[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a recording paper transport vibrator and a recording paper transport mechanism including the same, and particularly uses a stress generated in the piezoelectric element when a voltage is applied to the piezoelectric element formed on the vibration plate. The vibration plate is vibrated, and the vibration caused by the vibration plate is engaged directly or with the vibration plate with respect to the recording paper, and the vibration of the vibration plate causes at least the forward conveyance direction and the reverse conveyance direction of the recording paper. The present invention relates to a recording paper transport vibrator for transporting the recording paper by being transmitted through a rotating body that is rotatable to one side, and a recording paper transport mechanism including the recording paper transporting vibrator.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in a recording apparatus such as a printer, a recording paper transport mechanism that transports a recording paper to a predetermined recording unit such as a thermal head has been employed.
[0003]
FIG. 17 shows a main part configuration of a line thermal printer that performs recording line by line on a recording sheet as an example of a printer having a recording sheet conveying mechanism that has been conventionally employed. This printer has a long, substantially cylindrical platen roller 31 rotatably disposed at a desired position on the frame.

[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional recording paper transport mechanism, a paper feed motor or a speed reduction mechanism of the paper feed motor is used as the power of the transport roller, so that the apparatus becomes large and the cost becomes high. .
[0009]
The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and by transporting recording paper powered by the vibration of a diaphragm on which a piezoelectric element is formed, the apparatus can be reduced in size without requiring power from a motor or the like. Recording paper conveyance vibration that can reduce the cost of the recording paper, and can provide a sufficient conveyance force and conveyance speed to the recording paper to convey the recording paper properly. It is an object of the present invention to provide a child and a recording paper transport mechanism having the same.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the recording paper conveying vibrator according to the present invention is characterized in that refractive parts refracted in the same or opposite directions in the thickness direction of the diaphragm at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the diaphragm. Are formed symmetrically, and a piezoelectric element is formed in each refracting portion, and the recording paper is formed at one end of the refracting portions on the opposite side to the diaphragm. Or a rotating body that is in contact with the recording paper, the rotating body being capable of rotating in at least one of a normal conveyance direction and a reverse conveyance direction of the recording paper in accordance with the vibration of the diaphragm. Accordingly, the formed vibration of the diaphragm so as to transmit to the recording paper, possible to connect the vibration of the vibration and the thickness direction perpendicular thereto to the longitudinal direction of the diaphragm More, there vibration of the refracting section due to the binding vibration to a point which is formed so as to be subjected to the conveyance of the recording sheet by reaching a hand Den respect to the recording paper.
[0011]
By adopting such a configuration, it is not necessary to provide a paper feed motor as the power for transporting the recording paper as in the prior art, and the recording paper is utilized by using the vibration of the diaphragm that is relatively easy to downsize. Further, the vibration of the refracting part due to the combined vibration in the longitudinal direction and the thickness direction of the diaphragm can be transmitted to the recording paper. By transmitting the vibration of the refracting portion having a large amplitude to the recording paper, a sufficient conveying force and conveying speed are imparted to the recording paper, and proper recording paper can be conveyed. It can be carried out.
