[Technical field to which the invention belongs]
The present invention relates to a combustor having a burner that reduces NOx in combustion exhaust gas by recirculating part of the combustion exhaust gas as combustion primary air or combustion secondary air.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, reduction of harmful substances generated during combustion has become an important issue, and in particular, there has been an increasing demand for reduction of NOx. For this reason, various methods are considered as a method for reducing NOx, and the exhaust gas recirculation combustion method, which is one of them, has a great NOx reduction effect. This exhaust gas recirculation system is a system that literally recirculates part of the exhaust gas generated during combustion as combustion air, and by introducing CO2 that is an inert component contained in the combustion exhaust gas into the combustion region, In addition to lowering the oxygen concentration in the combustion air, CO2 reduces the generation of NOx by utilizing the fact that the temperature rise is suppressed and the combustion temperature is lowered because the heat capacity is large.
[0003]
In addition, the exhaust gas recirculation method is roughly divided into two methods. One is a forced recirculation method in which suction means such as a blower is provided to suck and exhaust the combustion exhaust gas (for example, Patent Document 1). ), And the other is a self-recirculation method (for example, Patent Document 2) that promotes recirculation of combustion exhaust gas by the jet power generated when the combustion flame is ejected. At present, the latter self-recirculation method is more mainstream. It has become.

[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the self-recirculation method using the combustion flame injection power can be realized only in a high pressure fuel injection type combustor such as a pressure spray type, and even if applied to a general premixing type combustor. It cannot be effectively recirculated. Therefore, in the premixing type combustor, it is still necessary to provide some suction means.
[0006]
However, the provision of the suction means adds parts, leading to an increase in cost and an increase in the size of the apparatus. In addition, since the recirculated flue gas is at a very high temperature, the durability of the suction means that comes into contact with the flue gas and the surrounding parts is also a problem. Therefore, it has been desired to develop a self-recirculation burner applicable to premixed combustion.
[0007]
An object of the present invention is to provide a low-NOx combustor that enables recirculation of combustion exhaust gas without providing suction means in a premixed combustor.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention according to
[0009]
That is, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the pressure in the combustion chamber increases due to combustion, and the pressure at the inlet of the premixing chamber decreases as the fuel gas is injected into the premixing chamber. A pressure difference occurs between them. Part of the flue gas discharged into the combustion chamber due to this pressure difference flows into the exhaust gas intake, and the exhaust gas that has flowed into the exhaust gas intake is drawn into the premixing chamber through the duct. Even if not, self-recirculation of combustion exhaust gas becomes possible. Since high-temperature combustion exhaust gas flows into the duct, the premixing chamber is surrounded by the duct so that the premixing chamber is kept warm by the combustion exhaust gas, and the duct shuts off the sound of the vaporized gas. It is possible to reduce the squirting sound that leaks.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the combustion chamber and the premixing chamber produced by combustion are provided by providing the burner box with the exhaust gas inlet and communicating the exhaust gas inlet with the premixing chamber via the duct. A recirculation passage is formed using the pressure difference of the gas, and a part of the combustion exhaust gas in the combustion chamber flows into the premixing chamber as primary air for combustion through this recirculation path. Even if no suction means is provided, the combustion exhaust gas can be self-recirculated. Since high-temperature combustion exhaust gas flows into the duct, the premixing chamber is kept warm by the combustion exhaust gas by surrounding the premixing chamber with the duct. Furthermore, since the duct blocks the sound of the vaporized gas, the sound that leaks to the outside of the combustor can be reduced.
