Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a segment for constructing a tunnel wall body in the axial direction of an excavation hole by connecting to each other.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a method for constructing a tunnel, a so-called shield construction method is generally used in which segments (mainly made of concrete or steel) are assembled on the inner surface side of an excavation hole to construct a cylindrical wall (tunnel wall).
As a segment used for this shield method, a rectangular shape in a plan view and an arc plate shape are mainly used, and these segments are joined together by bolts.
As a structure for joining segments with this bolt, joints having holes communicating with each other when the joint surfaces of the segments are brought into contact with each other in the vicinity of the joint surfaces of the segments are embedded. In general, a structure in which a bolt is inserted into a hole and a nut is fastened and joined to the bolt in a state where the joint surfaces of the segments are in contact with each other so that the parts communicate with each other. There is also a structure in which insert fittings which are nut members are embedded in the mutual segments, and bolts penetrating through the adjacent segments are fastened and joined together.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above structure, a bolt is inserted into a hole formed in the joint surface of the joint at the construction site, and a nut is fastened to this bolt, or a bolt is fastened to an insert fitting embedded in a mutual segment. Since complicated work is required, there is a limit to shortening the assembly time, and adaptation to automatic assembly by a robot is difficult. The bolt fastening operation needs to be performed for both the joining of the segments in the axial direction and the joining of the segments in the circumferential direction, and it takes a lot of man-hours to join one segment. Further, the fact that the fastening operation direction is different between the joining in the axial direction and the joining in the circumferential direction has made adaptation to automatic assembly difficult.
Furthermore, even when the secondary lining is omitted, the bolt box formed in the segment must be closed in order to install the bolts and nuts. At present, the development of joining technology has become an urgent task.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and can be joined very easily, and can be joined simultaneously in both the axial direction and the circumferential direction by the joining work in the axial direction. An object is to provide a segment that facilitates assembly automation.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the invention according to
This segment can be easily joined in the axial direction by pressing against the joining end surface of the mating segment and inserting the fitting parts protruding from the joining end surface in the axial direction into the fitting holes and fitting them together. Can do. Since the fitting part inserted and fitted into the mating hole of the mating segment is fixed to both segments joined together in the axial direction, not only the axial fixing between the joining end faces, Demonstrates fixing force in the circumferential direction. Thereby, this segment is joined in two directions of the axial direction and the circumferential direction only by joining in the axial direction.
In addition, in this segment, the insertion force in the circumferential direction between the segments is obtained by inserting and fitting the pair of insertion portions into the fitting holes respectively formed in the circumferentially joined segments. It can be secured by this mounting part. In addition, by inserting and fitting the insertion portion into the fitting hole of the joined segment in advance and fitting and fixing this attachment component, the joint force between the three segments in total is secured by the attachment component. The strength of the tunnel wall constructed by can be improved.

In the above-described embodiment, the concrete segment has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the present invention can be applied to segments having various configurations such as a steel frame and a skin plate.
The attachment component is not limited to the above embodiment, and various configurations can be adopted.
For example, the material of the mounting part is not limited to the spring material, and resin or the like can be used. Moreover, various steel materials, castings, etc. are employable as a metal applied to an attachment component.
It is also possible to separately provide a joint joint in the circumferential direction in the segment. In this case, a structure that can be joined only by joining work in the tunnel axis direction is adopted.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the segment of the first aspect, the pin-shaped insertion portion is inserted into the fitting hole that is pressed in the axial direction of the tunnel wall body and opened in the joining end surface of the counterpart segment. Can be easily joined in the axial direction. In addition, it is fixed not only in the axial direction but also in the circumferential direction by the attachment parts in communication between the joined segments, and joint forces in both the axial direction and the circumferential direction can be obtained simultaneously with the joining. Further, since it is possible to join by a joining operation only in the axial direction, it is possible to construct a cylindrical tunnel wall body by an extremely simple work, and there is an excellent effect that the joining work can be easily automated. .
In addition, the attachment parts attached to the central portion of the joining end face are respectively inserted and fitted into fitting holes formed in the respective segments protruding in the shape of pins from the joining end face and previously joined to each other in the circumferential direction. A pair of insertion parts connected by a connecting part, so that the insertion part is inserted into a fitting hole formed in another two segments, and fitted between the two segments. By connecting, it is possible to increase the bonding force, and it is possible to improve the strength of the tunnel wall body.
[0027]
And since fitting parts are inserted and fitted in the fitting holes opened on the joining end face of the segments before joining, the segments can be joined together, so the fitting fits the shape of the joining segments, etc. It becomes possible to select and use parts, and there is an excellent effect that the versatility of the segment is improved.
