Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention particularly relates to a smoke compartment installed in a building such as a warehouse including a factory.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a small room such as a break room or a meeting room, which is composed of panels, is assembled, and can be moved, is often installed in a warehouse including a factory.
However, these rooms simply constituted a small room and could not separate the inside.
For this reason, when smokers or non-smokers use it together, neither can be comfortably used. If anything, smoking areas are often limited to break rooms, so non-smokers are resting. I rarely used the room.
Therefore, the air in the room suction by the air cleaners, the air blown as air curtains in the room from a slit-shaped blow port provided on the ceiling surface, and a method for partitioning a room in smoking areas and non smoking space proposed However, since this is basically a system in which room air is circulated through an air cleaner, cigarette smoke (particles) even with a high-performance air cleaner. Alternatively, it was difficult to completely remove the odor (gas).
In particular, even if a high-performance filter was used, the smell (gas) of tobacco could not be completely removed.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the present invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide a smoke compartment in which tobacco smoke and odors are reliably removed from the room.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Therefore, in order to solve the above problems, the first means of the present invention is the ceiling surface on the back wall side of the room opposite to the entrance / exit side, and the suction port faces the substantially middle part between the left and right side walls. An exhaust unit that exhausts air to the outside, and an air conditioner that blows down into the room in the direction of the exhaust unit as conditioned air, with the air outlet facing the middle part between the left and right side walls on the ceiling surface on the entrance / exit wall side An outdoor air upper intake is formed on the upper left and right end sides of the entrance wall, and an outdoor air lower intake having a louver is formed on the lower left and right ends of the back wall opposite to the entrance side. by setting the air emissions unit about two times the amount blowoff of the air conditioner, always from the entrance side, by forming the airflow flowing through the exhaust unit side, the room entrance side non smoking space, room back side It is obtained by the smoking areas.
[0007]
【Example】
Embodiments will be described below with reference to the drawings.
1 and 2, the smoke chamber 1 has a left side wall 11 formed by connecting a plurality of panels to each other, a predetermined distance from the left side wall 11, and connecting the plurality of panels to each other. The right side wall 12 erected oppositely, the entrance / exit wall 13 formed of a plurality of panels erected between one end portions of the left and right side walls 11, 12, and the other of the left and right side walls 11, 12 It consists of a plurality of panels arranged at the upper end of the room back wall 14 formed from a plurality of panels erected between the end portions, the left and right side walls 11, 12, the entrance / exit wall 13, and the room back wall 14. A ceiling surface 15 is provided.
In the embodiment, the width of the left and right side walls 11 and 12 is 6 meters, the width of the entrance / exit wall 13 and the back wall 14 is 3 and 6 meters, and the height of the ceiling surface is 2,42 meters. Yes.
[0008]
An entrance / exit 16 having a width of about 1,2 meters and a height of about 2 meters is formed at one end of the entrance / exit wall 13, and a sliding door 17 is provided at the entrance / exit 16. The outdoor air upper intakes 2 and 2 are formed on the side. (In the embodiment, the outdoor air upper intake 2 has a width dimension of 300 millimeters and a height dimension of 100 millimeters.)
[0009]
On the other hand, outdoor air lower intakes 3 and 3 having louvers are formed on the lower left and right end sides of the back wall 14. (In the embodiment, the outdoor air lower intake 3 has a width dimension of 1000 millimeters and a height dimension of 200 millimeters.)
Further, on the ceiling surface 15 on the back wall 14 side, the central portion of the suction port 41 faces 1800 millimeters from the back wall of the room. Installed, on the ceiling surface 15 on the side opposite to the exhaust unit 4 (entrance wall 13 side), there is an air outlet 51 that faces the central part at a position of 350 mm from the entrance wall. An air conditioner 5 that blows air indoors using conditioned air is installed outside the ceiling surface 15.
The air discharge amount of the exhaust unit 4 is set to be larger than the air discharge amount of the air conditioner 5. (In the embodiment, the air discharge amount of the exhaust unit 4 is set to a maximum of 40 cubic meters per minute, and the blowout amount of the air conditioner 5 is set to a maximum of 20 cubic meters per minute.)
[0010]
That is, the exhaust amount of the exhaust unit 4 is directed from the entrance / exit wall 17 side to the room back wall 14 side by the supply of the conditioned air of the air conditioner 5 and the outdoor air from the outdoor air upper intake ports 2 and 2. By creating a horizontal air flow, the room air on the walls on the left and right walls 11 and 12 side is forcibly exhausted, and the room air on the back wall 14 side is also forced by the supply from the outdoor air lower intakes 3 and 3. Is exhausted upward.
The exhausted polluted air is discharged to a place where the air conditioner 5 and the outdoor air upper and lower intakes 2 and 3 do not affect the indoor air sucked by a duct or the like, or in a factory, a warehouse, etc. It is discharged outside the building.
[0011]
And in this embodiment, the position of 3.2 meters from the entrance / exit wall 17 is defined as a boundary line between the smoking space and the smoking space, and the central portion between the left and right side walls 11 and 12 of the boundary line is a point B
The test results when 6 cigarettes were smoked at the same time from the entrance / exit wall 17 at the center of 1,2 meters to point A and from the back wall 14 to 1,8 meters from point C were as follows. .
[0012]
The highest floating dust (smoke) value at point B is 270 seconds later, at which point B point is 0.07 mg / cubic meter, point A is 0.07 mg / cubic meter, point C is 0, It was 11 mg / cubic meter.
In the odor meter measurement, 216 after 300 seconds (the value in a state where a person who has no smoking experience does not feel the odor of cigarette is 200, and this state is defined as odor sensitivity value 1), and smoking. Two people with no experience, one who passed 3 years after quitting smoking, a total of 3 had an odor sensitivity value of 1, and a person who had no smoking experience had an odor sensitivity value of 2. (In general, the acceptable air environment is that the suspended dust concentration (smoke) is 0.15 mg / cubic meter or less at the boundary between the smoking area and non-smoking area, and the odor sensitivity value of odor (gas) is 1,5. Has been.)
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the exhaust unit is provided in a substantially middle portion between the left and right side walls on the back wall side of the room, and the air conditioner is provided in a substantially middle portion between the left and right side walls on the entrance / exit wall side. Since the discharge amount is set to approximately twice the blowout amount of the air conditioner, the inside of the room becomes a horizontal air flow from the entrance / exit wall side to the back wall side of the room, and always fresh fresh air (outdoor air) that matches the exhaust amount In addition, the non-smoking space is provided on the entrance and exit side of the room and the smoking space is provided on the back side of the room, so that the non-smoking person always comes into contact with fresh outside air, and the smell of tobacco does not particularly flow into the non-smoking space.
In addition, by providing outdoor air upper intakes on the left and right ends of the upper and lower ends of the entrance / exit wall, an air conditioner with a lower capacity than that of the exhaust unit can be used. It is inexpensive and cost effective.
Furthermore, since the outdoor air lower intake is formed on the left and right ends of the bottom of the back wall of the room , outside air is supplied upward from below in the smoking space, and the contaminated air is stagnated on the back of the room. In addition, it is possible to reduce the smell of tobacco adhering to clothes and the like.
