BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a joint structure between a steel column and a steel beam in a steel structure. More specifically, the present invention relates to a non-bracketed steel column and steel beam connection structure that connects a steel column with a square cross section and a steel beam with an H-shaped cross section without using a beam bracket installed on the steel column side.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When an external force such as an earthquake acts on the steel structure, the largest bending load acts on the joint between the steel column and the steel beam. Therefore, the fracture at the joint between the steel column and the steel beam becomes a problem, but welding is often used as a fixing means for this joint, and the deformation performance is low, resulting in brittle and rapid fracture. Because it is easy to become, it may take the opportunity of emergency evacuation in the event of an earthquake. Therefore, various proposals have been made in order to ensure the strength of the joint portion even in the joint structure between the non-bracket type steel column and the steel beam. For example, by providing a diaphragm at the position of a steel column that joins the steel beam, and tightening and fixing the end plate welded to the end of the steel beam using a tapped hole formed at the end of the diaphragm, the steel column and the steel frame For joining the beam (Patent Document 1), increasing the thickness of the steel column to which the steel beam is joined (Patent Document 2), for the sleeve at the position of the steel column to join the steel beam There has been proposed a method in which a square steel pipe is shrink-fitted and a joint portion between a steel column and a steel beam is made into a double pipe structure (Patent Document 3).

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, although the joint between the steel column and the steel beam can be strengthened by the conventional technology, the deformation performance is not always improved, and the problem of the emergency evacuation in the event of an earthquake is lost due to brittle and rapid destruction Has not yet been dispelled. The present invention was invented in view of the above-described conventional technical situation, and when a non-bracket method is employed as a joining means between a steel column and a steel beam, a welded portion between the steel column and the steel beam It is possible to easily ensure the relative difference in the proof stress between the welded part and the plasticized region, which is required to avoid fracture from the steel, and improve the deformation performance at the joint between the steel column and the steel beam Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a joint structure between a steel column and a steel beam that can avoid brittle and rapid destruction and can provide a time margin for evacuation during an earthquake.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention can be widely applied to a joint portion between a steel column having a square cross section and a steel beam having an H cross section. In the present invention, since a conventional diaphragm or the like installed inside a steel column can be omitted, not only from a steel column consisting of a hollow rectangular cylinder, but also from a square cylinder filled with concrete or the like inside. It can be applied to steel columns. The reinforcing action for the steel beam by the connecting plate may be configured to act directly by welding the connecting plate to both side portions of the upper and lower flange portions of the steel beam. It may be configured so as to act indirectly by being fixed or integrally formed on both side portions of the flat plate portion constituting the base, and superposing and fixing the flat plate portions to the upper and lower flange portions of the steel beam. In the latter form, the connecting plate may be welded in a vertical state to both sides of the flat plate portion, or may be integrally formed in both sides of the flat plate portion in an L-shaped cross section, or the flat plate portion. It may be integrally formed on both sides of the T-shaped cross section. Further, the flat plate portion may be constituted by a single plate body, or may be constituted so that the left and right plate bodies divided along the steel beam are respectively fixed to both side portions of the steel beam. Incidentally, it is also possible to cut out a joint fitting in which the connecting plate is integrally formed in both sides of the flat plate portion in an L-shaped cross section from a commercially available angle material. In addition, the joint fitting in which the connecting plate is integrally formed on both sides of the flat plate portion in a T-shaped cross section can be cut out from a commercially available H-shaped steel material. Thus, in the case of employing a fitting in which the connecting plate is integrally formed on both sides of the flat plate portion, it is possible to avoid the problem of thermal deformation caused by welding between the connecting plate and the flat plate portion. it can. Regarding the engagement between the beam side positioning means provided on the steel beam side and the column side positioning means provided on the steel column side, both means may be fixed using fixing means such as bolts and nuts, or both means It is also possible to engage with each other by the engaging means provided on the inner side, or to engage with the locking part provided on one side. Also, by gradually increasing the width of the joint side of the upper and lower flanges of the steel beam or the flat plate of the fitting, the width between the connecting plates gradually increases toward the column width of the steel column. You may comprise as follows. In that case, the upper and lower flange portions of the steel beam or the both side portions of the flat plate portion of the fitting may be inclined in a tapered shape, or one side portion may be inclined. Furthermore, by projecting the flat plate portion of the fitting into the plasticizing region, the position at which plasticization is first started is set at a position away from the boundary portion of the portion to be reinforced that is reinforced by the connecting plate. It is also possible.
