本発明は、スナック菓子類、チョコレート、ケーキ菓子等の壊れやすく、しかもバラで収納される包装袋に関し、詳しくは開封時に内容物を破損させずに、かつ開口部を大きく開けることが可能で、内容物が取り出し易い開封容易な包装体に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来より、スナック菓子類やチョコレート、或いはケーキ状の菓子等の壊れやすい内容物をバラで収納する包装袋や、この包装袋と外箱の組合せによる包装体がよく知られている。
例えば、図４（Ａ）に示すような、ピロー袋が知られており、その開封は天地のシール部ｔ，ｔ又は背シールｈを左右に引っ張るように開封するもの、或いは図４（Ｂ）に示すように、シール部ｔにノッチｎを設けこの部分から切り裂き開封するようにしたものがある。
また、図５に示すように、外箱３０に入ったアルミニウム蒸着フィルム等による内袋３３を背シールのノッチｎから開封するようにしたものがある。
さらには、図示はしないが、ピロー袋の包装材料の表面に全面傷加工を施し、任意の箇所から開封することができるようにした包装体が知られている。

しかしながら、前述したピロー袋等の包装袋の場合には、流通過程、或いは開封時に袋を押さえることになり内容物が壊れやすい。また、外箱入りの場合、外箱の開封とともに内袋の開封が必要となり、内容物の取り出しが複雑となり、しかも製造コストが高くなる。さらに任意の箇所から開封可能とした包装体の場合には、開封口が様々な形状となり、開封口の形状により内容物の取り出しが不便となる場合があり、さらに開封時の押圧により内容物が壊れるといった問題があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
そこで本発明は、上記問題に鑑みなされたもので、その目的とするところは、内容物を保護することができ、しかも弱い力でも容易に開封することができる包装体であって、その際、内容物を壊すことがなく、かつ開封口を大きくし内容物の取り出しが容易となる開封容易な包装体を提供することにある。

また開封性は、台紙のシーラントにイージーピールフィルムを使用しているので容易に開封することができ、また横一軸高密度ポリエチレンフィルムが積層されているので、包装材の引き裂きも子供の弱い力で簡単に行える。
さらにガラス蒸着フィルムを使用した包装材料によりバリヤ性を保持することが容易となる。
