【0045】

Rs=R0(1+α・Ts) ………式(2)
Rs/R=(1+α・Ts)/(1+α・Tcoil) ………
【0046】

T4=(T3−T5)/Ktemp=(T3ーKdn・ΔN)/Ktemp
【0061】
T3=Ktemp・T4+Kdn・ΔN ………式(9)
【0072】

The present invention relates to a driving force transmission control device, a program, and a recording medium, and more specifically, a driving force transmission control device applied to a transmission, a transfer, a differential, etc., and a computer system functioning to realize the driving force transmission control device And a computer-readable recording medium on which the program is recorded.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, various driving force transmission devices applied to vehicle transmissions, transfers, differentials, and the like have been proposed.
As an example of this type of driving force transmission device, the present applicant also discloses a first rotating member and a second rotating member which are disposed so as to be relatively rotatable, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-231861, and A clutch mechanism that controls torque transmission between the first rotating member and the second rotating member, an electromagnet that controls the operation of the clutch mechanism, oil that retains the function of the clutch mechanism, and the clutch mechanism and oil are stored A driving force transmission device is proposed that includes an isolation mechanism that forms an oil chamber by liquid-tightly separating the space from the surrounding space.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the driving force transmission device described in the publication, the relationship between the energization current (excitation current) to the electromagnetic coil constituting the electromagnet and the torque transmission between the first rotating member and the second rotating member is the viscosity resistance of the oil. Affected by. The viscosity resistance of the oil is affected by the temperature change of the oil, and the viscosity resistance increases as the temperature decreases. The temperature of the oil is substantially correlated with the surface temperature of the driving force transmission device.
[0004]
Therefore, the present applicant measures the surface temperature of the driving force transmission device or the ambient temperature around the driving force transmission device using a temperature sensor, and based on the measured temperature, the relationship between the energization current and torque transmission is determined. A method of obtaining an optimum torque transmission by correcting the value was considered. However, this method has a problem that the cost related to the design and manufacture of the driving force transmission device is increased by the cost of components required for the temperature sensor.
[0005]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and has the following objects.
(1) Provided is a low-cost driving force transmission control device capable of obtaining optimum torque transmission according to the temperature change of oil that retains the function of the clutch mechanism.
(2) A program for causing a computer system to function so as to realize the driving force transmission control device of (1) above is provided.
(3) Provided is a computer-readable recording medium on which the program (2) is recorded.

FIG. 9 shows the differential rotational speed ΔN andCoupling oil temperature correlation valueIt is the graph which calculated | required experimentally the relationship (Temperature dependence characteristic of the drag torque T5) of Tcoup and the drag torque T5.
As shown in FIG.Coupling oil temperature correlation valueIn Tcoup, the drag torque T5 is almost directly proportional to the differential rotational speed ΔN. From this direct proportional relationship, a correction coefficient Kdn as shown in FIG. 8 is obtained, and the drag torque T5 becomes a value (Kdn · ΔN) obtained by multiplying the differential rotation speed ΔN by the correction coefficient Kdn.
[0063]
FIG. 10 shows the current I and the current I at a predetermined differential rotational speed ΔN that is neither large nor small.Coupling oil temperature correlation valueIt is the graph which calculated | required experimentally the relationship (Temperature dependence characteristic of the transmission torque command value T3) between Tcoup and the transmission torque command value T3.
Incidentally, the drag torque T5 (= Kdn · ΔN) is not added to the transmission torque command value T3 calculated in the process of S8 shown in FIG. Therefore, in order to obtain the transmission torque correction command value T4, the first correction torque T6 (= T3-T5) obtained by subtracting the drag torque T5 (= Kdn · ΔN) from the transmission torque command value T3,Coupling oil temperature correlation valueIt is necessary to correct (temperature correction) based on Tcup.
[0064]
FIG. 11 shows the current I and the current I at a predetermined differential rotational speed ΔN that is not the same as FIG.Coupling oil temperature correlation valueIt is the graph which calculated | required experimentally the relationship (Temperature dependence characteristic of 1st correction torque T6) of Tcoup and 1st correction torque T6.
As shown in FIG. 11, at any energization current I, the first correction torque T6 andCoupling oil temperature correlation valueAn almost linear (linear) relationship is recognized with Tcoup. A correction coefficient Ktemp as shown in FIG. 7 is obtained from this almost linear function (linear) relationship, and the transmission torque correction command value T4 is a value obtained by dividing the first correction torque T6 by the correction coefficient Ktemp (T6 / Ktemp). = (T3-T5) / Ktemp), that is, the value shown in Expression (8).

[Operations and effects of the embodiment]

By the way, a temperature sensor for measuring the ambient temperature T∞ around the driving
However, this method requires a temperature sensor for measuring the ambient temperature T∞, and therefore, the cost related to design / manufacturing increases by the part cost required for the temperature sensor, compared to the present embodiment.

Therefore, according to the present embodiment, it is possible to reduce the component cost required for the temperature sensor as compared with the case where the temperature sensor that measures the temperature Tcoil is used, and the driving force transmission device for attaching the temperature sensor. The correction coefficient Kdn isCoupling oil temperature correlation valueThis is a coefficient for correcting the relationship (ΔN-T3 characteristic) between the differential rotational speed ΔN and the transmission torque command value T3 based on Tcoup.

Here, the relationship (IT3 characteristic) between the current I applied to the electromagnetic coil 13a of the
Therefore, in the present embodiment, this I-T3 characteristic is corrected by the correction coefficient Ktemp, so that the transmission torque correction command value T4 is a value corresponding to the change in the viscous resistance due to the temperature change of the coupling oil.
Therefore, according to the present embodiment, it is possible to obtain the transmission torque correction command value T4 obtained by correcting the transmission torque command value T3 in accordance with the change in the viscous resistance due to the temperature change of the coupling oil. Based on the command value T4, it is possible to optimally control the duty of the current I to the electromagnetic coil 13a of the
[0074]
[5] In the above [4], when the viscous resistance of the coupling oil is large, a viscous resistance is generated between the
This drag torque changes under the influence of the differential rotational speed ΔN, which is the difference in rotational speed between the outer case 10a and the
Therefore, in the present embodiment, the multiplication value of the differential rotational speed ΔN and the correction coefficient Kdn is used as the drag torque T5, and this ΔN-T3 characteristic is corrected by the correction coefficient Kdn, whereby the drag torque T5 (= Kdn · ΔN). Is a value corresponding to the change in viscous resistance due to the temperature change of the coupling oil.
[0075]
[6] In the above [5], when the transmission torque command value T3 is equal to or larger than the drag torque T5 (S48: Yes), the drag torque T5 (= Kdn · ΔN) is subtracted from the transfer torque command value T3 to correct the transfer torque. The command value T4 is obtained (S50).
Therefore, according to the present embodiment, it is possible to prevent the transmission torque correction command value T4 from unnecessarily increasing due to the drag torque T5, and to obtain the optimum transmission torque correction command value T4. Based on the correction command value T4, the duty current I can be optimally controlled for the current I to the electromagnetic coil 13a of the
Since the drag torque T5 (= Kdn · ΔN) is set to a value corresponding to the change of the viscous resistance due to the temperature change of the coupling oil, the optimum transmission torque is obtained particularly at a low temperature when the viscosity resistance of the coupling oil is large. A correction command value T4 can be obtained. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the transmission torque correction command value T4 from increasing unnecessarily at a low temperature and causing the drive
[7] In the above [5], when the transmission torque command value T3 is smaller than the drag torque T5 (S48: No), the transmission torque correction command value T4 is set to zero (S52). Therefore, the current I to the electromagnetic coil 13a of the
