従来より、スナック菓子、インスタント食品などは、紙を主体とした種々な形の密封性のある紙容器に充填され、市場に流通されて消費に供されている。その中には、カップ形、円筒形などの形状もあり、それらの開封方法は、紙容器の胴部の周方向に帯状の開封部を設けたものが使われている。具体的には、紙容器の胴部の表面層である紙の層に切れ込み線を入れて、一定方向へ切れ易くしているか、あるいは紙容器の胴部の内周面の帯状の開封部に帯状のプラスチックフィルムを貼着し、帯状の開封部を補強し、一定幅で開封し易くしている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、上記のような課題を解決すべく検討した結果、紙基材を主体とする胴部と、底部と、蓋部とを備える紙容器であって、前記胴部が紙の層の内側にガスバリア性などの密封性を有する層、一軸延伸されたプラスチックフィルム層、熱シール性を有する層をこの順で積層されてなり、ブランクの状態で、前記胴部の紙の層に２条の切れ込み線を前記一軸延伸されたプラスチックフィルム層の延伸方向と平行に直線状に設け、前記容器の前記胴部に周状に帯状の開封部を形成してあることを特徴とする易開封性紙容器である。本発明によれば、ガスバリア性などの密封性があり、一軸延伸されたプラスチックフィルム層が延伸方向に破断されやすいことと、この延伸方向に合わせて胴部のうちで破断しにくい紙の層に２条の切れ込み線をあらかじめ設けておくことにより、紙の目の方向に関わらずに、胴部は２条の切れ込み線に沿って容易にかつ綺麗に破断される。

【発明の実施の形態】
上記の本発明について、図面を参照して以下に詳しく説明する。図１乃至図６は、本発明による易開封性紙容器を示す図である。
