Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a technique for a plate cylinder for an intaglio printing press and a technique relating to the production thereof.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The intaglio printing press is affected by the thermal expansion of the plate cylinder and rollers during printing, and an uneven shape is generated on the printing surface, which makes it difficult to maintain a constant contact pressure. For this reason, a plate-shaped underlay material made of a strong material such as a metal plate with an uneven portion between the plate surface and the plate cylinder is inserted so that the printing plate surface and the printed material are in uniform contact at any surface position. And, the countermeasure at the time of the thermal expansion is intended. Then, as a method for producing a plate-like material having the uneven portions, a film or a condenser paper having a necessary thickness and shape is cut out on the plate-like material itself, and machine oil is applied thereto to the plate-like material. After the attachment, a high-quality paper coated with machine oil is further pasted, wound around a cylinder of a grinding machine, and ground so as to obtain a desired state. However, at this time, the film or capacitor paper as the paste material is displaced due to the grinding pressure, resulting in poor thickness of the base material and variations in surface position. Since it is necessary to repeat the process of cutting and pasting, the work efficiency is remarkably inferior, and since the pasting material used there cannot be used repeatedly, the material cost is also required, which is not efficient and economical. .
[0003]
Here, FIG. 1 shows an intaglio printing press (P), and shows a state in which an impression cylinder (B) is in contact with an intaglio cylinder (A). FIG. 2 shows the construction of the former (1) used in such an intaglio plate cylinder (A) at the time of production. In order to give the irregularities necessary for the former (1), Below (1), each position of the existing concave surface [The numerical value indicates the degree of unevenness, and it is compensated by adding 0.42 thickness as in films (2a) and (2b) corresponding to 0.58 on the left and right. The other is the same, so that the film is flat and uniform as a whole. ”(2a), (2b), (2c), etc. Use it and paste it on it, and then paste the fine paper (4) from above with machine oil (3 ') to form the thickness required for grinding (currently 1mm), then shown in Figure 3 Thus, they are wound around a processing cylinder (7) and ground with a grindstone material (5) to obtain a flattened template (1). In FIG. 2, (h) shows a mounting hole for the block (1).
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
This invention is used in an intaglio plate cylinder of an intaglio printing machine, and in the production of a plate having a desired uneven portion, it does not require pasting of a conventional film, etc. It is intended to easily obtain a plate with a desired concavo-convex process by using pre-fabricated stencils and winding them around a cylinder of a processing grinder at the same time for grinding. Therefore, labor and labor can be saved by reducing the man-hours and working time for this type of block.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
It is characterized in that it is obtained by overlaying and grinding a template for making a plate (6 ') having a reverse pattern corresponding to each uneven position in the plate (1') on the block (1 '). In order to give the desired irregularities, in order to give the desired irregularities, in order to give the desired irregularities in the intaglio printing press, it is necessary to prepare an original pattern that has a reverse pattern corresponding to each irregularity position in the irregularities (1 ') A mold for printing (6) is created, and this is overlaid on the block (1 ') for machining cylinder (7)
Wrapping and grinding, a method for producing a plate cylinder for an intaglio printing press (1 '), a plate for making a plate (6) as described above, which comprises a brass material, etc. And, it is configured as a working mold material for the underlay preparation mold plate (6), characterized in that it has a reverse pattern to that of the underprint preparation mold plate (6).
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In the intaglio printing press of FIG. 1, the state where the impression cylinder (B) is in contact with the intaglio cylinder (A) is shown, but the block (1 ′) shown in FIG. Used for the intaglio plate cylinder (A). That is, FIG. 4 shows the composition of the block (1 ′) according to the present invention. In order to give the unevenness necessary for the block (1 ′) of a metal plate or the like, each unevenness in the block (1 ′) is previously provided. Create a template (6) for making a plate made of a metal material such as brass , where the position is ground to the required thickness, and put it on the plate (1 ') to obtain the thickness required for grinding (1 mm As shown in FIG. 5, both are wound around a processing cylinder (7) and ground with a grindstone material (5) to obtain an appropriate template (1 '). In the template for making a template (6) in FIG. 4, the numerical value indicates the degree of unevenness, and the portion of the template (1 ') is corrected to a thickness of 0.58 corresponding to 0.42 on the left and right. In addition, the position is similarly corrected according to the numerical value, so that a flat and uniform surface is obtained as a whole. Note that (h ′) and (h ″) indicate attachment holes.
[0007]
In addition, in the production of the above-mentioned template for making a block (6) itself, in order to provide a desired uneven portion, a processing mold material having a pattern having an uneven portion opposite to the desired uneven portion is manufactured in advance. Then, it is easy to duplicate the mold plate for preparing a block (6) having the same accuracy by using the processing template material prepared in advance as described above.
[0008]
【The invention's effect】
The inversion plate cylinder according to the present invention has a configuration that features the conventional in order to provide the unevenness necessary for the underprint (1), so that it corresponds to each position of the existing concave surface in the underprint (1). A flattened stencil (1) was obtained by pasting a film of size and thickness on it using machine oil (3). , Complicated processes such as pasting work and filling position filling become unnecessary. In addition, since there is no occurrence of misalignment of the pasting material during grinding, there will be no occurrence of defective thickness products, and the mold for making a plate used there (6) uses a metal material such as brass. By doing so, it can be used repeatedly, and it eliminates the need for pasting material under the conventional block, contributing to cost reduction. It is easy to duplicate a product having the same accuracy by using a mold material. This greatly reduces the man-hours and work time required for the production of the block of the conventional product, and greatly contributes to labor saving.
