Claims (20)
- トランスミッションシステムの一部である慣性体と、3個の回転体を具えたエピサイクリック伝動装置と、2個の入出力軸を具えたトランスミッションユニットと、少なくとも1個のクラッチとを有しており、第1の回転体は第1のノードを介して慣性体に連結され、第2、3の回転体は第2、3のノードを介して駆動源と負荷とから構成される2個の慣性体にそれぞれ連結可能であり、各回転体は第1の枝路を介してノードに連結され、該ノードは第2の枝路を介していずれかの慣性体に連結され、トランスミッションユニットは、2個の入出力軸が数個の歯車を介して相互に連結されかつ遮断可能である構成か、または連続的に可変な構成であり、第1の入出力軸は第1、2の枝路のいずれかの一部を含まない第3の枝路を介していずれかのノードに連結され、第2の入出力軸は第1、2の枝路のいずれかの一部を含まない他の第3の枝路を介して他のノードに連結され、少なくとも1個のクラッチは、いずれかの第3の枝路中でトランスミッションユニットのいずれかの入出力軸とこの入出力軸に連結されたノードとの間、および/またはいずれかの第1の枝路中でエピサイクリック伝動装置の少なくとも1個の回転体とこの回転体に連結されたノードとの間および/またはエピサイクリック伝動装置の少なくとも2個の回転体の間、に配置されていることを特徴とする負荷用のトランスミッションシステム。
- 第2の回転体が第2のノードを介して駆動源に連結されており、第3の回転体が第3のノードを介して負荷に連結されており、トランスミッションユニットが第2、3のノード間に配置されており、クラッチがトランスミッションユニットと第2のノードとの間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のトランスミッションシステム。
- 少なくとも1個のノードが軸上にあり、該軸上にはブレーキも配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のトランスミッションシステム。
- 慣性体がマシンを有しており、該マシンがモーターまたは発電器として機能可能であり、さらにマシンとエネルギーを交換できるエネルギーアキュムレーターが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかひとつに記載のトランスミッションシステム。
- 全てのクラッチが閉じておりかつ慣性体に連結されている第1の回転体の速度が全ての環境下においてゼロであるとき、トランスミッションユニットの入出力軸の速度比が他の2個の回転体の可能最低・最高伝動比間にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかひとつに記載のトランスミッションシステム。
- 全てのクラッチが閉じておりかつ慣性体に連結されている第1の回転体の速度が全ての環境下においてゼロであるとき、トランスミッションユニットの入出力軸の速度比が他の2個の回転体の可能最低・最高伝動比の中間にあることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のトランスミッションシステム。
- トランスミッションユニットがコンスタントメッシュタイプであって、シンクロメッシュを有していないことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかひとつに記載のトランスミッションシステム。
- 駆動源と請求項1〜7のいずれかひとつに記載のトランスミッションシステムを有しており、駆動源がいずれかのノードに連結されていることを特徴とする駆動ユニット。
- 駆動源が燃焼機関とそれに連結された電気モーター/発電器を有していることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の駆動ユニット。
- 駆動源の最高運動エネルギーが慣性体の最高運動エネルギーの1/5より多くかつ5倍未満であることを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載の駆動ユニット。
- 他のノードに連結されている駆動車輪と請求項7〜10のいずれかひとつに記載の駆動ユニットとを有した車両。
- 駆動源、多数の歯車を介して2個の入出力軸が互いに連結されかつ遮断可能かまたは連続的に可変であるトランスミッションユニット、および3個の回転体を具えたエピサイクリック伝動装置を有し、第1の回転体が慣性体に連結されており、トランスミッションユニットの入出力軸が駆動源とエピサイクリック伝動装置の第2の回転体とに連結されており、トランスミッションユニットの他の入出力軸が車輪とエピサイクリック伝動装置の第3の回転体に連結されており、駆動トルクを維持または増加させる方法であって、トランスミッションユニットを遮断することにより車輪の駆動トルクを維持または増加させることを特徴とする車輪駆動トルク維持・増加方法。
- 車輪の駆動トルクがトランスミッションユニットに連結されたクラッチを脱離させることにより維持または増加されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 車両のブレーキがエピサイクリック伝動装置の第1の回転体に連結され、該回転体自身は慣性体に連結され、トランスミッションユニットのシフトアップ中にブレーキが励動され、これにより駆動源から車輪への駆動トルク伝動が増加されることを特徴とする請求項12または13に記載の方法。
- 車両のブレーキがエピサイクリック伝動装置の第1の回転体に連結され、回転体自身は慣性体に連結され、全てのクラッチが閉じられて慣性体に連結された第1の回転体の速度が全ての環境についてゼロである場合に、トランスミッションユニットの入出力軸の速度比より大きな伝動比へ向けてのトランスミッションユニットのシフトダウン中にブレーキが励動されて、シフトダウンが容易となることを特徴とする請求項12、13または14に記載の方法。
- 慣性体に連結されているエピサイクリック伝動装置の第1の回転体を止めることにより、駆動源と車輪との間の追加の伝動比が得られることを特徴とする請求項12〜15のいずれかひとつに記載の方法。
- 駆動源と車輪との間の追加の伝動比がエピサイクリック伝動装置の3個の回転体のうちの2個の回転体を連結することにより得られることを特徴とする請求項12〜15のいずれかひとつに記載の方法。
- 慣性体に連結されているエピサイクリック伝動装置の第1の回転体が停止され、またはこれに代えて、3個の回転体のうちの2個の回転体が互いに連結され、これにより駆動源と車輪との間に固定伝動比が形成され、かつトランスミッションユニットが高い方の歯車に切り換えられ、トランスミッションユニットに連結されているクラッチが開かれ、爾後このクラッチを閉じて3個の回転体の全てを解放することにより、高い方の歯車に対応する駆動源と車輪との間の伝動比に伝動が向けられ、この間駆動源と車輪との間の駆動ラインが遮断されることがないことを特徴とする請求項16または17に記載の方法。
- 車両のブレーキが駆動源に連結され、慣性体が電気モーターを有しており、車両が電気モーターを用いて前後に駆動され、一方駆動源はブレーキにより停止されることを特徴とする請求項12〜18のいずれかひとつに記載の方法。
- 車両の第1のクラッチがトランスミッションユニットと駆動源との間に配置され、第2のクラッチとブレーキが第2の回転体と駆動源との間に配置され、慣性体の有するマシンがモーターまたは発電器として機能し、第2のクラッチが開かれてブレーキが解放され、爾後マシンが独立に加速され、これに続いて車両が始動可能となるか、または全負荷下でトランスミッションユニットがシフトアップされることを特徴とする請求項12〜19のいずれかひとつに記載の方法。
