BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention records a multistage rack management system, a multistage rack management method, and a program for causing a computer to execute the multistage rack management system for managing a multistage rack in which a plurality of racks assembled in a dismountable manner and recirculated by a plurality of rack parts are combined. In particular, the present invention relates to a multi-rack management system, a multi-rack management method, and a recording medium that can efficiently manage a multi-rack in operation in which a plurality of racks are combined in a multiplexed manner.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, when a manufacturer receives an order for a product such as a copying machine or a facsimile from a customer, the product is packed in a packaging material using cardboard such as cardboard and delivered to the customer of the order, and the packaging material is disposed of. I left it to the customer.
[0003]
However, in order to deliver a product that is a precision machine, such a packaging member must have a certain level of strength, so even a disposable packaging member is relatively expensive. In view of environmental problems in recent years, the use of disposable packaging members increases the burden on the customer for disposal.
[0004]
For this reason, recently, an increasing number of cases are used repeatedly for delivery of goods using racks that can be disassembled by rack parts such as resin and metal. For example, in Japanese Patent Application No. 11-290551 filed by the applicant of the present application, two adjacent ones can be freely changed so that the intervals between the columns can be freely attached to the four corners of the pallet on which the article is placed. There is described an article transporting and storing apparatus in which a connecting member is provided between the supporting columns, and when a pallet from which the supporting columns are removed is stacked up and down, a supporting column unit formed of the supporting columns and the connecting member can be accommodated therein.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the conventional rack represented by this prior art must be collected and reused after delivering the goods to the customer, how to manage this rack and the rack parts forming the rack. It becomes important. In such a case, it is conceivable to manage the rack components in operation individually for each rack, but considering the case where a huge number of goods are transported to a wide range of customers, the number of racks in operation is also huge. Therefore, how to efficiently manage racks in operation is a very important issue.
[0006]
In particular, considering the case where a conventional copying machine is delivered using a circulation rack, this copying machine has characteristics that there are large machine parts such as paper feeders and sorters, so it can be assembled at multiple production sites. It is necessary to efficiently manage a multi-stage rack and a new multi-stage rack in which a plurality of multi-stage racks are rearranged.
[0007]
For example, when the copier body (X) is manufactured at the production site A and the paper feeder (Y) is manufactured at the production site B, a two-stage rack called X / X is carried from the production site A to the relay point. Then, the two-stage rack Y / Y is carried into the relay point from the production base B, and two two-stage racks X / Y and X / Y are delivered from the relay point to the customer. The rack must be managed efficiently.
[0008]
