従来、図３に示すように、紙おむつ５０は、透液性シート５１ａと不透液性シート（図示略）との間に高吸収性ポリマーなどで形成された吸収体（図示略）を介装させて構成される紙おむつ本体５１と、紙おむつ本体５１を人体に装着させる際に使用する、止着テープ５６および被着テープ５８とからなる止着構造を備えて構成されている。
紙おむつ本体５１は、両側に脚周り部５２が形成され、脚周り部５２の間が股下部５３となっており、更に股下部５３を挟んだ一方の側が腹側部５４、他方が背側部５５となっている。この紙おむつ本体５１の腹側部５４の端部５４ａと、背側部５５の端部５５ａとは、装着時に装着者の胴周り部分となる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図を参照して本発明の実施の形態を説明する。図１は、本発明の一例としての紙おむつ１０の斜視図であって、図２は紙おむつ１０の展開図（使用時に人体に接触させる側を示す）である。
