【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、乗用車、特にハードトップ車のようにウィンドガラス上端を支える為のサッシュ金物のない車種におけるウィンドレギュレータ装置におけるシューの構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来より、ドア本体より昇降するウィンドガラスを駆動するために、ワイヤ式ウィンドガラスレギュレータが用いられる。従来より広く知られているウィンドレギュレータ装置としては、図14、15に示されるものがある(例えば実開平2−129585号公報参照)。この図14、15において、25はウィンドガラス、50はドア本体内でほぼ上下方向に沿って配置されるガイドレールであり、このガイドレール50は、上下端部51にて夫々アッパブラケット51及びロアブラケット51を介してドア本体に固定されている。30a、30bはそれぞれガイドレール50にスライド可能に装着されたアッパシュー及びロアシュー、14はアッパシュー及びロアシューに結合され、ガイドレール50に沿って上下方向に移動し得るキャリアプレートである。

アッパシュー30a及びロアシュー30bは、図14に示したようにキャリアプレート14において上下に列設される。キャリアプレート14には、2個所にウィンドガラス25を取り付けるための連結部分27がある。ガラス25には夫々ボルト挿通孔が形成されており、ボルトにより、キャリアプレート14にウィンドガラス25を固定する。
更に、図14において、15は、上下のアッパブラケット及びロアブラケットにそれぞれ設けたプーリであり、これらのプーリ15にワイヤケーブル13が巻回されている。ワイヤケーブル13は、キャリアプレート14の適所20に結合しており、駆動機構18の作動によりワイヤケーブル13を介してキャリアプレート14を駆動すると、ウィンドガラス25が上下動する。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
この従来のウィンドレギュレータ装置におけるシューの構造では、図15におけるガイドレ−ル50における両側の内面50cに対しては、弾性体34で滑り部材36bが押付けられており、またガイドレ−ル50の底面50bに対しては滑り部材36が押付けられているので、ガイドレ−ル50内をシュ−30aが上下動する場合は左右に対しても又は奥行方向に対してもがたが生じることなくスムーズに上下動する特徴がある。
しかしレ−ルは図1から明らかなように、一般に外側へ向けて膨出する状態に湾曲させて形成してあり、ガイドレ−ル50における底面50bとガイドレ−ル50の内壁内面50aとの間隔Wは長手方向各所において全く均等にはならない。そうすると、設計上はその間の寸法Wの一番内寸法の小さいものに対してシュ−30aの奥行方向の寸法を定めなければならない。
従って、ガイドレ−ル50における奥行寸方Wの広いところでは、シュ−30aは奥行方向にがたが生じ、カタカタと音を生じさせる問題点がある。
また自動車が高速走行中において、図1における窓ガラス25が矢印19a方向へ風による吸出力を受けた場合は、その反力をシュ−における下側のシュ−30bで受止めなければならないが、これがレ−ル内において奥行方向19bにがたがあると、シュー30bは沈み、窓ガラスの上部26は外方(19a方向)に開いて風切り音が生じたり、雨水が入るなどの問題点が発生する。

本件出願のウィンドレギュレータ装置におけるシューの構造は、上記従来技術の問題点を解決する為に提供するものである。
本件出願の目的は、レールが外部に向けて膨出する状態で湾曲していても、それに沿ってシューが滑らかに上下動し、同様に外部に向けて湾曲しているガラスを一定の軌跡で上下駆動することのできるウィンドレギュレータ装置を提供しようとするものである。
他の目的は、レ−ルの奥行方向の内々寸法に製造上のバラツキがあったとしても、シュ−においてはその内々寸法に順応して、部材が膨らんだり縮んだりして常にレ−ルの内面と隙間なく接触して、奥行方向のがた寸法を無くするようにしたウィンドレギュレータ装置におけるシューの構造を提供しようとするものである。
他の目的は、サッシュレスタイプの窓を閉塞した状態で高速走行した時に、ガラス25の上部が、外部に向けて大きな吸出力を受けた場合においても、その吸出力が小さくても大きくてもそれに順応した伸縮を行って、ガラスの外部方向に向けての撓みを極めて小さく制限するようにしたウィンドレギュレータ装置におけるシューの構造を提供しようとするものである。
他の目的は、上記ガイドレ−ルの底面(裏側)からでもガラスと、シューとの締付力が調節できるようにしたウィンドレギュレータ装置におけるシューの構造を提供しようとするものである。
他の目的及び利点は図面及びそれに関連した以下の説明により容易に明らかになるであろう。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本願発明におけるウィンドレギュレータ装置におけるシューの構造は、周壁に筋状の開口部を備える断面C字状のガイドレールと、上記ガイドレールのスライド用空間の内壁面において摺動自在に支持されていて、駆動機構によって上下方向に向けて駆動されるシューと、上記シューの上下動に連動させて上下動させるようにシューに連結されているウィンドガラスとを備えているウィンドレギュレータ装置において、上記のスライド用空間内のシューは、開口部側から奥部に向けて、上記ウィンドガラスに連結されている基部材と、弾性体と、弾性体よりも硬質材で形成され、ガイドレールの底面に接するようにしてある滑り部材とを重合状配設し、上記滑り部材における弾性体対向面には、滑り部材と弾性体とが相対的に近接するに伴って、滑り部材に対する弾性体の反発力が前後の部分において増加するように対向面の前後の部分に膨出部を具備させたものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下本願発明の実施の形態を示す図面について説明する。図1乃至図8において、1は、乗用車例えばハードトップ車のようにウィンドガラス上端26を支える為のサッシュ金物のない車種におけるドアを構成する為のドアパネルを示し、2はその外面、3は内側の空間を示す。4は折返し状に形成された内枠を示し、5は夫々上部枠7或いは下部枠8を取付る為の取付部を示す。7と8とは上記ドアパネル1の内側に備えさせる為の上部枠と下部枠を示し、夫々両端に符号5で示す部分を前記ドアパネル位置における対応取付部5、5、5、5に対してボルトなど任意の留め具で止付る。符号50と10はガイドレールとステーを示し、上部枠7と下部枠8に対して夫々上下の端部51において固着している。その固着は例えば周知のようなブラケット金物などを用いて固着する。11はステー10とガイドレール50の間に固着された連結補助枠であって、これにはキャリアプレート14を駆動するための駆動機構18が装着されている。17は駆動輪を示す。15は上下の端部51もしくは枠7、8に配置されたプーリを示し、これにはワイヤ16が図示の如くたすき掛けに掛けられている。従って駆動機構18を作動させて駆動輪17を回動させる場合はワイヤ16は矢印19方向又はこれとは逆方向に移動してキャリアプレート14を下降させたり上昇させたりする。なお20はキャリアプレート14に対してワイヤ16の一部を固着した部分を示す。符号21はキャリアプレート14の上昇位置及び下降位置を制限する為のストッパー位置を示す。

次にウィンドガラス25は図1にも示されるように、通常室外側が膨出状となるように湾曲されており、図2、3に示されるように、枠7、8に固着されているデルタサッシュ12に図中左側が支えられた状態で上下動する。車種によっては一般にデルタサッシュの上端は上方にのびており、上昇状態にあるガラスの上端26をホールドするものであるが、ハードトップ車などのサッシュレスタイプにおいてはガラスの上端26は、車体の受部24に当接する程度で、外方に向けてはフリーの状態にあり、強い吸出力がかかる場合はその上端は室外の方19aへ大きな吸出力を受ける。ウィンドガラス25は下方において連結部分27を備える。連結部の構造は図4、5に詳しく示される。

次にガイドレール50について説明する。このガイドレール50は断面形状が図4、5に示す如くコの字の自由端部を夫々内側へ向けた形状をしており、一般にC字型鋼とも呼ばれている。従って図2、3に示す如く、曲げ込み部分53、53の間に筋状の開口部54が形成されている。このガイドレール50はウィンドガラス25の上下動軌跡に対応するよう、ドアパネルの上下方向に配置される。次に30はガイドレール50のスライド用空間52を上下摺動させる為のシューを示し、ガイドレール50における内壁面に接する面は滑り易い材料、例えばプラスチック材(例えばポリアセタール、ナイロン等)などで形成されている。図4、5の場合は外被部材31a、31b、31cは夫々一体材で塑性成形されており、内側の空間には金属製連結杆40における基部材32が納められている。基部材32の下側の部材はクッション性のある、例えば合成ゴムなどで作られた弾性体34を示し、さらにその下側即ち、ガイドレール50の底面50bに接する滑り部材36は、図4、5、6、7及び8に表れるような構成であって、滑り易い部材(例えばポリアセタール、ナイロン)で構成されている。このような構成においては夫々ガイドレール50の内面と摺擦する面が夫々プラスチックなどの滑り易い材料で形成しているので、極めて円滑に上下動する。次に上記連結杆40の元部における基部材32は結合部32bと座板部材32aとでもって一体的に金属材で形成してある。41は、ガラス25を押さえつけるための押さえ部材で、内に雌ねじを備え、通常ナットと称されるものである。従って組立に当たっては、シュー30における外被部材31の内側に連結杆40に連なる座板部材32aを押込み(又は一体的に塑性成形し)、次に弾性体34及び滑り部材36を夫々図4、5に示す如く組み入れる。この場合、弾性体34の裏面に設ける環状の当り面35に対して、滑り部材36の表面に膨出させる環状の膨出部37を当付けさせる。これらはガイドレール50の端部から内部に挿入される。この場合、シュー30が前側になる上部と、後側になる下部と複数ある場合は、これらの外被部材31の相互は、図4に示されるように予め連繋部材39で連設しておく。なおこの連繋部材39の材料は、シュー相互の間隔を一定に保てる範囲で可撓性を備える部材39(例えばポリアセタール、ナイロン等)で外被部材31aとは一体材塑性成形物で連繋されている。なお滑り部材36の表面に設ける膨出部37の形状は、図7(A)の環状の外に図7(B)、(C)に示す如く前後に独立した柱状の膨出部37を備えさせるもの、前後に筋状の膨出部37が位置するもの等、任意形状の膨出部でもよい。

次に複数の孔28のあいているガラス25を夫々連結杆40、40の頭を貫通する状態でシュー30、30に添付ける。その場合ガラス25の両面にはワッシャ45、46を重ねる。このワッシャは、大きさが孔28の内径よりも大きく、かつ外側のワッシャ45は硬質の板金、内側のワッシャ46は樹脂などのソフトタッチのできる軟質材で形成しておくと良い。なおこの場合、図3に示されるように左右のワイヤ16、16に渡し掛けてあるキャリアプレート14を間に介在させて図4の如くナット41の雌ねじと連結杆40の雄ねじとを螺合させ、締め固着する。そうするとガラス25とシュー30とは棒状の連結杆40を介して一体化する。なお座板部材32aの幅寸法は、座板部材32aのウィンドガラス方向への引張力を図5から明らかなようにガイドレールの曲げ込み部分53の内々の開口縁でこたえられるようにガイドレールの開口部54の幅寸法よりも大きくしてある。

次にガイドレール50の長手方向における各所について、上壁内面50aと底面50bとの間の寸法Wに大小のバラツキがあった場合、及びシュー30に押圧力が加えられた場合、夫々に対するシュー30の動作につき図8、9を用いて説明する。図8(A)は、上記寸法Wが平均的寸法の場合を示し、弾性体34と滑り部材36との両対向面34a、36aの間に間隙Gが生じる状態で、膨出部37の頭部が軽く当り面35に当接している。その状態での 弾性体の反発力は、図9の符号(O)〜(A)の区間の比較的小さい範囲となる。
次に図8(C)はガイドレール50の内で、製作誤差により上記の寸法Wがやや小さい部分をシュー30が通過する場合のシュー30の状態を示す。弾性体34に対し、底面50bによって滑り部材36が押し寄せられ、両者の対向面34a、36aが近接し、膨出部37が弾性体34に対して深くめり込んだ状態、即ち、図9における(C)の区間にある状態を示し、前記の(O)〜(A)の区間に比較して弾性体の反発力はやや大きくなる。
次に図8(B)は、ウィンドガラス25が図1、4の状態で矢印19a方に吸出力を受け、上下2つのシューの内、下側のシュー30bに矢印19c方向の押圧力が発生した場合のシューの状態を示す。この状態では、連結杆40は矢印19c方向に押圧力を受け、弾性体34を、滑り部材36に向けて押圧する。すると、弾性体34と滑り部材36の対向面34aと36aとは当接し、図9における符号(B)の範囲において弾性体の反発力は急激に増大する。
このようにシュー30における弾性体34と滑り部材36とは、図8における(A)、(C)図の如く機能して夫々膨張、収縮の役割を果たし、ガイドレール50における上記の寸法Wのバラツキに対して順応して、シュー30とガイドレール50の内面との間に隙間が形成されて、カタカタと異音の出ることを防ぐ。また図4の矢印19a方向の圧力に対しては図8の(B)図の如くなって、これに対応する反発力を発揮してウィンドガラス25の上縁26が室外に向けて大きく開くのを阻止する働きがある。

次に図4に示されるシュー30において弾性体34と座板部材32aとの位置関係を逆にした構成例を示す図10の下側に位置するシュー30eについて説明する。図示のように滑り部材36eに対して座板部材32aeは直接的に当接する。両者の当接面にあっては横滑りしないようにざら面又は一対の凹凸面にして噛み合うようにしておけばよい。こうすると、図4の矢印19a方向の力が矢印19c方向の力になって伝達されても、連結杆40eの力は座板部材32aeを介して硬質の滑り部材36eに伝達され、底面50beがそれを直接的に受け止め、上記ウィンドガラス25eの上端が室外に向けて大きく開くのを阻止する。その阻止力は図8(B)のように、中間に、かなり硬質の弾性体34を配置したものよりも大きくなる利点がある。また図8(A)、図8(C)において説明したようなガイドレール50における上記の寸法Wのバラツキに対しては、ガイドレール50eの曲げ込み部分53eと弾性体34eとの間に位置する外被部材31eの滑要素31beの弾性体34e対向部に、前述の図7における膨出部37に対応する環状の膨出部37eを形成し、その前後に位置する膨出部37eを、図13に示すような透孔56を備える弾性体34eの当り面35eに当て付け、図8(A)、(C)及び図9において説明したと同様の作用、機能を発揮させるようにしてある。

次に、図4におけるガラス25と、シュー30との連結部分27の構成の点において相対的に異なる例を示す図11、12、13について説明する。これらの図において、連結杆40eの一端の結合部33fにおいては雄ねじを作り、座板部材32aeの側には雌ねじを作り、両者螺合させることにより着脱自在の結合部33fを構成し、両者の一体化をしている。連結杆40eの他端の押え部材41fは、通常のボルトにおける6角の頭状に大きくして図4の場合と同様に、連結杆40eを介してのガラス25eとシュー30eの一体化を可能にしてある。

上記説明において、図12、13に示される弾性体34e、滑り部材36eは、夫々中心部に工具挿通用(操作用)の透孔56、57が設けられている点を除き、図4〜9に示されるものと同様のものである。またガイドレール50eの底面50beに設けられた二つの透孔58も工具挿通用の透孔で、上下二つのシュー30eにおける透孔57、57に対応する位置、例えばウィンドガラス25eを保守、点検の為に調整する位置においてシュー30eと対応するように間隔を定めて設ける。このようにすると上記連結杆40eの深端面59が透孔56〜58に露出する。従って、そこに工具掛合部、例えば6角孔、6角柱を形成しておくと、図1における右側の室内側から矢印19dの方向に向けて6角レンチ、又はボックス等の工具を使用して連結杆の締付力を緩め、ウィンドガラス25eの傾斜等、種々な調節ができる。
なお図10の下側のシュー30eに対して同様の機能をもたせる為には、滑り部材36eに透孔を設け、連結杆40eと座板部材32aeとを図12の如く二物とし、又は一材のまま、符号59の個所に工具掛合部を形成するとよい。
さらに、弾性体34eにおいて透孔56を大きく形成し、内側に空間を形成すると、相手方となる環状の膨出部37eを押し付けた場合、中央の透孔56の位置からの反力が小さくなるから、図9における(O)〜(A)〜(C)区間の傾斜は小さくなり、シュー30eの滑り具合を調節することができる。
なお、図10、11、12、13において、機能上前述の図1〜9のものと同一又は均等構成と考えられる部分には、前述の図と同一の符号にアルファベットのeを付して重複する説明を省略する。

【発明の効果】
以上のように本願発明は、シュー30はガイドレール50に沿って上下するものであるが、その場合、ガイドレール50における上壁内面50aと底面50bとの間の寸法Wが上下方向において大小バラツキがあっても、弾性体34と滑り部材36との間隔が、部分的に接圧する状態で、相対的に伸縮して、上記のシュー30は、ガイドレール50の内面にソフトになじみながら軽快に上下動し、ウィンドガラス25が途中で停止しても、それをガタツキなく支え得る効果がある。

その上、ウィンドガラス25の上部が、高速走行時に室外方向19aに吸出力を受けても、上記シュー30における弾性体34と滑り部材36との対向面34a、36aは全面的に対接し、大きな反力を発生する状態で上記吸出力に対抗し、ウィンドガラス25上部の大きな開口を防止する効果もある。
