また、図9(a)は、図9(b)におけるA−A’断面を示す。

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a ball screw, and more particularly to a ball screw that suppresses generation of excessive force, uneven pressure, and load.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A ball screw is a feed screw used for the purpose of moving the position of a component by converting rotational motion into linear motion, and is a mechanical component in which a screw shaft and a nut are operated via a ball (steel ball). As the screw shaft and nut rotate relative to each other, the ball circulates infinitely while rolling in the thread groove. Ball screws are excellent in terms of mechanical efficiency, load capacity, and long-term stability of operation. With the spread of numerically controlled machine tools, their importance has further increased.
[0003]
For ball screws, it is necessary from the standpoint of positional accuracy and life that the screw shaft and the central shaft of the nut are used in precise alignment. In particular, it is important that the ball screw is accurately installed when the ball screw is installed. However, the allowable range of deviation between the screw shaft and the central axis of the nut is 10 −4 rad. Since it is very small below (less than 10 −2 deg.) And the screw shaft is very long, accurate mounting is not easy. If an installation error occurs, excessive surface pressure is generated on the ball, screw shaft, and nut, which hinders ball screw drive and reduces the life of the ball screw.
[0004]
Similarly, when a significantly uneven load is applied to the ball screw, the center axis of the screw shaft and the nut is shifted, resulting in excessive surface pressure on the ball, the screw shaft and the nut. Besides being an obstacle, the life of the ball screw is reduced.
[0005]
There is a need for a ball screw with a long life that is stable for a long time. There is also a need for a ball screw that is resistant to loads. There is a demand for ball screws that are insensitive to mounting errors and load direction deviations. A ball screw having a wide allowable range of deviation between the screw shaft and the central axis of the nut (for example, 10 −3 to 10 −2 rad or less) is demanded. Furthermore, there is a need for a ball screw that transmits a load (surface pressure) to the ball on average.
[0006]
