Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a door drive mechanism of a vehicle air conditioner. Specifically, it is applied to an air passage switching door of a vehicle air conditioner, and particularly used when two doors are driven by a structure in which two pulleys on the driving side and the driven side are pulled on both the forward and return paths. The present invention relates to a door drive mechanism of a vehicle air conditioner.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a door driving mechanism used in a vehicle air conditioner is fixed to a lever 1 provided on a control panel and a shaft 4 of an air passage opening / closing door 3 provided on an air conditioning case 2 as shown in FIG. The link lever 5 is connected via a single cable 6 and the lever 1 is reciprocally swung around the pin 1a as a fulcrum, so that the cable 6 is pushed and pulled, and the link lever 5 of the air conditioning case 2 is Is generally reciprocated to open and close the door 3.
Further, even if the panel is not a lever type but a dial type, the rotational force is converted into a linear motion by a spur gear, a rack or the like, and the drive is transmitted to one cable by pushing and pulling.
[0003]
In the door drive mechanism of the above-described single-wire type (push-pull type) vehicle air conditioner, a pushing process is required. Therefore, in consideration of cable buckling, a cable having a certain degree of rigidity and waist (for example, φ1. 2mm metal cable) is required. In addition, extreme bending cannot be performed to route this cable, and the bending radius must be at least about 200 mm.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
For the reasons described above, it has been common to design a dedicated air conditioning case, heat control panel and cable together.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional problems, and an object thereof is to realize a door drive mechanism for a vehicle air conditioner that can be used in common for each vehicle type without the need for a dedicated design for each vehicle type.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, claim 1 of the present invention provides an air conditioning case 22 that forms an air passage 23 through which air flows into a vehicle interior, and is disposed in the air conditioning case 22 to open and close the air passage 23. A door that is mounted on a vehicle air conditioner that includes an air passage opening / closing door 24 and an operation member 14 that is manually operated by an occupant, and that transmits a force for operating the operation member 14 to the air passage opening / closing door 24 to open and close the door. In the drive mechanism, the door drive mechanism is provided in the operation member 14 and is rotated by the displacement of the operation member 14, and an air conditioning case side pulley 25 connected to the air passage opening / closing door 24. The operation-side pulley 21 and the air-conditioning case-side pulley 25 are connected, and the operation-side pulley 21 is wound around the operation-side pulley 21 when the operation-side pulley 21 rotates to one side, and the empty pulley The first cable 26 that drives the passage opening / closing door 24 in the closing direction is connected to the operation side pulley 21 and the air conditioning case side pulley 25, and is wound around the operation side pulley 21 when the operation side pulley 21 rotates to the other side. And a second cable 27 that drives the air passage opening / closing door 24 in the opening direction. The design unit 10 is provided to inform the door drive mechanism of the current operation state of the occupant, and the design unit 10 is movable. In addition, the operation-side pulley 21 is attached to the movable design portion 10 .
[0007]
Further, the second aspect is characterized in that the operation side pulley 21 is provided with a moderation portion for giving a click feeling to the occupant.
[0008]
By adopting this configuration, in the vehicle air conditioner, it is not necessary to make a dedicated design for each vehicle type, and a door drive mechanism of the vehicle air conditioner that can be used in common for each vehicle type can be realized.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIGS. 1 to 3 are views showing a first embodiment of a door drive mechanism of a vehicle air conditioner according to the present invention, FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view showing a configuration viewed from the back, and FIG. 2 is a door drive mechanism. FIG. 3 is a detail view of the main part of the door drive mechanism, (a) is an exploded perspective view, and (b) is a sectional view. As shown in the block diagram of FIG. 1, the door drive mechanism of the present invention has a structure in which a member relating to a design and a core portion of the contents can be separated in order to be applicable to various vehicles.
[0010]
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, a design portion 10 relating to a design is attached to a cluster 11 attached to an instrument panel of a vehicle, a seat 12 attached to the front surface of the cluster 11, and the seat 12. It is composed of an indicator lamp 13 and an operation member 14 attached to the front surface of the cluster 11. The core portion 15 of the contents reflects the illumination and is a reflector 16 for holding the pulley base, and the occupant is rotated. Each of the cable sub-assemblies 17 and 18 (temperature control / mode / inside / outside air) for transmitting the force to the air conditioning case and a blower sub-assembly 19 for controlling the switching of the air introduction.
[0011]
The reflector 16 is provided with an operation side pulley 21 of a door drive mechanism 20 for driving a door that opens and closes an air passage of the air conditioning case. As shown in FIG. 2, the door drive mechanism 20 includes an air conditioning case side pulley 25 and an operation side pulley 21 for rotating an air passage opening / closing door 24 that opens and closes an air passage 23 of an air conditioning case 22 of the air conditioner. The first cable 26 and the second cable 27 are connected. The details of the operation side pulley 21 of this drive mechanism are shown in FIG.
[0012]
In FIG. 3, reference numeral 21 denotes an operation side pulley, and the operation side pulley 21 is rotatably supported by an operation side pulley base 28 attached to the reflector 16. Reference numeral 25 denotes an air conditioning case side pulley, and the air conditioning case side pulley 25 is rotatably supported by an air conditioning case side pulley base 29 attached to the air conditioning case (not shown). The operation side pulley 21 and the air conditioning case side pulley 25 are connected by a first cable 26 and a second cable 27, and the rotation of the operation side pulley 21 is transmitted to the air conditioning case side pulley 25. .
[0013]
Further, as shown in the enlarged view of FIG. 5B, the operation side pulley 21 is formed with a concave portion 30 serving as a moderation portion on a part of the outer periphery thereof, and the operation side pulley that supports the operation side pulley 21. The pedestal 28 is provided with a mountain-shaped click spring 31 that can be engaged with the recess 30 of the operation side pulley 21. Reference numeral 32 denotes a spring support provided on the operation pulley base 28 to support the click spring 31.
[0014]
In the present embodiment configured as described above, the first cable 26 is wound up by rotating the operation side pulley 21 in the direction of arrow A via the operation member 14 as shown in FIG. The pulley 25 can be turned to turn the air passage opening / closing door 24 in the closing direction. Also, the second cable 27 is wound up by rotating the operation side pulley 21 in the direction of arrow B via the operation member 14, thereby rotating the air conditioning case side pulley 25 to open the air passage opening / closing door 24. Can be rotated.
[0015]
According to the present embodiment, since the design portion 10 and the core portion 15 of the contents are completely separated, the degree of freedom of arrangement of both is increased, and application to each vehicle type is possible. Moreover, since the two cables connecting the two pulleys can be softened because of the configuration of pulling with two cables, the bending radius of the cable arrangement can be made smaller (R = about 40 mm) than the conventional push-pull type. Further, by providing the moderation portion on the operation side pulley 21, it is possible to give the occupant a click feeling when the operation side pulley 21 is rotated.
[0016]
FIG. 4 is a diagram showing a second embodiment of the present invention. The difference between the present embodiment and the previous embodiment is that the design portion 10 is movable. That is, since the design part 10 and the core part 15 are completely separable in the present invention, the design part 10 is supported by the hinge pin 34 on the instrument panel 33 as shown in FIG. It is possible to rotate, and the space behind the design portion 10 can be used for a container or the like. Conventionally, if this is to be realized, there is a problem that an electric drive is required and the cost is increased. In the present embodiment, the design portion 10 can be rotated. However, the design portion 10 can be directly attached to the instrument panel 33. Further, the design portion 10 can be directly attached to the cluster 11, or the operation side pulley can be directly attached. It is also possible to do.
[0017]
FIG. 5 is a diagram showing a third embodiment of the present invention. This embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the reflector 16 is formed integrally with the cluster 11. That is, since the design part 10 and the core part 15 are completely separable in the present invention, the core part 15 only needs to hold the pedestal, so the cluster 11 and the reflector 16 can be integrated, and the number of parts can be reduced. Become. Other effects are the same as those of the first embodiment.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
According to the door drive mechanism of the vehicle air conditioner of the present invention, the design portion and the core portion of the contents are completely separated, and the operation side pulley and the air conditioning case side pulley are connected by two cables. Since the case-side pulley can be driven as a pulling type, a soft cable can be used and the bending radius of the cable arrangement can be reduced, and as a result, there is no need for a dedicated design. Moreover, the space behind can be utilized by making the design part movable. Further, since the moderation portion is provided in the operation side pulley, the door can be driven only by directly driving the pulley.
