本発明は、大量の不完了呼の発信者を特定可能な交換機及びその処理方法に関する。

【従来の技術】
近年において、大量の呼を自動的に発信し応答前に切断する、いわゆるワン切りが社会問題となっている。かかる操作は、着信者にとって迷惑であるとともに、交換機に多大な負荷をもたらす。そのため、応答前に切断される不完了呼を交換機全体で計数し、その結果を見て不完了呼の発生回数を把握している。下記の非特許文献1にもその関連技術が開示されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来では、上記のようにして不完了呼の発生回数を把握しているが、交換機全体の発生回数しか得られないので、不完了呼の発信者は特定できなかった。

そこで本発明は、上記の従来の課題に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的とするところは、大量の不完了呼の発信者を特定可能な交換機及びその処理方法を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記従来の課題を解決するために、請求項1の本発明は、不完了呼の検出の可能な交換機において、収容された回線の識別情報に対応づけて該回線からの呼び出しによる不完了呼の回数を記憶する不完了呼カウンタと、前記不完了呼カウンタを読み出し、予め記憶したしきい値と該しきい値のn倍数(n=2以上の各整数)の少なくとも1つを比較対象として比較を行い、不完了呼カウンタが比較対象の値に等しい場合には前記回線についての処理を行う処理手段とを備えることを特徴とする交換機をもって解決手段とする。

以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面を参照して説明する。

発側交換機1は、複数の電話端末2を接続した電話回線を収容して中継交換機3に接続されている。中継交換機3は、複数の電話端末2を接続した電話回線を収容した着側交換機4に接続されている。発側交換機1は、電話交換の信号処理を行う信号処理部11と、信号処理部11等から指示によりデータ処理を行う処理手段たる中央制御部12と、各種設定値やデータが記憶される主記憶部13と、設定された時刻に中央制御部12に対し指示する時刻管理手段たる時刻管理部14と、発側交換機1に接続された外部機器との間でデータを入出力させる外部インタフェース部15とを備える。外部インタフェース部15は、警報の鳴動可能な警報表示装置5と、入力機能と表示機能とを備える入出力装置6とに接続されている。
