Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a terminal, a carriage, a recording medium, and an apparatus for picking or sorting work used for similar work in warehouse picking or sorting work in a warehouse, factory, etc., and factory automation. The present invention relates to a means for improving work efficiency when switching an article storage unit or a conveyance unit, or a sorting article conveyance unit or a storage unit.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In an article storage area in a warehouse or factory, in order to increase the efficiency of picking and sorting work of articles, the article storage shelves are usually arranged according to a certain rule. For example, a picking operation or the like is performed while moving a cart on which the picked article is placed along such an article storage shelf.
[0003]
As a cart used for such picking work, there is known one provided with a worker terminal equipped with a display unit or the like for displaying the picking work content. In addition to the display unit, the terminal has a data storage means for picking command data, a data fetching means for fetching the picking command data from the outside, and information on the work content to the worker based on the picking command data. Control means for controlling the display contents of the display unit, input means for an operator to input work status, and a printer for appropriately outputting information are also provided. The picking command data associates, for example, an article identification code of a plurality of types of articles to be taken out, a location code (location number) indicating the storage location of the article, the number of picked-up items, and a delivery destination as a destination. It is data. In addition, the input means is, for example, a handy scanner that reads a barcode attached to an article taken out of a shelf, a case where a correct product is confirmed to have a wrong barcode attached, or a case where a missing product is confirmed In addition, there are operation keys for inputting such information.
[0004]
When a plurality of storage boxes (for example, a so-called Oricon which is a foldable container box) is mounted on the cart and picking work is performed, for example, products of delivery destinations as a plurality of destinations are not mixed in one storage box. Alternatively, the picking command data may be created so that a plurality of types of products (hereinafter referred to as items) are not mixed in one storage box. For example, when the picking command data is created by an external computer, the product volume calculation is simulated for each storage box based on information on the capacity of the storage box, the unit volume of each product, etc., and the above mixture does not occur. As such, the picking order of each product is determined.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, even if the product volume calculation is performed to avoid the above-mentioned mixture, if actual picking is performed, the product cannot be stored as calculated due to the attitude of the product in the storage box, etc. Was. In such a case, merchandise that could not be stored must be stored in a separate storage box, but at that time, for example, what type of goods were stored in each storage box is entered manually in a form. The work efficiency was reduced, and the work efficiency was reduced. In particular, when the same type of product is stored separately in two storage boxes, it is troublesome to manually fill in the form, and many errors are caused.
[0006]
The above is a problem at the time of switching the storage box for picking goods when picking work, but the same problem is the planned product in the storage unit of the storage shelf when sorting the goods from the cart to the storage shelf May occur even if it cannot be stored, and must be stored in two or more storage units.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and the object of the present invention is that an operator can accommodate a picking article storage unit or a conveyance unit or a sorting article conveyance unit or a storage unit depending on the situation. It is to provide an apparatus for picking or sorting work that can improve the work efficiency when performing the switching.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the invention of
Further, the invention of
[0009]
theseThe inventionAndPicking workWorkThe worker performing the storage of picking items in the storage boxSituationDepending on the accommodation unit of the picking article,orPicking thingsGoodsTransport unitIs a containment boxTo switch between, use the switching input meansInstructionsEnter. For exampleTheWhen a picking article is stored in a separate storage box that does not fit in the storage box that is scheduled to be stored, or when the picked article is a so-called transport packed article that is handled by a transport packing unit, it is stored in the storage box. If you do not need toInstructionsEnter. By this input, the terminal for picking work stores the correction information of the picking article accommodation unit or the transport unit that was originally scheduled in the data storage means. As described above, in the present invention, switching from the switching input means is performed.InstructionsPicking material that was initially planned by enteringGoodsContainment unit,orThe storage unit correction information can be stored in the data storage means of the terminal.
[0011]
The above switchingInstructionsThat is, based on the correction information of the unit stored in the data storage means,Storage boxFix newContainment box informationBuildIs possible. For example, YieldIf a picking article that is not fully contained in the storage container and is stored in another storage box is generated, in order to correct the original storage unit of the picking article, a new one corresponding to the storage container and the other storage box A strong containment unit is needed. In such a case, onBased on the unit correction information, the initial unit is corrected while constructing a new unit.Just do.
[0013]
In addition, the first unit is corrected by constructing a new unit while sequentially dividing the initial unit.It is also possible. For example, as a method of correcting and constructing the above unit, picking itemsGoodsContained (Placed if picking item is transported and packed))ofDepending on the results, these picked items can be transferred to a plurality of units newly constructed from the original units.GoodsThe method of distributing information and the initial unitYongThere is a method of subdividing according to the result. Specifically, the former method, for example, each time a picking article is stored (or placed) in a storage box, the original picking storage unit (orTransportThis is a method of extracting information related to the picking article from the unit and inserting it into the newly constructed unit. In the latter method, for example, the initial accommodation unit (or transport unit) of the picking article, that is, the accommodation destination of the picking article (a placement destination when the picking article is a transport-packed article) is switched. Further, it is a method of dividing into accommodation units relating to the accommodation destination before switching and accommodation units relating to the accommodation destination after switching. Of these two methods, the former method is used to store articles.OrListedWhereEach time it is done, the article information data must be extracted and inserted, and the data processing becomes complicated. On the other hand, in the latter method, the unit may be corrected only when switching information is input.
[0015]
Also,Claim1 and claim 2The inventionAndPicking workWorkThe worker performing the storage of picking items in the storage boxSituationDepending on the accommodation unit of the picking article,orPicking thingsGoodsTemporary switching by means of the above-mentioned temporary switching input means in order to temporarily switch the transport unit in a correctable state.InstructionsEnter. For example, in the case of picking work, depending on the size of the picking article, the picking article may or may not be accommodated in the remaining space of the accommodation box to be accommodated. For this reason, even if the article picked immediately before is a size that cannot be accommodated in the remaining space of the accommodation box that is to be accommodated, the articles that are picked later may have a size that can be accommodated in the remaining space. There is. Therefore, in the present invention, in addition to the switching information input means for immediately correcting the initial unit, provisional switching information input means for temporarily correcting the initial unit is provided, and temporary correction is performed as necessary. The information related to the picking article or the sorting article is exchanged between the above units. Specifically, for example, in the case where the accommodation unit of a picking article is provisionally corrected by dividing, the one accommodation unit is divided into an accommodation unit that has been placed on the picked article that has been placed and an unfilled piece that has not been placed on the picking article Temporarily divide into accommodation units. In a subsequent picking operation, when a picking article to be included in the input storage unit is generated from the picking articles related to the non-input storage unit, that is, input into the storage box corresponding to the input storage unit. When a picking article to be generated is generated, the information related to the picking article is changed from the unfilled storage unit to the loaded storage unit. By temporarily switching the units as described above, articles can be efficiently housed, placed or stored in a small remaining space of the storage box or storage shelf, and dead space of the storage box or storage shelf is reduced. can do.
[0017]
In particular, in claim 2In the invention, the terminal uses the selection switching information from the selection switching input means to pick the picked item.To goodsRecognize the unit to be replaced. For example, in picking work, in order to keep the dead space of the storage box to a minimum, a plurality of storage boxes are prepared, and picked items are sequentially put into those storage boxes having the optimal remaining storage space. Is desirable. However, when a plurality of storage boxes are prepared in a state where the articles can be stored, that is, when a plurality of the input storage units are provisionally constructed by provisional correction, when the picking article is re-inserted into the storage box, which storage box is re-input That is, it is necessary to make the terminal recognize the accommodated accommodation unit to be replaced. Therefore, in the present invention, a selection switching input means is provided, whereby a picked object is picked up from a plurality of the above units. To goodsRecognize the unit to be replaced. Therefore, picking material among a plurality of the above unitsTo goodsSuch information can be replaced and picked itemsGoodsMultiple containmentthe box'sFrom the inside, it can be accommodated, placed or stored in the one having the optimum remaining space.
[0018]
Claim3The invention of claim2Picking workFor businessIn the terminal ofA storage box into which picking items are placedAgainstArticle inputA completion input means for inputting the completion information is provided.
[0019]
thisIn the present invention, the unit in the temporary correction state is determined by the completion information from the completion input means so that the unit cannot be corrected. For example, in the case of a picking operation, a completion process is executed in which the picking article information for any one of the plurality of already loaded storage units is not replaced. As a result of this completion processing, the picking article information relating to any one of the inserted storage units is not changed thereafter.

[0022]
Claim5The invention of claim4In the terminal for picking work, the inspection information input means is provided.NoteThe inspection information is printed out as the information on the knitting article.
[0023]
thisIn the present invention, the terminal recognizes whether or not a predetermined number of picking articles have been picked based on the input from the inspection information input means. If the article to be picked is not present due to a shortage or the like, or there are not enough items, the number of picked or contained (or placed) is less than the expected number. Information to that effect is added to the unit. Then, for example, at the time when the completion processing is performed on this unit, this information is printed out as inspection information.

Next, the picking work using the picking work apparatus having the above-described configuration and the operation of the picking work apparatus will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 2 is a flowchart of control in an information processing apparatus with a communication device (not shown) arranged in a picking work place for exchanging various data with the terminal via the wireless communication device. FIGS. It is a flowchart of control in CPU of the terminal.
[0041]
As a premise that this picking device is used, a code for identifying each product is attached to the product as a variety of items stored on a shelf such as a warehouse in a bar code format. ing. Also, the picking work data necessary for a host computer (not shown) according to the order slip of the product to be taken out, that is, the code (or the product type depending on the case), the number of picked up items, Data has been entered.
[0042]
In FIG. 2, the information processing apparatus waits for picking work data to be taken out from the host computer by all workers for one day, for example, wirelessly, floppy, wired, etc. (step 1). And Y), the data is sorted for each terminal 9, that is, for each worker, and transmitted for each terminal 9 (

[0044]
The batch picking work uses the data sorted with the first order key as the picking work and the second order key as the delivery destination, and the worker is in charge of one round of the picking workshop for each product. Picking only the total number of orders from all delivery destinations (the number of cart storage boxes or less), putting the picked product into the storage unit corresponding to each delivery destination, and then picking the next product It is a way to proceed to work. On the other hand, the above-mentioned store picking work assigns one cart to one delivery destination store and uses the data sorted with the products picked for each cart as a key. This is a method in which the picking work is performed for the total number of products, and the picked goods are sequentially put into one or a plurality of storage boxes, and then proceed to the picking work for the next goods.
[0045]
Hereinafter, a case where the store picking operation is selected will be described. When this store picking operation is selected (Y in Step 2), first, a box number is assigned (Step 2a). This box number is a number given internally in correspondence with a plurality of storage boxes for storing products for one delivery destination store. For example, sequential numbers such as 0001 and 0002 are used. The box number for the last box may be appended with a symbol “E” that makes it clear that it is the last, for example, 0002E, so that it can be seen that it is the last box for the store. This box number data is used when switching the skip box, which will be described later, or output from the printer 9b to be attached to each storage box, for example, as shown in FIGS. 9 (a) and 9 (b). Used when printing the box number on the box label to be displayed.
[0046]
Next, the CPU stores the picking work place storage position information (location information), the product name, and the total number (total number of orders) of the product corresponding to the identification code of the product to be picked first. The information is read from the means and displayed on the display 9a (step 3). The box number above is also displayed.
[0047]
FIG. 5A shows an example of the above display. Here, the column indicated by the

On the contrary, if they do not match, the display 9a displays that the product is different (step 21). Here, it is reconfirmed whether or not the product is different visually, and if the product is not different, that is, if the wrong product has a wrong barcode (Y in step 22), the confirmation key is pressed. Then, it progresses to the said

[0052]
If the former mode is selected and the product to be taken out disappears from the shelf while reading with the handy scanner 10 (N in step 10), the input key is pressed. When this is pressed, the CPU displays a quantity difference on the display (step 26). Here, it is reconfirmed visually whether it is a missing item, and if it is a missing item (Y in step 27), the confirmation key is pressed. Then, a shortage process is performed (step 30).
Further, when the latter mode is selected and the number of picking work products smaller than the number of orders due to shortage is input, it is determined that the input number does not match the number of orders received (N in step 25), and the above-mentioned

[0057]
In the picking cart of the first embodiment, when the box is changed during picking, the box change key 9d (FIG. 5B) as the switching information input unit is pressed. Then, a confirmation screen as shown in FIG. 6 is displayed. Then, as shown in the flowchart of FIG. 7, the process waits for pressing of the confirmation key or the correction key. When the confirmation key is pressed, a predetermined label is output to the printer 9b. When the correction key is pressed, the process immediately returns to the main flow of the
[0058]
FIGS. 9C and 9D show examples of the predetermined label. FIG. 9 (c) shows the inspection details for the delivery in which the product information put in the storage box is printed, and FIG. 9 (d) should be put in the product box, but it is not put in due to a shortage. This is the inspection details for the missing item on which the product information is printed.
[0059]
Further, the picking cart of the first embodiment can be temporarily switched to another storage box during picking even if the storage box being put in is not full. For example, as shown in FIG. 8B, after picking up the
[0060]
As described above, first, as shown in FIG. 5B, a numeric keypad is used so that it is possible to manage which goods are stored in which storage box even if the storage box to be temporarily inserted is switched. 9c is provided with a skip / box replacement key 9e as temporary switching information input means. When this key is pressed, interrupt processing control as shown in FIG. 8A is performed. That is, this interrupt control is executed when the skip / box replacement key 9e is pressed. First, whether or not the flag for storing whether there are two storage boxes being loaded is 1 or not. (Whether standing or not). Here, the

In the above-described series of skip box changing processes, the first point different from the box changing process corresponds to a storage box in a state where the product can be received before the process, that is, a product transport unit that has not been subjected to the completion process. (Hereinafter, such a state is referred to as “active”, and a storage box in such a state is referred to as an “active box”). In the case of box replacement processing, the number of active boxes before processing is always 1, but in the case of skip box replacement processing, the number of active boxes is not limited to 1 and a picked product is input in parallel to multiple active boxes. There are times when The second point is that the completed product transport unit is not subjected to a completion process, and after the skip box change process, it is switched again as a data processing target so that transported product information and the like can be inserted. . The third point is that the inspection information related to the input product transport unit is not printed out immediately, and the transport product information related to the input product transport unit may increase due to the insertion. .
In addition, by such skip box change processing, the product transport unit is sequentially divided, and the box number corresponding to the newly constructed product transport unit is given, but the product transport including the information related to the unfilled product The unit always corresponds to the largest active box number.
