A structure including a joint between a column and a beam, the column having a diaphragm and a gusset joined, a beam having two flanges and a web, and a gusset joined to one of the flanges, and a balance, The diaphragm and the other of the flanges are joined, the web and a column side gusset are joined, and a beam side gusset and the column side gusset are joined via the arrangement. Structure. According to such a structure, the freedom degree of selection of a member can be raised.
[0009]
In this structure, it is preferable that the column and the diaphragm be joined by partial penetration welding or fillet welding. In this structure, the column and the gusset on the column side may be joined by full penetration welding, but are preferably partial penetration welding or fillet welding. According to such a structure, since a necessary strength can be ensured even with a simple welding method, welding work and quality control are facilitated.
[0010]
Further, in this structure, the connection between the web and the column-side gusset is a connection by a bolt directly or via a splice plate, and the connection between the positioning and the beam-side gusset is a bolt The joining between the arrangement and the gusset on the pillar side is joining by bolts. According to such a structure, since the main work for joining is bolt joining in the field, welding work can be reduced and construction becomes easy.
[0011]
Further, in this structure, it is preferable that the pillar-side gusset is joined to the diaphragm. According to such a structure, the proof strength of the column side gusset can be improved.
[0012]
The structure may further include a lower diaphragm joined to the pillar below the pillar-side gusset, and the pillar-side gusset joined to the lower diaphragm. It is desirable. According to such a structure, the proof strength of the column side gusset can be improved.
[0013]
Further, in this structure, the joint portion joins the pillar and the plurality of beams, and at least one of the plurality of beams has a beam height different from that of the other beams. It is desirable. According to such a structure, a structure including a joint portion obtained by joining a plurality of beams having different girder heights can be provided. The joint may join the column and the plurality of beams, and the plurality of beams may have the same girder height. According to such a structure, the freedom degree of selection of a member can be raised.
[0014]
Also, a method of joining a column and a beam, wherein a column side gusset and a diaphragm are joined to the column, and a beam side gusset is joined to the beam, the diaphragm And the flange of the beam, the web of the beam and the column side gusset are bonded, and the beam side gusset and the column side gusset are bonded through the positioning. Joining method. According to such a joining method, since it can join even if the beam height of a beam differs, since selection of a member is not restrained, design with a higher degree of freedom can be performed.
[0015]
Also, a method of manufacturing a structure in which a column and a beam are joined, wherein the column is joined with a column-side gusset and a diaphragm, and the beam is joined with a beam-side gusset. The diaphragm and the flange of the beam are joined, the web of the beam and the gusset on the column side are joined, and the gusset on the beam side and the gusset on the column side are joined via the arrangement. A structure manufacturing method characterized by the above. According to such a structure manufacturing method, since the beams can be joined even if their beam heights are different, selection of members is not constrained, so that a design with a higher degree of freedom can be performed.
[0016]
【Example】
Hereinafter, an example of an embodiment of a structure or the like according to the present invention will be described in detail.
FIG. 1 is a schematic view of a joint portion of the structure according to the present embodiment as viewed from above. FIG. 2 is a schematic view of the joint portion of the structure according to the present embodiment as viewed from the side. Moreover, FIG. 3 is a figure when the junction part of the structure of this embodiment is seen from diagonally downward. FIG. 4 is an exploded view for explaining the components. In FIG. 2, a part of the beam (20B) in FIG. 1 is omitted. 3 and 4 also omit some of the beams (20C and 20D) in FIG.

According to the above configuration, even if at least one beam of the plurality of beams 20 attached from four directions is different in beam height from the other beams, the adjustment of the joint portion can be achieved by the setting 60. As a result, the selection of beam members is not constrained, and a design with a higher degree of freedom can be performed. However, it goes without saying that the beam heights of a plurality of beams attached from four sides may be the same. This is because even if the beam girder heights are aligned, if the columns and beams can be joined with the same configuration as when the beam girder heights are not aligned, the degree of freedom in selecting the members can be increased. .
[0026]
Moreover, according to said structure, since it is only partial penetration welding or fillet welding, welding work is easy. Further, since the welding amount is small, the performance of the joint portion does not depend on the skill of the welding engineer. Further, since there is no complete penetration welding, ultrasonic inspection inspection is not required, so that the performance and quality of the joint can be easily managed.
[0027]
In the above description, “partial penetration welding” refers to welding in which the penetration portion is intentionally smaller than the thickness of the base metal on the weld cross section. Further, “fillet welding” refers to welding in which two steel plates are aligned at right angles to each other, and the contact portions of both base materials are joined using a weld metal.
[0028]
Further, according to the above configuration, only the upper flange of the two flanges is directly joined to the column, and the lower flange is not directly joined to the column, but indirectly through the arrangement. It is joined to. Therefore, the bending stress from the beam 20 is received through the

According to the manufacturing method of this embodiment, since only partial penetration welding or fillet welding is performed, welding work is easy. Further, since the welding amount is small, the performance of the joint portion does not depend on the skill of the welding engineer. Further, since there is no complete penetration welding, ultrasonic inspection inspection is not required, so that management of the performance of the joint becomes easy.
[0034]
In addition, since high-strength bolts are mainly used in the field, welding work on the field is eliminated, and construction is facilitated.
[0035]
As mentioned above, although the structure etc. which concern on this invention were demonstrated based on one Embodiment to FIGS. 1-4, said embodiment is for making an understanding of this invention easy, and this invention is demonstrated. It is not meant to be interpreted in a limited way. The present invention can be changed and improved without departing from the gist thereof, and it is needless to say that the present invention includes equivalents thereof. In particular, even the embodiments described below are included in the structure according to the present invention.
[0036]
FIG. 5 is an exploded view for explaining a joint portion of a structure according to another embodiment. In the figure, the same components as those of the above-described embodiment are given the same numbers, and the description thereof is omitted. Moreover, the description about the joining method is abbreviate | omitted about the location using the same joining method as above-mentioned embodiment.

In the figure, the same components as those of the above-described embodiment are given the same numbers, and the description thereof is omitted. Moreover, the description about the joining method is abbreviate | omitted about the location using the same joining method as above-mentioned embodiment.
[0041]
In the above-described embodiment, the beams are joined to the four directions of the columns. However, the direction of the beam joined to the column is not limited to four directions. For example, as shown in the figure, the beams joined to the pillars may be in three directions. In this case, it is desirable that the upper diaphragm has a shape having a through hole as shown in the figure. Also in this case, it is desirable that the upper diaphragm is integrally formed. In this case, the lower diaphragm has almost the same shape as the upper diaphragm. Although not shown, it goes without saying that the direction of the beam joined to the column may be two directions. With this configuration, the column-to-beam connection in the above-described embodiment can be applied not only to the column at the center of the structure but also to the column at the side or corner of the structure. .
[0042]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, each beam can be joined to a column even if the beam heights of the beams are different.
