Abstract
Description
【0001】

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a surveying method in a tunnel hole capable of performing surveying in a tunnel hole while increasing the efficiency of surveying work without changing a total station, including a case where a tunnel hole is formed by bending. And to provide a tunnel bore surveying system.

[0010]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the position of the reflection target disposed on the inner wall surface of the tunnel hole is detected by the total station. The position and orientation of the excavator are detected by the total station using the reflection target whose position has been detected and the inner space displacement has converged as a reference point. Then, the survey in the tunnel hole is performed by the total station mounted on the excavator whose position and orientation have been detected. That is, surveying in the tunnel hole and detection of the position and orientation of the excavator can be performed without changing the total station.
[0011]
At this time, even when the tunnel hole is formed by bending, the reflection target is arranged at a predetermined position on the inner wall surface of the tunnel hole at the bent portion, that is, at a position where the reflection target can be linearly connected to the excavator in the tunnel hole. By detecting the position of the disposed reflection target, the position and orientation of the excavator can be detected using the reflection target whose position has been detected and the inner space displacement has converged as a reference point. That is, even when the tunnel hole is bent, the surveying and the detection of the position and orientation of the excavator in the tunnel hole can be performed without changing the total station by changing the reference points.
[0012]
From the above, the surveying in the tunnel hole and the detection of the position and orientation of the excavator, which have been performed by the total station which has been rearranged to different positions in the conventional general, including the case where the tunnel hole is bent, , Without changing the total station. Therefore, it is possible to greatly improve the efficiency of the surveying work and reduce the number of workers compared to the related art.
[0013]
By detecting the position and orientation of the excavator, the position and orientation data can be used, for example, when setting the working radius of the drill lifter of a drill jumbo as an excavator. By calculating such data one by one using a computer, the excavator can be controlled remotely or the excavator can automatically excavate.
[0014]
The surveying step includes a step of detecting the inner space displacement of the reflection target whose position is detected and the inner space displacement is not converged by the total station, a step of detecting the shape of the face face by the total station, and the like.
[0015]
The detection of the position and orientation of the excavator is performed using the reflection target whose position has been detected and the inner space displacement has converged as a reference point, as described above. Therefore, the position accuracy of the reflection target is important. As a method of detecting the position of the reflection target, for example, a method of directly detecting from a preset reference point, or first, a position of a reflection target other than the reflection target whose position is to be detected is detected from the preset reference point. Then, there is a method of detecting based on the position of the reflection target. When the position of the reflection target is detected by the latter of the two methods described above, the position of the reflection target is detected based on the reference point initially set for each predetermined period in order to ensure accuracy. It is desirable to make corrections.
[0016]
The total station is a device that can measure a distance and an angle to an object using light waves, and is a well-known technique. Devices having various functions have been developed, such as a device having a function of irradiating a laser beam on a target object, a device having a function of automatically tracking a symmetric object, and a device having an autofocus function. I have. The total station may be operated by an operator at the installation position, or may be remotely operated using a CCD camera, a wireless device, or the like. It can also be operated from.
[0017]
The reflection target includes a reflection prism formed of glass or the like, in addition to a reflection target having a thin reflection sheet attached to the surface of the substrate.
[0018]
According to a second aspect of the invention, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, for example, in the tunnel surveying method according to the first aspect,
The surveying step is characterized by including an inner space displacement detecting step of detecting the inner space displacement of the
[0019]
According to the invention described in claim 2, in the surveying step, the total station detects the inner space displacement of the reflection target whose position has been detected and the inner space displacement has not converged. Accordingly, it is possible to determine whether only the top of the inner wall surface of the tunnel hole has settled or whether the entire tunnel hole has settled, and this determination result can be used as reference data for the next excavation work. That is, for example, in the next excavation work, it can be used as reference data such as how much extra digging is set.
[0020]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided a tunnel surveying method according to the first or second aspect, for example, as shown in FIGS.
The surveying step is characterized in that the
[0021]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, in the surveying step, a distance from the face is detected. This allows the total station to know the excavation distance. Further, the shape of the face is obtained by detecting the distance to a large number of points on the face, and can be used as, for example, reference data for installing a charge.
[0022]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a tunnel surveying method according to any one of the first to third aspects, as shown in FIG.
At least one of the reflection target position detection step, the excavator position / posture detection step, and the surveying step is performed by remote control.
[0023]
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, at least one of the reflection target position detection step, the excavator position / posture detection step, and the surveying step is performed by remote control, so that excavation work is made more efficient and work is performed. The number of personnel can be further reduced.
[0024]
As a method of performing remote control, for example, a monitoring device capable of monitoring the excavating operation by the excavator and the surveying operation by the total station, for example, a CCD camera is mounted on the excavator, and the excavator and the total station are wirelessly connected. It is sufficient if it is configured to be operable. Thus, the operator can perform excavation by the excavator and surveying by the total station by remote control from a site office provided outside the tunnel hole, for example.

Then, the survey in the tunnel hole can be performed by the total station mounted on the excavator whose position and orientation have been detected. That is, surveying in the tunnel hole and detection of the position and orientation of the excavator can be performed without changing the total station.
[0027]
At this time, even when the tunnel hole is formed by bending, the reflection target is arranged at a predetermined position on the inner wall surface of the tunnel hole at the bent portion, that is, at a position where the reflection target can be linearly connected to the excavator in the tunnel hole. By detecting the position of the disposed reflection target, the position and orientation of the excavator can be detected using the reflection target whose position has been detected and the inner space displacement has converged as a reference point. 【The invention's effect】
According to the first and fifth aspects of the present invention, the position of the reflection target disposed on the inner wall surface of the tunnel hole is detected by the total station. Further, the position and orientation of the excavator are detected by the total station using the reflection target whose position has been detected and the inner space displacement converged as a reference point. Then, the survey in the tunnel hole is performed by the total station mounted on the excavator whose position and orientation have been detected. That is, surveying in the tunnel hole and detection of the position and orientation of the excavator can be performed without changing the total station.
[0070]
[0071]
From the above, the surveying in the tunnel hole and the detection of the position and orientation of the excavator, which have been performed by the total station which has been rearranged to different positions in the conventional general, including the case where the tunnel hole is bent, , Without changing the total station. Therefore, it is possible to greatly improve the efficiency of the surveying work and reduce the number of workers compared to the related art.
[0072]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, in the surveying step, the total station detects the inner space displacement of the reflection target whose position has been detected and the inner space displacement has not converged.
[0073]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, in the surveying step, the distance to the face is detected. This allows the total station to know the excavation distance. Further, the shape of the face is obtained by detecting the distance to a large number of points on the face, and can be used as, for example, reference data for installing a charge.
[0074]
According to the fourth and sixth aspects of the present invention, at least one of the excavating operation by the excavator and the surveying operation by the total station is performed by remote control, so that the excavating operation is made more efficient and the number of workers is reduced. Can be further achieved.
[0075]
According to the invention described in claim 7, the total station can automatically track the reflection target, so that the surveying speed by the total station can be improved, and the efficiency of excavation work and the number of workers can be further reduced.
[0076]
According to the invention as set forth in claim 8, since the total station mounted on the gantry is automatically held horizontally, distance measurement by the total station is performed with high accuracy and efficiency, and the efficiency of excavation work is improved. The number of workers can be further reduced.
