しかしながら、従来のカートンの形状では、開封してカートンから１個の内容物を取り出そうとする場合、内容物が互いに密接状態にあるため、スムーズに取り出すことが難しい。

本発明は、上記の問題点を解決するために見出されたもので、棒状の内容物を収納し、その棒状の内容物を容易に取り出すことができるカートンを提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するためになされた本発明は、前板、後板、側板、糊代片を連設した一つのブランクから角筒体を形成し、前記後板に連設した天部上フラップと、前記前板あるいは前記後板に連設した底部フラップで前記角筒体の上下開放端を密封し、前記天部上フラップに延長片を連設し、該延長片を前記前板に部分的に固定したカートンにおいて、前記前板の上端の少なくとも一部に破断用ミシン目による切り取り可能な切り欠け領域を外枠線が前記延長片の外枠線の内側になるように形成し、該切り欠け領域と前記延長片を接着し、前記カートン開封時に、前記延長片を開封すると同時に前記切り取り領域が切り取られることを特徴とするカートンである。また、前記後板において、前記側板と隣接する辺の上端から対向する辺に向かって外折り用罫線を設けたことを特徴とし、前記後板の外折り用罫線より下の部分と糊代片とを接着し、前記後板における外折り用罫線より上の部分と糊代片とを接着しないことを特徴とする。さらに、前記前板に、前記天部延長片の先端が差し込み可能な差し込み口を設けたことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。

本発明のカートンを上記ブランクから組み立てるには、まず、糊代片５を後板１の裏面に接着剤を用いて貼着し、図４に示すような角筒状に組み立てる。その際、糊代片５と後板１との接着は、後板１に設けられた罫線ｏより下の部分で接着し、上の部分は、接着を行わない。この部分の接着を行う場合には、軽い力で剥がすことが可能な仕様とする必要がある。つぎに、底部では、底部折り込みフラップ１１、１３を折り込み、底部差し込み片１４を差し込みながら、底部フラップ１２を折り込む。つづいて、天部では、天部折り込みフラップ７、９を折り込み、天部下フラップ８を折り込み、天部上フラップ６を折り込み、そして天部延長片１０をおりこみながら先端を前板３の差し込み口１５に差し込む。この時に、天部フラップ８と天部上フラップ６の裏面、および前板３の切り欠け領域Ｘと延長片１０の裏面とを接着する。この接着を充分に行うために、接着面積を、可能な限り広くする必要がある。最終的に、図１に示すような外観のカートンが出来上がる。

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば、棒状の内容物を収納するカートンであって、開封が簡単で、開封後に、開口部において、一般のカートンのように前板、後板の上端と同一で、平らではなく、開封と同時に前板では切り込みができ、後板では上端が斜め後ろに折ることができるため、収納した内容物の先端が、露出し、摘んで取り出し易い、優れた取り出し効果を持つカートンを得ることが出来る。
