Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a hot blast furnace repair work method.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a conventional hot blast furnace repair technique for a blast furnace, for example, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 57-2390, when replacing a checker brick of a coke oven heat storage chamber, the lower portion of the front wall of the end heat storage chamber and the front The lower part of the end heat storage chamber partition wall in contact with the wall is disassembled, a checker brick take-out entrance is formed in the lower part of the end heat storage chamber, and when the checker brick is taken out, it is heated to a high temperature in an atmosphere of about 900 ° C. In addition to preventing rapid cooling of the furnace wall refractory material at the top of the end heat storage chamber, the work environment has been improved, and in order to complete the replacement in a short time, the worker has not entered the high temperature end heat storage chamber, and the above is performed from outside the furnace. There is a method for replacing a checker brick in a coke oven end thermal storage chamber that takes out and charges through the take-out inlet.
[0003]
In addition, when repairing a refractory brick in a hot blast furnace for a blast furnace as disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 58-130207, the repaired portion and the combustion chamber are shut off by a partition plate from the outside to cool the repaired portion. Thus, there is a method of repairing other parts without cooling. The horizontal pipe between the mixing chamber and the combustion chamber of the external combustion type hot stove and the horizontal pipe as much as possible in order to restore the function of the hot stove in a short time when the refractory in the expansion tube is melted and repaired. Insert a plurality of partition plates, which are provided with a small opening, heat-treated with refractory, and inserted through the opening, and this partition plate completely blocks the hot combustion chamber and the refractory bricks from being damaged. Repairing damaged bricks while cooling the part with cold air. Since the combustion chamber of the hot-blast furnace is maintained at a high temperature, immediately after repairing the refractory bricks, the operation of generating hot air inherent to the hot-blast furnace can be started immediately, and repair of the damaged brick can be easily performed while reducing the operating rate of the hot-blast furnace. This is a repair method.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The prior art described above has the following problems.
(B) Temporary equipment such as backstays, jacks, and lifting brackets are required. However, when repairing a hot stove furnace, if the combustion chamber is hollow, or if there is a hollow part due to the partial collapse of the checker brick or the collapse of the structure, it is unstable and the worker Can not be placed in the furnace, it is impossible to install the temporary equipment.
(B) In addition, it is possible to dig deeply into checker bricks that are not restrained at all, or to perform repair work at the depressions. Therefore, some measures are necessary.
(C) Furthermore, the hot blast furnace, especially the combustion chamber, is circular or elliptical in plan, and the bricks wound around the joint between the combustion chamber and the hot air outlet have a complex and easily collapsed structure. There was a problem that it was extremely difficult to support the inside of the furnace and to attach the stay.
[0005]
The present invention has been made for the purpose of solving the problem (c) .
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention relates to a method for repairing a hot air outlet mouth wound brick after pausing and cooling the hot air furnace, partially decomposing the main wall brick at the upper part of the hot air outlet mouth wound portion, and opening the furnace shell from the outside of the dismantled portion. and holes, by inserting the wall support mold steel for supporting the present wall bricks the open hole to support the present wall bricks, this wall brick by implanting wedges in the cracked portion generated in the present wall brick stable Then, the above-mentioned problems were solved by a hot air furnace repair work method characterized by repairing the hot air outlet opening brick.
[0009]
[Action]
In the construction method of repairing the interior of the hot stove after stopping and cooling the hot stove, a working scaffold with a high level of safety and workability can be applied to the damaged cavity in the storage chamber of the hot stove and the damaged cavity in the combustion chamber. It is difficult to temporarily set up. The checker bricks in the heat storage chamber do not use mortar or other bonding material, and are not specially constrained, so if a depression occurs for any reason, the remaining checker brick easily collapses and falls into the depression In addition, the remaining bricks on the upper part of the partition wall damaged by joint cuts, cracks, deformation, etc. easily collapse into the depressed part and fall into an extremely unstable state. It is extremely difficult to enter or work in the furnace.
[0010]
On the other hand, for the combustion chamber, residual bricks at the upper part of the partition wall and residual bricks from the hot air outlet mouth bricks that are damaged due to joint cracks, cracks, and deformations, etc., are extremely inconsequential because they easily collapse and fall to the lower part of the combustion chamber. Since it is in a stable state, it is extremely difficult to enter or work in the furnace from the upper manhole, hot air outlet, lower manhole, and other parts.
[0012]
Moreover, it is extremely difficult to dismantle the brick at the hot air outlet opening part due to the fall or slipping of the upper part of the hot air outlet opening brick and the main wall brick damaged due to joint breakage or cracking.
[0013]
However, according to the method of the present invention, the furnace shell of the hot stove is partially opened from the outside, and a support for preventing the collapse of the structure such as falling or sliding of the lining refractory brick is temporarily installed in the opening. As a result, a complex and easily collapsed structure such as a joint-wrapped brick between the combustion chamber and the hot air outlet can be safely repaired without adversely affecting the lining brick structure.
[0019]
【Example】
Hereinafter, embodiments in which the present invention is applied to a large-sized hot stove will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view for explanation before repair in the hot stove repair method.
FIG. 2 shows a front view of the wall support structure viewed from the inside of the furnace at the time of repairing the hot air outlet opening in the combustion chamber. 3 is a state diagram of a furnace shell opening as seen from the outside of the furnace before attaching the wall support structure of FIG. 2, FIG. 4 is a sectional view taken along the line CC of FIG. 3, and FIG. A detailed front view from the outside of the furnace is sometimes shown.
In FIG. 2, since the original monolithic structure is divided into blocks by the main wall brick cracks 17 and the inter-layer gaps 26 of the lining brick during use, When dismantled, it easily falls and collapses. In order to prevent this fall and collapse, an opening 20 is provided in the furnace shell 3 of the hot blast furnace body, and a wall-supporting I-shaped steel 21 is inserted into the furnace shell 3 from the outside of the furnace, and an upper heat insulating board 23, heat insulating brick 24, The refractory brick 25 and the main wall brick 19 are supported. Here, the reinforcing H-shaped steel 22 and the wedge 18 are reinforcements for further stabilizing the structure.
In this embodiment, the above-mentioned wall support structures are temporarily installed at five positions at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the furnace shell. The main wall bricks 19 and the like are stepped in combination with each other, and the hot air outlet opening winding part repair part is circular, so that the five wall support structures are arranged at the end side (lower side) as shown in the figure. ) From the beginning. At this time, the dismantling of the main wall brick is limited to only the part where the wall support structure is temporarily installed to prevent the brick from falling and collapsing. The temporary procedure of the wall support structure is as follows. After the partial decomposition of the main wall brick, the furnace shell 3 is opened from the outside of the furnace by a boring machine, and the I-type steel 21 for wall support is inserted into the furnace shell from the outside of the furnace. After welding to 3, a reinforced H-shaped steel 22 is welded, and a wedge 18 is driven from the inside of the furnace. Thereafter, this procedure is repeated at the other four locations. The driving of the wedge 18 into the main wall brick crack 17 is performed prior to the repair work. When newly built furnace present wall brick after dismantling it will remove the respective support structure in accordance with the order brickwork from the end side (lower side) of the wall support structure 5 places. The removal procedure includes removing the wedge 18, removing the wall-supporting I-shaped steel 21, removing the reinforced H-shaped steel 22, restoring welding of the furnace shell 3, insulating board 23, insulating brick 24, refractory brick 25, and main wall brick 19. Pile up. Repeat this procedure for the other four locations.
[0021]
By the above repair work method, the following effects can be obtained by partially dismantling and repairing hot-air outlet-wrapped bricks in a short period of time.
By the thermal wind outlet port winding portion repairing the walls all repairs above the bricks, the reduction of labor saving, shortening the construction period of 18 days, and 800 tons of refractory material 2,070 Engineering (3 groups min) .
[0024]
[ Effect of the invention ]
As a result, the hot air furnace having a circular or elliptical shape in plan view, particularly the brick at the joint between the combustion chamber and the hot air outlet, such as a combustion chamber, has a complex and easily collapsed structure. Even when it is extremely difficult to support the lining brick from the inside of the furnace or to install a stay, etc., the furnace shell of the hot air furnace is partially opened from the outside, and the refractory brick falls or slides down into this opening. Repair work can be easily performed by temporarily providing a support for preventing the above.
