Description
【0001】
【0045】
ΔP=KI ・e+KP ・Δe
即ち、eold をenow に、Δe oldをΔe nowに、Pcl oldをPclに置き換える。
【0065】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cargo handling and traveling control device for an industrial vehicle such as a forklift that uses both a driving source for traveling and a driving source for cargo handling as one engine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in an industrial vehicle such as a forklift, a driving source for traveling and a driving source for cargo handling are combined with one engine. For example, in a forklift equipped with a torque converter, engine output is transmitted to drive wheels via a torque converter and a clutch, and a hydraulic pump for cargo handling is driven by the engine and a cargo handling cylinder such as a lift cylinder is operated via a hydraulic circuit. It is supposed to let you.
[0003]
In order to make the forklift run at a low speed, the engine speed is decreased, and when the fork is raised, the engine speed is increased. However, when traveling at a slow speed while raising the fork, it is necessary to operate the clutch or inching pedal while stepping on the accelerator pedal to make it a half-clutch state, which makes it difficult to operate and requires skill.
[0004]
In order to eliminate the inconvenience, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-151974 discloses a pressure-reception chamber for a forward clutch in which a discharge pressure oil of a clutch pump is supplied to a transmission having a torque converter and a hydraulic forward clutch and a reverse clutch. The forward and backward deceleration clutch control valve that increases / decreases the oil pressure while supplying and stopping the oil pressure and the hydraulic pressure discharged from the clutch pump are supplied to the pressure receiving chamber of the reverse clutch, and the reverse pressure when the oil pressure increases and decreases An apparatus provided with an acceleration / deceleration and forward braking clutch control valve is disclosed. The control means determines the engine speed based on the handling lever operation amount when it is determined as an independent cargo handling, and determines the engine speed based on the accelerator pedal operation amount when it is determined as independent traveling (normal traveling). Further, when the control means determines that the cargo handling and running (loading running) is performed, the engine speed is set based on the amount of operation of the cargo handling lever, and the accelerator pressure is increased or decreased by using the clutch control valve to increase or decrease the oil pressure in the pressure receiving chamber of the clutch in the traveling direction. Acceleration / deceleration control is performed so that the vehicle speed corresponds to the pedal operation amount. In this device, the driver can drive the forklift at a desired traveling speed only by operating the accelerator pedal in the state of cargo handling traveling.
[0005]
The forward acceleration / deceleration / reverse braking clutch control valve and the reverse acceleration / deceleration / forward braking clutch control valve always input a low pressure signal when the corresponding clutch is not being controlled. The hydraulic pressure is supplied to such a degree that the return spring is slightly compressed so that the clutch is not connected to the pressure receiving chamber. As a result, the responsiveness of the forward clutch and the reverse clutch is improved.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Japanese Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 10-151974 discloses that the engagement pressure of the clutch is set to the minimum pressure that can compress the return spring slightly without generating a transmission force. No specific control method is described.
[0007]
When feedback control of clutch pressure is performed, if the control amount for each control cycle is set based on the difference between the target vehicle speed and the actual vehicle speed (measured vehicle speed), the clutch pressure may increase excessively depending on the conditions, and the vehicle speed may change suddenly. There is a problem of giving a sense of incongruity.
[0008]
Further, during cargo handling traveling while performing cargo handling work, the vehicle is decelerated if the advancing side clutch pressure is less than a predetermined pressure that generates a driving force that balances the running resistance, and if it is equal, the vehicle runs at a constant speed. Then, when turning from deceleration to acceleration during cargo handling, if pressure is applied only by feedback control, if the clutch pressure is less than the predetermined pressure, the deceleration continues until the predetermined pressure is reached, and the start of acceleration is delayed. is there.
[0009]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is an industrial vehicle cargo handling and traveling control device capable of controlling the clutch pressure on the traveling side to an appropriate state during acceleration during cargo handling. It is to provide.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, according to the first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a transmission including a hydraulic forward clutch and a reverse clutch that transmit engine output to drive wheels via a torque converter; A control valve that adjusts the engagement state by increasing / decreasing the hydraulic pressure in the pressure receiving chamber, an accelerator operation amount detection unit that detects an operation amount of the accelerator operation unit, a target vehicle speed setting unit for the accelerator operation amount, and a control value for the accelerator operation amount Cargo handling operation for detecting an operation amount of a target engine speed setting means, a vehicle speed detection means for detecting a traveling speed of the vehicle, a cargo handling pump driven by the engine, and a cargo handling operation means operated to perform a cargo handling operation Based on the detection signals of the amount detection means, the target engine speed setting means for the handling operation amount, and the accelerator operation amount detection means and the handling operation amount detection means. Determining means for determining whether the vehicle is traveling normally or cargo handling, and when the determining means determines that the vehicle is traveling normally, the traveling clutch is fully engaged and the target engine speed corresponding to the operation amount of the accelerator operating means is set. And when the determination means determines that the load is traveling, the target engine speed is set based on the operation amount of the load operation means, and the advancing side clutch is set to a half-clutch state and the accelerator operation means An industrial vehicle cargo handling and travel control device comprising control means for controlling the clutch engagement pressure so as to achieve a target vehicle speed corresponding to an operation amount, wherein the control means is a clutch clutch pressure on the traveling side during cargo handling travel. Feedback control, and when accelerating in a state where the engagement pressure is smaller than a predetermined pressure that balances the running resistance, regardless of the feedback control amount. Controlling the control valve so that the pressure becomes the predetermined pressure or more.

Claim4In the invention described inA transmission having a hydraulic forward clutch and a reverse clutch that transmit the output of the engine to drive wheels via a torque converter, and a control valve that adjusts the engagement state by increasing or decreasing the hydraulic pressure in the pressure receiving chamber of each clutch. Accelerator operation amount detection means for detecting the operation amount of the accelerator operation means, target vehicle speed setting means for the accelerator operation amount, target engine speed setting means for the accelerator operation amount, and vehicle speed detection for detecting the traveling speed of the vehicle Means, a cargo handling pump driven by the engine, a cargo handling operation amount detection means for detecting an operation amount of the cargo handling operation means operated to perform a cargo handling operation, a target engine speed setting means for the cargo handling operation amount, Determination means for determining whether the vehicle is traveling normally or on the basis of detection signals from the accelerator operation amount detection means and the cargo handling operation amount detection means; If the means determines that the vehicle is running normally, the clutch on the advancing side is completely engaged and controlled to a target engine speed corresponding to the amount of operation of the accelerator operating means. The clutch engagement pressure is controlled so that the target engine speed is controlled based on the operation amount of the means, the clutch on the advancing side is brought into a half-clutch state, and the target vehicle speed corresponding to the operation amount of the accelerator operation means is obtained. In the industrial vehicle cargo handling and traveling control device comprising the control means for controlling the vehicle, when the control means performs acceleration control during cargo handling, at least an upper limit value is provided for the engagement pressure of the clutch,The upper limit value can be changed according to the weight of the load.
eachClaimIn termsIn the described invention, based on the detection signals of the accelerator operation amount detection means and the cargo handling operation amount detection means, it is determined whether the vehicle is traveling normally or by the determination means. During normal travel, the advancing clutch is maintained in a fully engaged state. Then, the engine is controlled to a target engine speed corresponding to the operation amount of the accelerator operation means, and the industrial vehicle travels at a vehicle speed corresponding to the operation amount of the accelerator operation means. During cargo handling, the engine is controlled to the target engine speed set based on the operation amount of the cargo handling means, and the necessary hydraulic pressure is supplied to the hydraulic circuit for cargo handling. Further, the clutch on the advancing side is held in the half-clutch state, and the engagement pressure of the clutch is controlled via the control valve so that the vehicle speed corresponds to the operation amount of the accelerator operating means.
In the invention according to
[0015]
Claim3 and claim 4In the invention described inDuring cargo handlingAt the time of acceleration control, at least an upper limit value is provided for the clutch engagement pressure, and control is performed so that the clutch engagement pressure does not exceed the upper limit value, thereby preventing excessive acceleration.
[0016]
In invention of
[0017]
AlsoSince the lower limit value is set to a pressure corresponding to a value at which the transmission torque is reduced to 0 by the traveling resistance, it is possible to avoid an erroneous deceleration during acceleration.
[0019]
Claim4In the invention described in,in frontThe upper limit is changed according to the weight of the load. Therefore, unlike the case where the upper limit value is made constant, an appropriate value can always be set as the upper limit value, and the clutch pressure is controlled to an appropriate engagement pressure regardless of whether the traveling road is a flat road or a slope. .

However, in this embodiment, when setting the clutch pressure at the time of acceleration, if the clutch pressure in the current control cycle does not reach the predetermined pressure Pclini with the increase of the clutch pressure by PI control, the presence of steps S808 and S809 The clutch pressure Pcl is set to a value larger than the predetermined pressure Pclini. Therefore, when shifting from the deceleration state to acceleration, as shown in FIG. 5 (b), the clutch pressure is increased to the predetermined pressure Pclini at once, and acceleration delay is prevented. Since the predetermined pressure Pclini is relatively small, even if the clutch engagement pressure is increased to a predetermined pressure Pclini or more at a stroke, the shock is small.

When the acceleration control is performed during HAT, only the upper limit value may be provided for the clutch engagement pressure. Also, only the lower limit value is provided, or both the upper limit value and the lower limit value are not provided, and when the traveling side clutch pressure is smaller than the predetermined pressure Pcl ini during acceleration during HAT, feedback control of the traveling side clutch pressure is performed. You may make it raise at a stretch above predetermined pressure Pcl ini irrespective of quantity.

○ When performing acceleration control during HAT, even if the clutch pressure on the advancing side is smaller than the predetermined pressure Pcl ini, the clutch pressure is controlled only by feedback control, and the clutch pressure is increased to the predetermined pressure Pcl ini at once. It does not have to be.

As a pressure control proportional solenoid valve, a proportional solenoid valve that is fully closed when the energization amount to the solenoid is 0 and whose opening degree increases in proportion to the energization amount may be used. In this case, the clutch is held in a non-engaged state when no excitation current is supplied to the clutch valve. Then, with the excitation current supplied to the clutch valve corresponding to the advancing clutch, only the advancing clutch is engaged and the driving force is transmitted to the output shaft.
