Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a survey system for a tunnel machine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Tunnel excavators (shield excavators, tunnel boring machines, etc.) are reactive against existing segments (tunnel walls) that are assembled behind the excavator body while the face is excavated by the cutter provided at the front of the excavator body. The tunnel machine body is moved forward and the tunnel is built by excavating the natural ground. In recent years, in tunnel construction using such a tunnel excavator, there has been an increasing demand for laying a tunnel accurately along a planned line.
[0003]
And in order to achieve this, it is necessary to grasp | ascertain the position of the face center of the excavation part of the tunnel excavation machine excavating a natural ground correctly. Therefore, conventionally, surveying equipment (transit, etc.) is installed at the bottom of the tunnel behind the excavator body, and a plurality of survey points attached to the excavator body are surveyed from the surveying equipment, By measuring the included angle, the attitude of the excavator body, the distance from the surveying instrument (reference position), and the like were measured.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above system, the surveying instrument was installed at the bottom of the tunnel, so the excavator body was removed from the tunnel bottom once before the excavator body excavated and moved beyond the effective collimation distance of the surveying instrument. Re-installation work is required to install again closer to the side. In particular, in sharply curved tunnel construction, it is easy to become a blind spot, so it is necessary to perform replacement work frequently.
[0005]
Such replacement of surveying instruments requires a heavy surveying instrument to be accurately re-installed, resulting in a heavy work load and a cause for a decrease in surveying accuracy. In particular, when the tunnel diameter is small, the surveyor has to perform replacement work of heavy surveying equipment in a narrow tunnel space, which is a painful work.
[0006]
In addition, it takes a lot of labor and time for a surveyor to enter the mine every time the position of the main body of the excavator is surveyed, and to level and collate the surveying instrument each time. In particular, when the tunnel diameter is small, a surveyor must operate a surveying instrument in a narrow tunnel space to perform surveying work, which is a painful work.
[0007]
In addition, the surveying equipment installed in the tunnel may interfere with the operation of the Zuritro and subsequent carriages. This possibility is particularly high when the tunnel diameter is small. In this case, after surveying the position of the excavator body, it is necessary to remove the surveying instrument to ensure the operation of the carriage and to install it again when surveying.
[0008]
An object of the present invention, which was created in view of the above circumstances, is to provide a survey system for a tunnel excavator that can easily measure the position of the face center of the excavation part of the excavator.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a surveying instrument provided inside a tunnel excavator for measuring the included angle between the survey points and the distance to the survey point, and a plurality of survey instruments on the inner wall of the tunnel behind the excavator. And a well-known in-hole station with a known position relative to a reference position set on the ground, etc., and an in-machine station located inside the excavator and known with respect to the center of the face of the excavation part. A tunnel excavator that measures the position of the surveying instrument relative to the position of the surveying point, measures the position of the in-flight survey point relative to the position of the surveying instrument, and identifies the position of the center of the face based on the position of the in-flight survey point A surveying system, wherein a suspension frame is suspended via a universal joint on a fixed frame provided in a tunnel machine body in the tunnel excavator, and the fixed frame is fixed when tightened on the universal joint. A lock bolt is provided to fix the angle of the suspension frame relative to the fixed frame and to allow the angle of the suspension frame relative to the fixed frame when loosened. An automatic leveling table having a function of horizontally holding is mounted, and a surveying instrument equipped with a CCD camera for confirming each of the above-mentioned measuring points is mounted on the automatic leveling table. A state in which the attitude change of the main body of the excavator is within the movable range of the automatic leveling table, a state in which it is tightened, a state in which it is loosened when the movable range is exceeded, and a state in which the suspension frame is substantially vertical due to gravity It will be tightened again.
[0010]
Further, the fixed frame is provided on a ceiling portion in a shield frame as the main body of the excavator, and the suspension frame suspended from the fixed frame via a universal joint is laid on a bottom portion in the tunnel. It is preferable that the vehicle is suspended so as to be separated from the cart so as not to hinder the operation of the Zuritro cart and the following cart traveling on the rails.
