Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an induction heating cooker having a function of detecting the temperature of an object to be heated.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 11 is a block diagram of a cooking device using a conventional infrared sensor disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-225881.
In the figure, for example, 1 is an electromagnetic induction heating cooker, 2 is a pan, 3 is an arithmetic control processing unit for controlling the
[0003]
FIG. 12 shows the relationship between reflectance and emissivity for infrared rays having a certain wavelength, and 121 is a characteristic curve showing this relationship. The figure shows that emissivity e is lower as reflectivity R is higher, and emissivity e is higher as reflectivity R is lower.
[0004]
Further, FIG. 13 takes the emissivity e as a parameter, the amount of infrared rays W received by the
In the figure, 131, 132 and 133 are characteristic curves showing the relationship between the infrared ray amount W and the converted temperature T when the emissivity e is 1.0, 0.5 and 0.1, respectively.
The lower the emissivity, the smaller the proportion of infrared rays emitted at the same temperature. Therefore, when the same amount of infrared rays W0 is detected as shown in the figure, the temperature of the heated object increases as the emissivity decreases. It can be seen that (T0 <T1 <T2).
[0005]

[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The induction heating cooker according to the present invention is arranged to be in thermal contact with the top plate on which the pan is placed, the induction heating coil that is disposed below the top plate and induction-heats the pan, and the back surface of the top plate. Detected by the thermal element provided, the infrared sensor that is provided below the top plate so as to face the bottom of the pan, and detects the infrared radiation emitted from the pan, and the amount of infrared detected by the infrared sensor and the thermal element An estimation means for estimating the emissivity of infrared rays radiated from the pan according to the temperature, and the radiation temperature of the pan is calculated from the emissivity of the pan estimated by the estimation means and the amount of infrared rays detected by the infrared sensor , and the estimation If the emissivity of the pan is not estimated by the means, a radiation temperature calculating means is provided which uses the temperature detected by the heat sensitive element as the radiation temperature of the pan .
[0011]
The estimation of the emissivity for the pan by the estimating means is executed when the temperature detected by the thermal element and the variation in the amount of infrared detected by the infrared sensor continue within a predetermined range for a predetermined time or longer. It is what I did.
