【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、理美容院で洗髪施術を行う際に使用される、洗髪装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、理美容院において、施術者（理美容師）によって洗髪施術が行われる際、洗髪中の被施術者の負担を軽減するため、被施術者が座る椅子や施術者によって洗髪が行われる洗髪台が昇降する洗髪装置が用いられている。

図４に従来の洗髪装置の一例を示す。図４において、従来の洗髪装置は、施術者により洗髪施術が行われる洗髪台１０１を有する洗髪器１１０に、被施術者が座る椅子１２０が椅子支持杆１０７を介して連結されており、上記洗髪台１０１及び椅子１２０が基台１０２上に設けられた油圧ユニット１３０により駆動されて、上記洗髪台１０１及び椅子１２０が上下動するものである。

図５を用いて、この洗髪装置の構成について詳細に説明する。上記洗髪器１１０は、床面上に配置される基台１０２を底辺、斜め上方に延びるフレーム１５１，１５２を両辺とした側面平行四辺形のフレーム支柱で構成され、そのフレーム支柱の上方に上下動ガイド杆１５４に沿って洗髪台１０１を昇降させる洗髪台昇降機構が、また上記フレーム支柱の下方にフレーム１５１に沿って椅子１２０を昇降させる椅子昇降機構が設けられているものである。

上記フレーム支柱の上方に位置する洗髪台昇降機構は、その一端側をフレーム１５１の略中央に位置するフレーム１５３に回動可能に連結され、他端側を洗髪台昇降ブラケット１０５に回動可能に連結された洗髪台油圧シリンダー１０４と、その洗髪台油圧シリンダー１０４の駆動により上下動ガイド杆１５４に沿って上下に移動する、洗髪台１０１が固定されている洗髪台昇降ブラケット１０５とからなるものであり、また上記フレーム支柱の下方前面に位置する椅子昇降機構は、その一端側を基台１０２に回動可能に連結され、他端側を椅子可動ブラケット１０８に回動可能に連結されている椅子油圧シリンダー１０６と、その椅子油圧シリンダー１０６の駆動によりフレーム１５１に沿って上方下方に摺動ローラー１２２によって移動する、椅子１２０が椅子支持杆１０７を介して固定されている椅子可動ブラケット１０８とからなるものである。又、洗髪台油圧シリンダー１０４及び椅子油圧シリンダー１０６は、それぞれシリンダーチューブ１０４ａ，１０６ａとピストンロッド１０４ｂ，１０６ｂとからなり、各油圧シリンダー１０４，１０６は、図４に示されるように基台部１０２上に設置されている油圧ユニット１３０と配管等により接続されているものである。

又、図４に示されるように、基台部１０２に設けられたフットスイッチである洗髪台昇降用スイッチ１０９ａ，１０９ｂは、洗髪台１０１を上昇，下降移動させる時に使用するスイッチである。又、椅子１２０の肘掛に設けられたパネルスイッチである椅子昇降用スイッチ１２１ａ，１２１ｂは、椅子１２０を上昇，下降移動させる時に使用するスイッチである。この椅子昇降用スイッチ１２１ａ，１２１ｂは、洗髪を受ける被施術者が椅子１２０に座った時に邪魔にならない位置に設けられている。

次に、以上のように構成された洗髪装置の洗髪台１０１，及び椅子１２０の昇降動作について、図４及び図５を用いて説明する。まず、洗髪台１０１については、施術者が洗髪台昇降用スイッチ１０９ａ，１０９ｂを踏むことによって入れると、上記洗髪台油圧シリンダー１０４が油圧ユニット１３０により加圧，減圧され、洗髪台油圧シリンダー１０４の伸長，短縮により洗髪台昇降ブラケット１０５が上下動ガイド杆１５４に沿って上下に移動し、これにより洗髪台１０１が上昇，下降する。又、椅子１２０については、施術者あるいは被施術者が椅子昇降用スイッチ１２１ａ，１２１ｂを押すことによって入れると、椅子油圧シリンダー１０６が油圧ユニット１３０により加圧，減圧され、椅子油圧シリンダー１０６の伸長，短縮により椅子可動ブラケット１０８が摺動ローラー１２２によりフレーム１５１に沿って上方，下方に移動し、これにより椅子１２０が上昇，下降する。上記の動作は、各スイッチ１０９ａ，１０９ｂ，１２１ａ，１２１ｂを離すと停止するものであり、各スイッチ１０９ａ，１０９ｂ，１２１ａ，１２１ｂを操作する時間を調整することにより、洗髪台１０１，椅子１２０を適当な位置に移動させることができる。

以上のように従来の洗髪装置は、油圧ユニット１３０により駆動される昇降機構を持った洗髪台１０１及び椅子１２０を、各昇降スイッチを操作することにより、所望の位置に移動させ、施術者の背の高さ、及び被施術者の背の高さに応じることができるようにしたものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、洗髪施術中に、被施術者のうなじ等を洗う際において、一旦洗髪台１０１を下降させるか、椅子１２０を上昇させるかして、被施術者の頭部と洗髪台１０１との間に隙間を開けることが必要になる場合がある。上記従来の洗髪装置において、施術者の身長が低い場合等で洗髪台１０１が最低の位置にある場合は、椅子１２０の方を上昇させる必要がある。ところが、椅子１２０の椅子昇用スイッチ１２１ａ，降用スイッチ１２１ｂは椅子１２０に取り付けられているため、施術者は椅子１２０の方に手を伸ばす必要があり、洗髪施術と同時に椅子１２０の上昇操作を行うことができなかった。又、洗髪施術中の濡れた手で、椅子昇用スイッチ１２１ａ，降用スイッチ１２１ｂを操作するのは面倒であった。

又、上記従来の洗髪装置においては、油圧ユニット１３０が基台１０２上の前方側に取りつけられているので、図４に示すような、油圧ユニット１３０を覆うために基台カバー１０３が盛り上がったような形状をもつものとなり、デザインを重視する理美容院においては、このデザインが好まれるものではなかった。これに対して、図６に示されるように、油圧ユニット１３０を別置きにすることによって、洗髪装置の機能はそのままで、基台カバー１０３の形状をすっきりさせたものが提案されているが、この洗髪装置においては、油圧配管１３１を床下に埋め込む必要があり、設置工事が大掛かりになることや、油圧ユニット１３０が別置きになるため、別にこのための設置スペースを設ける必要があるという問題があった。

本願発明は、上記の課題に鑑みてなされたものであり、洗髪施術と同時に椅子の操作を行うことができる洗髪装置を提供することを課題とする。又、理美容院においてデザイン的に好まれるような油圧昇降式の洗髪装置を提供することを課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
これらの課題に鑑み、本願第１の発明においては、施術者により洗髪を行うための洗髪台１と、上記洗髪台１の前方側に配位され、上記洗髪を受ける被施術者が座るものであり、背もたれを後方に有する椅子２とを一体に備え、上記洗髪台１を上下に昇降させる洗髪台昇降機構４と、上記椅子２を上下に昇降させる椅子昇降機構５とを備えた洗髪装置１０において、フレーム支柱構造部３が設けられており、このフレーム支柱構造部３は、床面上に設置された基台３１と、この基台３１の上方に設けられた洗髪台受け部３３と、上記基台３１と洗髪台受け部３３との間に設けられたフレーム３２ａ，３２ｂを有しており、上記フレーム支柱構造部３は基台カバー７で覆われており、上記洗髪台１は、上記フレーム支柱構造部３のうち、洗髪台受け部３３の上方に設けられており、上記椅子２は、上記フレーム支柱構造部３のうち、基台３１の前方寄りの上方に設けられており、上記洗髪台昇降機構４を操作するためのスイッチ８と、上記椅子昇降機構５を操作するためのスイッチ９とが、施術者の脚により操作されるフットスイッチとされており、上記基台カバー７の後方側にはスイッチ台７２が張り出して設けられており、上記洗髪台昇降機構４を操作するためのスイッチ８と、上記椅子昇降機構５を操作するためのスイッチ９とが、上記スイッチ台７２上において、左右に振り分けて設けられたことを特徴とする洗髪装置を提供する。

又、本願第２の発明においては、第１の発明において、上記洗髪台昇降機構４及び上記椅子昇降機構５が各々油圧シリンダ４１，５１を備えており、上記基台３１上には油圧ユニット６が設けられており、上記各油圧シリンダ４１，５１と上記油圧ユニット６とは油圧管６４，６５によって接続されており、上記油圧ユニット６が上記基台カバー７で覆われたことを特徴とする洗髪装置を提供する。

又、本願第３の発明においては、第１又は第２の発明において、上記基台カバー７が昇降部カバー７１を有しており、この昇降部カバー７１は上記椅子２の下部に位置するものであって、上記椅子昇降機構５の昇降動作にあわせて上下することを特徴とする洗髪装置を提供する。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面に基づき本願発明の実施の形態の一例を取り上げて説明する。図１は、本願実施の形態の一例を示す洗髪装置の斜視図である。図２は、本例の洗髪装置において椅子を省略した状態の内部構造を示す説明図である。尚、本説明における前後方向の表現は、椅子の取り付けられる側を前方、洗髪台の形成される側を後方としている。

図１において、本例における洗髪装置１０は、施術者が洗髪施術を行う洗髪器１の前方に、被施術者が座る椅子２が連結されたものである。本例における洗髪装置１０には、図２に示されるようなフレーム支柱構造部３が設けられている。フレーム支柱構造部３は、床面上に設置される基台３１を底辺、フレーム３２ａ，３２ｂを両辺、洗髪台受け部３３を上辺とする、側面視が平行四辺形枠形状のフレームである。

上記フレーム支柱構造部３の内側上方に位置する洗髪台昇降機構４は、その一端側がフレーム３２ａの略中央に回動可能に連結され、他端側が洗髪台昇降ブラケット４２に回動可能に連結された洗髪台昇降用シリンダ４１と、その洗髪台昇降用シリンダ４１の駆動により上下に移動する洗髪台昇降ブラケット４２に固定された、洗髪台１を取り付ける洗髪台取付部４３とからなる。

上記フレーム支柱構造部３の下方前面側に位置する椅子昇降機構５は、その一端側が基台３１に連結され、他端側を椅子取付部基台５２に連結された椅子昇降用シリンダ５１と、その椅子昇降用シリンダ５１の駆動により、上下に移動する、椅子２を取り付ける部分である椅子取付部基台５２と椅子取付部５３とからなるものである。椅子取付部５３は、椅子２を容易に取付及び取り外しができるようになっており、椅子２の機能に応じて、電気接点や油圧配管のジョイント等を組み込むものであっても良い。尚、椅子取付部５３は椅子昇降用シリンダ５１に対して、前後方向にスライド可能な構造となっている。これは、図示はしないが、椅子取付部基台５２の内部にガイドレールが設けられており、これを軌道としてローラーが設けられた座がスライドすることによって、この座と共に、座に設けられた椅子取付部５３がスライドするものである。これにより、被施術者の体格に合わせて、椅子２と洗髪台１との間の間隔を最適なものに調整することができる。この椅子取付基台５２と椅子取付部５３については、他に、ばね等により摺動力調整を行う機能等の種々の機能を付加することができる。

又、洗髪台昇降用シリンダ４１及び椅子昇降用シリンダ５１は、それぞれ油圧シリンダであって、シリンダチューブ４１ａ，５１ａとピストンロッド４１ｂ，５１ｂとからなり、この２つの油圧シリンダ４１，５１は、それぞれ基台３１上に設置されている油圧ユニット６に配管により接続されるものである。

油圧ユニット６は、オイルタンク６１，電磁弁６２，油圧ポンプ６３からなるものである。電磁弁６２は、洗髪台シリンダ用油圧管６４を介して洗髪台昇降用シリンダ４１と、また椅子シリンダ用油圧管６５を介して椅子昇降用シリンダ５１とそれぞれ接続されており、洗髪台昇降スイッチ８あるいは椅子昇降スイッチ９が操作されると、電磁弁６２により洗髪台シリンダ用油圧管６４、あるいは椅子シリンダ用油圧管６５を介して、洗髪台昇降用シリンダ４１あるいは椅子昇降用シリンダ５１にオイルが送られ、操作されたスイッチ８，９に対応した油圧シリンダ４１，５１を上下動させる。尚、本例においては、油圧ユニット６により洗髪台１や椅子２の駆動をなすものとしているが、本願発明は、これに限られるものではなく、例えば電気駆動によるもの等、油圧以外の駆動手段を用いるものでも実施が可能である。

尚、洗髪台１の下部から椅子２の下部に至る部分には、基台カバー７が設けられており、フレーム支柱構造部３や昇降機構４，５や油圧ユニット６はこの基台カバー７に覆われている。この基台カバー７の内部には、洗髪台の底部からの排水管や、シャワーへ温水を供給するための給水管やサーモスタットも形成されている。又、基台カバー７のうち前方側であり、椅子２の下部に位置する昇降部カバー７１は、椅子取付部基台５２及び椅子取付部５３の昇降動作にあわせて上下するものである。又、基台カバー７の後方側には、出っ張り状のものが形成される。これが、スイッチ台７２である。

スイッチ台７２には洗髪台昇降スイッチ８及び椅子昇降スイッチ９が設けられている。洗髪台昇降スイッチ８の昇用スイッチ８ａ，降用スイッチ８ｂは洗髪台１を上昇，下降させる時に使用するスイッチであり、椅子昇降スイッチ９の昇用スイッチ９ａ，降用スイッチ９ｂは、椅子２を上昇，下降させる時に使用するスイッチで、共に施術者が脚で操作を行うフットスイッチである。このため、施術者が洗髪中でも、濡れた手を気にすることなく操作することができる。これらのスイッチ８ａ，８ｂ，９ａ，９ｂは、図３に示されるように、４つのスイッチがスイッチ台７２の上に並列して形成されている。本例においては、スイッチ台７２上において左右に振り分けられるようにして、２つづつスイッチが形成されるものである。これにより、洗髪台昇降スイッチ８と椅子昇降スイッチ９の両方に対して、施術者はそのままの状態で脚を届かせることができ、又、操作の対象別にスイッチ８，９が左右に振り分けられているため、それぞれのスイッチ８，９をわざわざ目視しなくても、踏み間違えることなく確実に操作することができる。

本願発明に係る洗髪装置１０は、上記に説明した形態に限られるものではなく、種々に変更して実施することができる。例えば、既に述べた、図４〜図６に示される従来の洗髪装置に対して、上記のような洗髪台昇降スイッチ８及び椅子昇降スイッチ９を設けるものとしてもよい。又、従来のように椅子２等に取り付けられたスイッチと上記の洗髪台昇降スイッチ８及び椅子昇降スイッチ９とを同時に洗髪装置に設け、併用するものとしても良い。椅子２についても、背もたれのリクライニング機構はもちろんのこと、ヒーターやマッサージ機能を組み込んだものとしても良く、種々の形態で実施が可能である。

ここで、洗髪台昇降機構４，椅子昇降機構５の昇降動作について説明する。洗髪台昇降機構４により洗髪台１を昇降させ、その高さを調整するには、まず洗髪台昇用スイッチ８ａ，降用スイッチ８ｂを踏むことによりスイッチを入れると、油圧ユニット６が作動して、洗髪台昇降用シリンダ４１が加圧，減圧され、ピストンロッド４１ｂが伸長，短縮される。このピストンロッド４１ｂの伸長，短縮により、洗髪台昇降用シリンダ４１に連結されている洗髪台昇降ブラケット４２が上下に移動し、これにより洗髪台１が上昇，下降する。この洗髪台１の上昇，下降は、洗髪台昇用スイッチ８ａ，降用スイッチ８ｂを離すと停止するものであり、この洗髪台昇用スイッチ８ａ，降用スイッチ８ｂを踏んでいる時間を調整することにより、洗髪台１を適当な高さに位置させることができる。

又、椅子昇降機構５により椅子２を昇降させ、その高さを調整するには、上記の洗髪台昇降機構４の場合と同様、まず椅子昇用スイッチ９ａ，降用スイッチ９ｂを踏むことによりスイッチを入れると、油圧ユニット６が作動して、椅子昇降用シリンダ５１がカロ圧，減圧され、ピストンロッド５１ｂが伸長，短縮される。このピストンロッド５１ｂの伸長，短縮により、椅子昇降用シリンダ５１に連結されている椅子取付部基台５２が上方，下方に移動し、これにより、椅子取付部５３を介して椅子２が上昇，下降する。この椅子２の上昇，下降は、上記の洗髪台昇降機構４の場合と同様、椅子昇用スイッチ９ａ，降用スイッチ９ｂを離すと停止するものであり、この椅子昇用スイッチ９ａ，降用スイッチ９ｂを踏んでいる時間を調整することにより、椅子２を適当な高さに位置させることができる。

次に、本例における洗髪装置１０を使用して、洗髪施術を行う場合の動作について説明する。まず、洗髪施術を行う理美容師等の施術者（図示せず）が、自分の背の高さに合わせて洗髪台１を洗髪を行いやすい所望の位置に、例えば上昇させたいとすると、施術者は洗髪台昇用スイッチ８ａを踏み、洗髪台昇降機構４の上昇動作によって、洗髪台１をその位置に上昇させる。次に施術者は、洗髪を受ける被施術者（図示せず）に椅子２に座ってもらい、頭部を洗髪台１に置いてもらうようにする。その際、まず施術者は被施術者の頭部の高さがほぼ洗髪台１の位置にくるように、椅子昇用スイッチ８ａ，降用スイッチ８ｂを操作し、椅子２の高さを調整する。

そして、上記のようにして洗髪台１及び椅子２の位置を設定した後、洗髪施術を開始するわけだが、被施術者がその時の身体の姿勢や洗髪台１に対する頭部の位置に不快感を感じた場合には、椅子２の高さを施術者が椅子昇用スイッチ９ａ，降用スイッチ９ｂを操作して微調整し、被施術者が椅子２上で所望の姿勢でかつ負担にならない頭部の位置を保った状態で洗髪を受けることができるようにする。

以上のような操作を行って、施術者の背の高さ及び被施術者の背の高さに応じて、洗髪台１及び椅子２それぞれの高さを調整してその位置を設定した後、施術者は被施術者に対して洗髪施術を行う。
【００２９】
又、洗髪施術のうちで被施術者のうなじを洗う作業があるが、本例の洗髪装置１０においてこの作業を行う場合、施術者は洗髪台降用スイッチ８ｂを踏み、洗髪台昇降機構４の下降動作により洗髪台１を少し下降させて、被施術者の頭を持ち上げることなく、楽に被施術者のうなじを洗うことが可能となり、この作業中の美容師の負担を軽減することができる。そして、その作業が終了すれば、今度は洗髪台昇用スイッチ８ａを踏んで、洗髪台昇降機構４の上昇動作によって洗髪台１を元の位置まで戻す。

上記の作業において、施術者の身長により、洗髪台が最低の位置にある場合があるが、その際は、椅子昇用スイッチ９ａを踏み、椅子昇降機構５の上昇動作により、被施術者と洗髪台１との位置関係を上記の場合と同じにすることができる。従来は、この椅子昇用スイッチ９ａ，椅子降用スイッチ９ｂが椅子２に取り付けられていたため、施術者が作業をしつつ椅子２を操作することが不可能であったが、本願発明では、洗髪台１と同じく、フットスイッチにより椅子２を上昇，下降させることができるため、このうなじを洗う作業においても、施術者は作業を中断させる必要がない。

尚、上記の通り、椅子取付部５３は、椅子２を容易に取付及び取り外しができるようになっているため、被施術者が、例えば車椅子に乗った人の場合であっても、椅子２を洗髪装置１０から取り外すことによって、被施術者が車椅子に乗ったまま洗髪施術を受けることができる（図示はしない）。

車椅子に乗った被施術者に洗髪施術を行う場合、まず施術者は、椅子２を取り外す前に、椅子取付部５３が最低位置にあるか確認する。最低位置にない場合には、椅子降用スイッチ９ｂを踏んで椅子昇降機構５の下降動作により最低位置に移動させる。そして、洗髪装置１０から椅子２を取り外し、被施術者の車椅子を背もたれの方から、元々椅子２のあった位置に移動させ、被施術者が頭部を洗髪台１に載せることができる位置で動かないように車椅子を固定する。そして、被施術者の頭部に対して洗髪台１の位置が低い場合には洗髪台昇用スイッチ８ａを踏み、又、高い場合には洗髪台降用スイッチ８ｂを踏み、洗髪台昇降機構５の上昇，下降動作によって洗髪台１の位置を被施術者の頭部の位置とほぼ同じ高さにくるように調整した後、洗髪施術を開始する。これにより、車椅子に乗った被施術者が洗髪施術を受ける際、車椅子から椅子２に乗りかえしなくてもよくなり、それによる被施術者の負担を軽減することができる。

又、この洗髪装置１０において、椅子取付部５３から椅子２を取り外して使用する別の例として、被施術者が臨月に近い妊婦の場合について説明する（図示しない）。通常の椅子２は、その背もたれが略寝た状態になるまで倒れてしまう。しかし、その略寝た状態は、臨月に近い妊婦にとって腹部に大きな負担がかかる姿勢となる。よって、椅子２が容易に取り外せる洗髪装置１０において、臨月に近い妊婦に洗髪施術を行う際には、施術者は、この椅子２を洗髪装置１０から取り外し、一般事務椅子の角度より若干倒れた状態までしか倒れない妊婦用椅子に付け替え、この妊婦用椅子を使用して洗髪施術を行うものである。これにより、洗髪施術中の臨月に近い妊婦の腹部にかかる負担を軽減することができる。

これまでに説明した種々の利点に加えて、本願発明の洗髪装置１０は、洗髪台１及び椅子２を上下に昇降させるための油圧ユニット６を椅子２の下部の位置に取り付け、他の構成要素と共に基台カバー７内に収めたので、デザイン的にもすっきりし、理美容室で好まれる洗髪装置となっている。

【発明の効果】
本願発明に係る洗髪装置においては、スイッチが脚で操作するフットスイッチであるため、施術者が洗髪中であっても、濡れた手を気にすることなく操作することができる。又、スイッチが椅子ではなく、洗髪器側に位置するため、施術者は、洗髪施術中でも洗髪台昇降機構と椅子昇降機構とを操作することが可能である。又、施術者がそのままの状態でスイッチに脚を届かせることができ、又、確実に操作することができる。
