Description

【0001】

[0036]
By providing the waist interlocking member 4a to the backrest frame 230 of the chair 2 via the connecting spring 7a in this way, vibration transmitted from the waist interlocking member 4a to the backrest frame 230 can be attenuated, and thus Vibration is not transmitted to the pillow frame 220, the back frame 230, the seat frame 240, and the armrest frame 250, which are the skeleton of the chair 2, and this makes the user feel uncomfortable when receiving vibration. It is possible to prevent the vibration of the waist interlocking member 4a from propagating to parts such as the head 9 and elbow 9. In the above, the interlocking member is connected to the converter 3. 4a Is directly fixed, so the converter 3 or interlocking member 4a It is only necessary to hold one of the converter 3 and the interlocking member. 4a As compared with the case where both of them are held separately, the structure is simplified and the cost is reduced.
[0037]
A tube as a sound reducing member 8 is provided at a connection portion (contact portion) with each spring connection portion 230b of the backrest portion frame 220 of the hook portion 71 on the other end side of each connection spring 7a (see FIG. 3 (b)). As a result, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of a squeaking noise at the connecting portion between the coupling spring 7a and the spring connecting portion 230b of the backrest portion frame 220 that are generated by the vibration of the interlocking member 4a. In this embodiment, the example in which the sound reducing member 8 is provided on the coupling spring 7a is shown. Of course, the sound is applied to the connecting portion of each spring connecting portion 230b of the backrest frame 220 with the hook portion 71 of the coupling spring 7a. A mitigation member 8 may be provided. Furthermore, although the example which used the tube as the sound reduction member 8 was shown above, it is not limited to this, You may use the various sound reduction member 8 conventionally known, for example, connection spring 7a or The connection portion of the spring connection portion 230b may be surface-coated with a synthetic resin or the like, and this may be used as the sound reduction member 8.
[0038]
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the waist interlocking member 4a is adjusted by adjusting the length and elasticity of the connecting spring 7a and the positions of the backrest frame 230 and the spring connecting portions 230b and 40 of the waist interlocking member 4a. The waist interlocking member 4a is disposed at a position protruding from the vertical frame portion 230a, that is, the backrest portion frame 230 toward the sensible side (substantially forward in the vibration direction A of the transducer 3). As a result, the interlocking member 4 can be strongly pressed against the waist 9 a of the sensible person 9, and the vibration of the linking member 4 can be efficiently transmitted to the sensible person 9.
[0039]
In the converter 3 (which may be the waist interlocking member 4a), the knee back interlocking member 4b is formed in a tubular shape that is located at a position corresponding to the back side portion 9b of the knee and has a substantially elliptical cross section. Are connected via the vibration propagation member 4. That is, the two interlocking members 4, the waist interlocking member 4 a and the knee back interlocking member 4 b, are provided for one converter 3, and more specifically, between the waist interlocking member 4 a and the converter 3. The distance is arranged to be shorter than the distance between the knee back interlocking member 4b and the converter 3.
[0040]
More specifically, the knee back interlocking member 4b is connected to a spring connecting portion 240d provided on both side support frame portions 240b of the seat frame 240 described above via a connecting spring 7b. In other words, the hook portions 72 at one end of the coupling spring 7b are connected to a plurality (two) of spring connecting portions 41 provided on the lower surfaces at both ends in the width direction of the knee back interlocking member 4b, and both side support frames of the seat frame 240 are connected. When the experienced person 9 is seated on the knee back interlocking member 4b by connecting the hook part 73 at the other end of the coupling spring 7b to a plurality (two) of spring connection parts 240d provided at the front part of the parts 240b and 240b. It is held at a location close to the back side portion 9b of the knee. The knee back interlocking member 4 b is disposed so as not to contact the cushion spring 8. Similarly to the above-described connecting spring 7a that connects the waist interlocking member 4a and the backrest frame 230, the hook portion at the other end of each connecting spring 7b that connects the back of the knee interlocking member 4b and the buttocks support 240. The sound reduction member 8 may be provided at a connection portion between 71 and the spring connection portion 240d of the flange support pair 240.
[0041]
By arranging the knee back interlocking member 4b on the seat frame 240 via the connecting spring 7b as described above, vibration transmitted from the knee back interlocking member 4b to the seat frame 240 can be attenuated, In this case, the vibration is not transmitted to the pillow part frame 220, the backrest part frame 230, the seat part frame 240, and the armrest part frame 250, which are the skeleton of the chair 2, so that it is uncomfortable if the sensation person 9 receives the vibration. It is possible to further prevent the vibration of the knee back interlocking member 4b from propagating to the parts such as the head and the elbow that are felt.
[0042]
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 and FIG. 5, the vibration propagation member 5 has an upper end connected to the lower end of the converter 3 (may be the lower back of the waist interlocking member 4 a) and a backrest from the upper end. A rear vibration propagating body 5a extending substantially downward in a direction along the inclination of the frame 230, and a lateral vibration extending from the lower end of the rear vibration propagating body 5a in a direction parallel to the vibration direction A of the transducer 3 at the front. It consists of a propagating body 5b and a front vibration propagating body 5c extending substantially upward from the front end of the lateral vibration propagating body 5b. The lateral vibration propagating body 5b is located below the cushion spring 241. More specifically, the vibration propagating member 5 is disposed so as not to contact the cushion spring 8. By arranging the vibration propagation member 5 in this way, the vibration propagation member 5 does not get in the way when the sensible person 9 is seated, and the vibration propagation member 5 can be hidden by the seat portion 24 or the backrest portion 23. Appearance becomes beautiful. Further, in the above, the converter 3 and the knee back interlocking member 4b are connected via the lateral vibration propagating body 5b extending in parallel with the vibration direction (a) of the converter 3, whereby the interlock of the converter 3 is separated from the vibration. It can be efficiently transmitted to the knee back interlocking member 4b which is the member 4.
[0043]
Further, an elastic member 6 is provided on the upper surface of the lateral vibration propagating body 5b, which is a portion located between the lateral vibration propagating body 5b and the cushion spring 241 as shown in FIG. As a result, even if the sensation 9 sits on the seat 6 vigorously or the heavy sensation 9 sits on the seat 6, the cushion spring 241 moves down. And the lateral vibration propagating body 5b are brought into contact with each other through the elastic member 6, so that generation of abnormal noise and deformation of the vibration propagating member 4 due to the contact between the cushion spring 241 and the lateral vibration propagating body 5b can be prevented. .
[0044]
By adjusting the length and elastic force of the coupling spring 12b and the position where the spring connecting portions 3d and 7d are provided, the above knee back interlocking member 4b is positioned on the sensible side (upward) from the seat frame 240. It is arranged. As a result, the knee back interlocking member 4b can be strongly pressed against the back side portion 9b of the knee of the sensation person 9, and the vibration of the interlocking member 4 can be efficiently transmitted to the sensation person 9.
[0045]
Next, the control of the sound transmitted from the sound generating means will be described. The sound output from the sound generating means partially flows through the speaker 221 through the amplifier etc. via the sound control device. Also, a part of the sound is transmitted from the sound generating means by a low-pass filter (not shown) to be a sound source signal, and the sound source signal is amplified by an amplifier to become a vibration acoustic signal. Is converted into mechanical vibration by the converter 3, and the converter 3 is vibrated. The vibration of the transducer 3 vibrates the interlocking member 4 connected to the transducer 3, thereby transmitting a realistic vibration synchronized with the sound generating means to the waist 9 a and the back side portion 9 b of the knee 9. . In addition, although the body sensation sound apparatus 1 in this embodiment provided the sound control apparatus, the low-pass filter, and the amplifier and showed the example which converted the converter from the acoustic signal to the mechanical vibration, it is not limited to this, For example, It is also possible to provide a transducer 3 that directly converts a signal output from the sound generating means into mechanical vibration without providing a sound control device, a low-pass filter, and an amplifier in the sensory acoustic device.
[0046]
By the way, although the body sensation sound apparatus 1 in this embodiment is providing the two interlocking members 4 with respect to one converter 3 as mentioned above, this is based on the reason as shown below. That is, by providing two interlocking members 4 for one transducer 3, the number of transducers 3 provided in the sensation acoustic device 1 can be reduced relative to the number of interlocking members 4 provided. The cost of the acoustic device 1 can be reduced. In the present embodiment, an example in which one transducer 3 and two interlocking members 4 are provided in the body sensation acoustic apparatus 1 is shown, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, for one transducer 3 Two or more interlocking members 4 may be provided, and more specifically, N + 1 or more interlocking members 4 may be provided in two or more N converters.
[0047]
Further, as described above, since the waist interlocking member 4a and the knee back interlocking member 4b are provided as described above, it is possible to perform the bone vibration by vibrating the waist part 9a having the pelvis and the back side part 9b of the knee sensitive to touch. By virtue of this, it is possible to give an image of the whole body being vibrated by the few interlocking members 4 to the sensible person 9.
[0048]
Further, in the above, since the distance between the waist interlocking member 4a and the converter 3 is arranged to be shorter than the distance between the knee back interlocking member 5b and the converter 3, the waist that requires strong vibration. The lower back interlocking member 4b that vibrates the back portion 9b of the knee, which vibrates strongly at the lower back interlocking member 4a that vibrates 9a and is sufficiently vibrated even with weak vibration, can be vibrated weakly. And the back side portion 9b of the knee can be vibrated with good balance, and a time difference due to vibration transmission can be generated between the vibration of the waist portion 9a and the vibration of the back side portion 9b of the knee.
[0049]
Further, in the above, since the knee back interlocking member 4b is formed in a tubular shape, the rigidity of the knee back interlocking member 4b can be maintained as compared with the knee back interlocking member 4b formed in a plate shape as shown in FIG. This makes it possible to stably transmit vibration to the experienced person. In particular, since the side cross section of the knee back interlocking member 4b is substantially elliptical, the contact area between the sensation person 9 and the knee back interlocking member 4b can be lowered, thereby enabling vibration with a strong force. . In addition, although the example which formed the knee back interlocking member 4b in the tubular shape was shown above, the other interlocking member 4 may be formed in a tubular shape, for example, the waist vibration body 3a may be formed in a tubular shape, Even in this case, the same effect as described above can be obtained. In the above description, the side cross-sectional shape of the knee back interlocking member 4b is an elliptical shape, but is not limited thereto. In particular, it is preferable to form the interlocking member 4 in a circular tube shape. In this case, the contact area between the sensation person 9 and the linking member 4 can be further reduced, and thereby the body part of the sensation person 9 can be further strengthened. It becomes possible to vibrate.
[0050]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the invention according to claim 1 of the present invention, it is possible to transmit vibration to many parts of the sensation by the interlocking member, and in addition, the interlocking member is provided in the sensory acoustic device. It is possible to reduce the number of transducers provided for the number, and to reduce the cost of the body acoustic device.
[0051]
In the invention according to claim 2, in addition to the effect of the invention according to claim 1, the interlocking member can be formed in a tubular shape so that the rigidity of the interlocking member can be maintained. Can transmit vibration.
[0052]
In the invention described in claim 3, in addition to the effect of the invention described in claim 1 or 2, the converter and the interlocking member are connected via a vibration propagation member extending parallel to the vibration direction of the converter. Thus, the vibration of the converter can be efficiently transmitted to the interlocking member.
[0053]
In the invention according to claim 4, in addition to the effect of the invention according to any one of claims 1 to 3, the sensation sound device includes an interlocking member that vibrates the waist of the sensation person, and a back side portion of the knee. Since it has an interlocking member that vibrates, it can vibrate the waist part where the pelvis is oscillated and can vibrate the back side of the knee, which is sensitive to the sense of touch. An image of the whole body being efficiently vibrated by the member can be provided, and the cost of the body sensation sound apparatus can be further reduced.
[0054]
In the invention according to claim 5, in addition to the effect of the invention according to claim 4, the distance between the interlocking member that vibrates the waist and the transducer is the interlocking member that vibrates the back side portion of the knee. By setting it to be shorter than the distance to the converter, the interlocking member that vibrates the waist that requires strong vibration is vibrated strongly, and the back side of the knee is vibrated sufficiently even with weak vibration. The interlocking member can be vibrated weakly, whereby the waist of the sensation person and the back side portion of the knee can be vibrated with good balance. Further, a time difference due to vibration transmission can be generated between the vibration of the waist and the vibration of the back side portion of the knee.
[0055]
In addition, in the invention according to claim 6, in addition to the effect of the invention according to any one of claims 1 to 5, the sensation acoustic device has a seat portion, so that the sensation person is in the seat portion. In addition to being able to receive the vibration of the interlocking member in a relaxed state when seated, the seat has a cushion spring, which makes it more comfortable to sit and makes the experience more relaxed You can sit in.
[0056]
According to the seventh aspect of the present invention, in addition to the effect of the sixth aspect of the invention, the vibration propagating body is provided below the cushion spring with the interlocking member that vibrates the back side of the knee and the transducer. When the sensible person sits down, the vibration propagating body does not get in the way, and by providing an elastic body between the vibration propagating body and the cushion spring, the sensible person can sit down vigorously. Even if the cushion spring and the vibration propagating member come into contact with each other, such as sitting on the head or a heavy sensory person sitting on the seat, it will elastically generate abnormal noise and deformation of the vibration propagating member due to contact. It can be prevented by the body.
[0057]
In addition, in the invention according to claim 8, in addition to the effect of the invention according to any one of claims 1 to 7, since the backrest portion is provided, the sensible person leans against the backrest portion and is more relaxed. Can sit and receive vibration, and at least one of the converter or the interlocking member is provided on the chair via the connecting spring to prevent the vibration of the converter or the interlocking member from being transmitted to the chair Therefore, it is possible to prevent the body part of the sensory person who feels uncomfortable when receiving vibration from vibrating.
[0058]
According to the ninth aspect of the invention, in addition to the effect of the eighth aspect of the invention, by providing a sound reducing member at the connecting portion between the connecting spring and the chair, the vibration of the converter or the interlocking member is provided. It is possible to suppress the generation of the squeaking noise at the connecting portion between the generated connecting spring and the chair.
[0059]
In addition, in the invention described in claim 10, in addition to the effect of the invention described in any one of claims 1 to 9, the interlocking member is positioned closer to the sensible person side than the buttocks support or the back support. By disposing the coupling member, the interlocking member can be pressed more strongly by the sensible person, and the vibration of the linking member can be efficiently transmitted to the sensible person.
