【0001】
【0021】
動力装置Pは、回転軸線L2の方向D1(以下、回転軸線方向D1という。)での一方の端部である右端部Pa(内燃機関Eの右端部Eaでもある。)

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a structure for supporting a power unit including an internal combustion engine on a foundation structure by a mount, for example, a structure for supporting a power unit mounted on a vehicle on a vehicle body.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a power unit including an internal combustion engine is supported on a vehicle body by a plurality of mount members. At that time, the mounting seat of the mount member in the internal combustion engine including the cylinder block and the oil pan coupled to the cylinder block is provided only in the cylinder block of the internal combustion engine. For example, in an engine support structure (hereinafter referred to as the former) mounted on an automobile disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Sho 62-135648, a mounting portion for mounting a mount (corresponding to a mounting seat) is provided on the crankshaft. The boss is integrally provided on the side wall of the cylinder block in the vicinity of the boss of the bearing that supports the balance shaft that rotates synchronously. Thus, the rigidity of the attachment part can be increased without increasing the weight of the engine by providing the attachment part using the boss part, which is a part having high rigidity because it has a large thickness. it can.
[0003]
In general, there is also known a support structure for a power device in which a pair of mounts located on the inertia main shaft are attached to both ends of the power device in the direction of the inertia main shaft. In the case of this support structure (hereinafter referred to as the latter), another mount is attached to the power unit in order to suppress vibration around the inertia main shaft of the power unit due to a change in the rotational speed of the crankshaft.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the former, since the bearing used for increasing the rigidity of the mounting portion can be provided only at a specific position in the direction of the rotation axis of the crankshaft on the cylinder block side wall, it is integrated with the boss portion of the bearing. Since the degree of freedom of the formation position of the mounting portion is reduced, it becomes difficult to mount the mount at the optimal position from the viewpoint of vibration reduction, or if the mount is intentionally placed at the optimal position, the mount becomes large As a result, the weight may increase or the arrangement of the internal combustion engine relative to the vehicle body may be restricted.
[0005]
In the latter case, when the other mount is attached only to the cylinder block of the internal combustion engine including the cylinder block and the oil pan coupled to the cylinder block, the other mount is closer to the inertia main shaft than the oil pan. Since it occupies the position, there is a drawback that roll vibration cannot be effectively suppressed. Therefore, it is conceivable that another mount is attached not to the cylinder block but to an oil pan located farther from the inertia main shaft than the cylinder block. However, since the rigidity of the wall portion of the oil pan is generally low, it is necessary to increase the rigidity in order to support the mount. Therefore, there is a difficulty in causing an increase in the weight of the internal combustion engine, and it further acts on the mount. There is a possibility that the oil pan is deformed by the load and the sealing performance at the mating surface of the oil pan and the cylinder block is lowered.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and the inventions according to
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems and Effects of the Invention]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, a power unit including an internal combustion engine in which a crankshaft is provided and a cylinder block and an oil pan are coupled at their mating surfaces is attached to a mounting seat formed in the internal combustion engine. In the supporting structure of the power unit supported by the foundation structure through the mounted mount, the mounting seat includes a block side portion integrally formed with a flange portion forming the mating surface of the cylinder block, and the oil pan. The mount is coupled to the block side portion and the pan side portion, and the cylinder block and the oil pan are coupled to the flange portion. A bolt boss part for the bolt to be formed is formed, and the block side part is integrally formed with the bolt boss part and the flange part. And a support structure of the power unit.
[0008]
As a result, the block side portion of the mounting seat is integrally formed with the flange portion having high rigidity in order to be coupled to the oil pan in the cylinder block, while the pan side portion formed on the oil pan is the mounting seat. Therefore, an increase in weight for securing rigidity is suppressed. Further, the flange portion of the cylinder block continuously extends in the direction of the rotation axis of the crankshaft along the mating surface of the oil pan, so that the block side portion that utilizes the high rigidity of the flange portion, and thus the mounting seat The degree of freedom of the formation position of the increases Furthermore, the mount coupled across the cylinder block and the oil pan distributes the load acting on the mounting seat to the cylinder block and the oil pan, reducing the load acting on the oil pan, and the cylinder block and the oil pan. Therefore, the sealing performance at the mating surface does not deteriorate.
[0009]
As a result, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the following effects can be obtained. That is, the mounting seat is divided into a block side portion integrally formed with the flange portion forming the mating surface of the cylinder block and a pan side portion integrally formed with the oil pan, and the mount is divided into the block side portion and the pan side. By connecting to them across the part, the rigidity of the block side part can be increased almost without increasing the weight of the cylinder block by the rigidity of the flange part, and oil to ensure the required rigidity of the pan side part Since the increase in the weight of the pan is suppressed, the rigidity of the mounting seat is increased and the required rigidity is ensured while suppressing the increase in the weight of the internal combustion engine by utilizing the rigidity of the flange portion of the cylinder block. In addition, the block side portion only needs to be integrally formed with the flange portion of the cylinder block extending over a wide range along the mating surface with the oil pan, so the high rigidity of the portion whose rigidity has been increased in advance is used. The degree of freedom of the formation position of the mounting seat is increased, and the mount can be mounted at an optimum position in the internal combustion engine from the viewpoints of vibration suppression and arrangement of the internal combustion engine in the foundation structure. Further, the load acting on the oil pan through the mounting seat is reduced, and the relative movement at the mating surfaces is restricted, so that the sealing performance at both mating surfaces is prevented from being lowered.
[0010]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, a power unit including an internal combustion engine in which a crankshaft is provided and a cylinder block and an oil pan are coupled to each other at their mating surfaces supports the power unit by an inertia main shaft mount system. First and second main mounts for mounting and a submount that is attached to a mounting seat formed in the internal combustion engine and suppresses roll vibration about a roll axis defined by the first and second main mounts. In the support structure of a power unit supported by a vehicle body, the mounting seat includes a block side portion formed integrally with a flange portion that forms the mating surface of the cylinder block, and a pan side formed integrally with the oil pan. is divided into a part, the submount is bonded to them across the block-side portion and the bread portion, the The flange portion, the bolt boss portions for bolt binding cylinder block and with said oil pan is formed, said block portion is a support structure of a power unit integrally formed on the bolt boss portion and the flange portion is there.
[0011]
As a result, in the support structure of the power unit in which the mount is a submount and the foundation structure is a vehicle body, the same action as that of the first aspect of the invention is achieved. The mounting seat formed from the flange part of the cylinder block to the oil pan is supported further away from the roll shaft than when the mounting seat is formed only on the cylinder block. Therefore, roll vibration around the roll axis of the power unit is effectively suppressed.
[0012]
As a result, according to the second aspect of the invention, the same effect as that of the first aspect of the invention can be achieved in the support structure of the power unit in which the mount is a submount and the base structure is a vehicle body. The following effects are produced. That is, the power unit is further supported by the inertia main shaft mount method by the first and second main mounts attached to the left and right ends, which are both ends in the rotation axis direction, and suppresses roll vibration around the roll axis. By attaching the submount to the mounting seat composed of the block side portion and the pan side portion, the roll vibration of the power unit is effectively suppressed, so that the vibration and noise of the vehicle body caused by the roll vibration can be reduced. .
[0014]
In the first and second aspects of the invention, the flange portion is formed with a bolt boss portion for a bolt that connects the cylinder block and the oil pan, and the block side portion includes the bolt boss portion and the bolt portion. By integrally molding the flange portion , the rigidity of the block side portion is further enhanced by the bolt boss portion which is a highly rigid portion.
As a result, according to the first and second aspects of the invention, the following effects are further exhibited. That is, the flange portion is formed with a bolt boss portion through which a bolt for connecting the cylinder block and the oil pan passes, and the block side portion is integrally formed with the bolt boss portion and the flange portion, thereby increasing the rigidity of the block side portion. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the size of the block side part, and hence the mounting seat, and further reduce the oil pan weight to increase the rigidity by reducing the proportion of the mounting seat rigidity that the pan side part is responsible for. It becomes possible.
[0018]
In this specification, the center plane means a plane including the rotation axis of the crankshaft and including the cylinder axis of the cylinder block or parallel to the cylinder axis. The inertia main shaft mounting system means a mounting system in which a roll axis defined by a pair of main mounts coincides or substantially coincides with an inertial axis passing through the center of gravity of the power unit.
