the half member 1a'. is there.
[0045]
As shown in FIGS. 8A and 8B, the lid portion 12 'has an overlapping margin portion 17 in which one of the joining ends on both sides of the cutout hole 3' at the center is slightly extended. Is formed. The overlap margin 17 is tapered to its thickness, and rides on the upper surface of the joint end of the lid portion 12 'facing the overlap margin 17 in the combined state of the half members 1a', 1a '( Alternatively, a bonding structure that overlaps (under the bottom surface) is employed. The shape of the overlapping margin portion 17 of the lid portion 12 'is not limited to the shape shown in the drawing, and a joint structure in which the joint of the junction portions of the lid portions 12', 12 'is not transparent in the joined state of the half members 1a', 1a '. The shape may be any shape (above, the invention according to claim 4).
[0046]
As shown in FIGS. 8A and 8B, one end of the flange 10 ′ is slightly extended from one end of the flange 10 ′. An overlap portion 19 protruding from the mold is formed. The overlapping portion 19 has an intaglio type joining structure in which the overlapping portions 19 overlap each other so as to cover the gap between the overlapping portion 19 and the opposing flange 10 'in the combined state of the half members 1'a and 1'a. . The shape of the overlap portion 19 in the flange 10 ′ is not limited to the shape shown in the drawing, and may be any shape as long as it can have a joint structure in which the joints of the joint portions of the flanges 10 ′ and 10 ′ are not transparent like the lid portion 12 ′. Good (above, the invention according to claim 5).
[0047]
The function of the overlapping portions 17, 19 of the lid portion 12 'and the flange 10' is such that the assembling accuracy of the seedling raising pot 1 of the first embodiment described above when two half members 1a, 1a are combined. In other words, the problem is to close the gaps between the lid portions 12 and 12 or the joining portions of the flanges 10 and 10 caused by such problems. Therefore, the seedling raising pot 1 'of the present embodiment can more reliably close the gap between the joining portions, eliminate the very small cultivated soil 4 or the exposed portion of the ground, and suppress the occurrence of weeds.
[0048]
(Third embodiment)
Next, FIG. 9 shows an embodiment of the seedling raising pot 7 according to the second aspect of the present invention.
[0049]
The seedling raising pot 7 also has a configuration that is substantially the same as the first embodiment, but differs in a configuration in which the flange of the half member 7a is entirely removed. That is, as apparent from the comparison with FIG. 1, the seedling raising pot 7 is basically similar to the seedling raising pot 1 shown in the first embodiment except that the half member 7a is not provided with a flange. This is almost the same in structure, material and the like. A flange 15 against which a ring member 30 for tightening an outer peripheral portion of the seedling raising pot 7 in which the two half members 7a are combined is provided on an outer peripheral edge of an upper end of the half member 7a.
[0050]
Since the seedling raising pot 7 of the present embodiment is formed in a substantially slender shape by omitting the flange, when the seedling raising pot is embedded, a place where the flange interferes, for example, beside a curb of a road or a stone in a stone wall. The flange can be easily embedded in a narrow part such as a gap or a depression between the stones and a gap between the sandbags stacked on the slope, without worrying about the flange.
[0051]
(Fourth embodiment)
Next, FIGS. 10 and 11 show an embodiment of a seedling raising pot 7 ′ according to the third aspect of the present invention.
[0052]
The seedling raising pot 7 'uses the two half members 7a, 7a substantially described in the third embodiment substantially in common, and is characterized by a combination with a ring member 31 holding the combined state. And In particular, the ring member 31 is characterized in that a flange 40 of a constant width that is continuous in a perfect circular shape is integrally provided over the entire length (entire circumference) of the outer peripheral edge of the upper end. The original function of the ring member 31 is to maintain the configuration of the two half members 7a, 7a combined, and a material that exerts a tightening force such as a rubber band or a plastic band formed integrally with the flange 40. Is sufficient, and the present invention is not limited to the embodiment shown in FIG.
[0053]
This seedling raising pot 7 'is combined with the ring member 31 provided with the flange 40 in view of the fact that the use of the seedling raising pot 7 of the third embodiment is limited to a narrow place. It is characterized by providing versatility so that it can be used for the same applications as the pot 1. Accordingly, similarly to the seedling raising pot 1 of the first embodiment, the sheet material 33 is fixed and the seedlings 2 can be planted while preventing the ground from being exposed. That is, the flange 40 of the ring member 31 has the same purpose and functions as the flanges 10 and 10 in the seedling raising pot 1 of the first embodiment.
[0054]
In the case of the present embodiment, the flange 40 is integrally formed from the beginning into a complete circular shape that goes around the outer peripheral edge of the ring member 31, ie, the outer peripheral edge of the seedling raising pot 7 '. This is in contrast to the fact that the circular flanges 10 of the first embodiment tend to form gaps at the joints in the combined state of the half members 1a, and that weeds may sprout. That is, the flange 40 of the seedling raising pot 7 'can more reliably cover the exposed portion of the ground when the seedling raising pot 7' is driven into the ground from above the sheet material 33 laid on the ground.
[0055]
[Effects of the present invention]
The seedling raising pot according to the invention as set forth in claims 1 to 10, fills the cultivated soil into two vertically divided half members, and further transfers the seedling to one of the half members so that the stem passes through the hole. Attached and then two half-split members are combined to face each other, so that it can be completed easily, quickly, reliably and efficiently without the need for skill. A nursery pot can be created.
[0056]
Furthermore, since the seedling growing pot according to claim 1 or 3 is provided with a flange extending radially without a gap along the outer peripheral edge of the upper end thereof, the seedling growing pot is buried in the ground from above the weeding sheet. When fixed, it is possible to reliably prevent the ground from being exposed on the outer periphery of the seedling raising pot. Therefore, the inconvenience of weed generation from the ground exposed between the weed prevention sheet and the seedling raising pot can be prevented as much as possible, and the troublesome weeding work is greatly relieved.
[0057]
