Description
【0001】

[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, in the present invention, a motor actuator with a transmission that transmits the rotation of a motor to a driven body via a transmission, the motor and the driven body being the transmission. via is disposed so as to face each other, said transmission having a plurality of transmission machine element, and together with the plurality of power transmission machine element has axially superimposed portions of the motor, the A part of a plurality of transmission mechanical elements is coaxially fixed to the driven body, and the transmission mechanical element coaxially fixed to the driven body is a brush holder side of the motor. It was assumed that it was attached to the transmission so as to be located in the direction .
[0008]
According to this, in the case where the motor and the driven body are arranged so as to face each other across the transmission, a part of the motor body is buried in the transmission, so that the position of the center of gravity of the motor is determined. The motor can be attached to the transmission so as to be as close to the driven body as possible. Thereby, the protrusion amount of the motor from the driven body is reduced, and the vibration resistance is improved.
[0009]
In addition, the brush held by the brush holder is disposed on the transmission side with respect to the mounting surface of the motor to the casing of the transmission, whereby the mounting surface of the motor to the transmission and the brush The height of the pigtail spot welds can be made the same, and as a result, damage to the spot welds due to vibration around the mounting surface can be reduced. In addition, the brush holder is arranged on the side of the motor body that is buried in the transmission, and the armature yoke part, which is heavy in the motor, is arranged outside the transmission. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the vibration of the part having a large weight from being transmitted to the brush holder part at the attachment surface part, and to ensure stable rectification between the brush and the commutator.

Although the electronic control throttle chamber is shown in the illustrated example, the actuator to be driven by the actuator according to the present invention is not limited to the throttle valve, but may have a structure in which the rotation of the motor is changed and transmitted to the driven body. If applicable. Moreover, although the transmission comprised by the gear coupling | bonding was shown, as a mechanical element for transmission, it is not restricted to a gear. For example, a belt transmission mechanism including a pulley and a belt may be used. In that case, the belt transmission mechanism can be applied to a structure in which a plurality of pulleys are arranged in an axial direction.
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, since the motor and the driven body are disposed so as to face each other with the transmission interposed therebetween, a part of the motor main body is buried in the transmission. The motor can be attached to the transmission so that the position of the center of gravity is as close as possible to the driven body. As a result, the amount of protrusion of the motor from the driven body is reduced, the vibration resistance is improved, and the influence on the transmission portion of the transmission due to the load and deflection on the motor casing during vibration is reduced. Furthermore, since the amount of protrusion of the motor from the driven body is small, the layout is good.
[0026]
In addition, by arranging the brush holder in a part that overlaps a part of the mechanical element for transmission, the mounting surface of the motor transmission and the height of the pigtail spot welded portion of the brush can be made the same. It is possible to reduce damage to the spot weld due to surrounding vibration. In addition, since the brush holder and the heavy armature yoke portion are arranged on opposite sides of each other via the mounting surface, the mounting surface portion transmits the vibration of the heavy portion to the brush holder portion. Therefore, stable rectification between the brush and the commutator can be ensured.
