Frapid = Rw+ Rv+ Ra …(1)
Frapid:
Rsoil:
Frapid =Rw+Rv+Ra …(2)
Frapid =Rsoil+ Ra…(2)´
Frapid :
Rsoil:

Rv = C・v …(3)
C= {Rsoil(max)−Rw(max)}/v …(4)
【0099】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a ground anchor loading test method and apparatus used for stabilization of a slope, rock fall protection, and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Ground anchors are widely used for the purpose of stabilizing the ground and bedrock in slopes associated with natural ground and various civil engineering works, or tunnels. The ground anchor is inserted into a hole previously drilled in the ground or rock by convenient means such as a drilling machine, and solidified by injecting cement filler, grout, etc. into the gap By doing so, it is intended to be integrated with the surrounding ground. The construction of ground anchors is designed on the assumption that the required fixing force is expressed when the filler for fixing is filled in the hole in a solid state without any gaps. As a confirmation method, after the filling operation is completed, when the fixing filler reaches a predetermined strength, the anchor fixing force is evaluated by performing a quality assurance test on a part of a large number of anchors. is doing.
[0003]
Conventionally, the anchor fixing force confirmation test has been conducted with a jack (a center hole type hydraulic jack) having a structure in which an exposed anchor head or its extension member can be inserted into the central portion, and a jack for placing the jack in a fixed position. A static loading test method is used in which a load measuring device such as a load cell is combined with a support base (ram chair) and a predetermined load (tensile force) is applied to the anchor from the outside (for example, non-loading) Patent Document 1).
[0004]
On the other hand, the pile loading test method includes a dynamic loading test (impact loading) that momentarily gives a large impact to the pile head, along with a static loading test that continuously applies a load in the direction of pile compression by a reaction force device. Test, rapid loading test). Among the latter dynamic loading tests, the rapid loading test is superior to the static loading test in terms of quickness and economy, and a typical example is the STATNAMIC TEST. Here, the stunamic test is a rapid loading test in which the combustion agent is explosively burned in the piston installed on the pile head, the reaction mass is launched with the generated gas pressure, and the reaction force resulting from this is loaded. . The advantages of this rapid loading test are that the test time required for one pile is shorter than that of the static loading test, no equipment such as reaction force piles or reaction beams are required, and the loading time is shorter than the impact loading test. Is about 10 times as long, so that a behavior close to that of a static load can be obtained, and the static bearing capacity of the pile can be easily estimated nondestructively.

[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the static loading test of the ground anchor, the length of the test time, the complexity of the test method, and the increase in the construction cost associated therewith are problems. For this reason, among the static loading tests of ground anchors, the number of anchors that perform the repeated loading method that allows accurate performance to be grasped is 3 or more of the total number of anchors and 5% or more of the total number of other anchors. Is a simple one-cycle test. Therefore, there is a problem that an accurate performance test of all anchors is not performed.
[0007]
On the other hand, the rapid loading test for piles is faster and more economical than the static loading test, but it is difficult to produce a small testing device because a large loading device is required. Therefore, there is a problem that it is not used for an anchor which is a structure smaller than a pile and cannot be used for a test in a tensile direction.
[0008]
Therefore, the main problem of the present invention is to adopt a rapid loading test method as an anchor loading test, which is excellent in the speed and economy of the test and can easily grasp the performance of the anchor and It is to provide such a device.

[0013]
(Function and effect)
In the present invention, the rapid loading test method is adopted as a ground anchor loading test, so there is no long test time and troublesome test compared to the static loading test, and the construction cost is also cheap accordingly. is there.
[0014]
Moreover, in the rapid loading test, it is necessary to lengthen the loading time in order to obtain a behavior close to that of the static loading test. In the present invention, however, the anchor free length portion of the ground anchor to be measured is used as an impact buffering means. Therefore, large-scale devices such as combustion pistons, cylinders, reaction masses, etc. for static tests are not required.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described separately for an analysis method, a test apparatus, and a test method.
<Analysis method>
In order to deepen the understanding of the present invention, a ground anchor rapid loading test analysis method will be described in advance.
[0027]
The rapid loading test method for a ground anchor according to the present invention is a test method for confirming the properties of an anchor by applying a rapid loading in the tensile direction to the anchor head of the ground anchor. This test method uses static resistance (R w ) Component and dynamic resistance (R v ) Dynamic resistance (R v ) Is used to derive a static resistance equivalent to that obtained in a static loading test. The rapid loading test is used in the vertical loading test of piles, and the basic theory is the same as that for anchors. However, as described in detail below, in the case of anchors and piles, the structures, stress mechanisms, and loading methods are different.
[0028]
In the case of the rapid loading test of piles, the relationship between static pile head load and displacement is estimated from the test results. The main analysis methods for this purpose include the simple interpretation method and the one-mass system model method (unloading). Point method), one-dimensional wave analysis method, and FEM analysis method. Of these analysis methods, there are many methods (unloading point methods) using a one-mass system model because they can be performed by relatively simple calculations and can be performed regardless of the skill level of analysts in use. As the principle of the method based on the one mass point system model (unloading point method), as shown in Fig. 1, the pile is assumed to be a one mass point type rigid body, and the motion of a one degree of freedom system with mass, dashpot and spring To analyze. The feature is that the static resistance force can be estimated by separating the load acting on the pile head into inertial resistance, static resistance, and dynamic resistance.
[0029]
As shown in Fig. 1, in the analysis model of a single mass system in the case of a pile, the applied load (F rapid ) Static resistance of the ground (R w ) And ground dynamic resistance (R v ) And pile inertia resistance (R) a ) And the total. Of these, ground static resistance (R w ) Is the spring constant (K), while the ground dynamic resistance (R v ) Can be a damping resistance (C). Also, the inertia resistance of the pile (R a ) Can be replaced with Mα (α: acceleration) when the mass of the pile is M. An analysis model of a one-mass system in the case of this pile is expressed as a mathematical formula:
F rapid = R w + R v + R a ... (1)
here,
F rapid : Loaded load
R w : Static resistance of the ground
R v : Dynamic resistance of the ground
R a : Inertia resistance of pile (= Mα)
R soil : Total of static resistance of ground and dynamic resistance of ground
It becomes.
Here, the loading load (F rapid ), Ground resistance (R soil ), Inertia resistance of pile (R a ), Ground dynamic resistance (R v ) And static resistance (R w ).
[0030]
On the other hand, when a one-mass point analysis model is applied to the anchor, it is as shown in FIG. The difference from FIG. 1 is that a loading load is applied in the pulling direction, and that the pile is replaced with an anchor body. An analysis model of a one-mass system in the case of this anchor is expressed as
F rapid = R w + R v + R a ... (2)
F rapid = R soil + R a ... (2) '
here,
F rapid : Loaded load
R w : Static resistance of the ground
R v : Dynamic resistance of the ground
R a : Inertia resistance of anchor body (= Mα)
R soil : Total of static resistance of ground and dynamic resistance of ground
It becomes.
Here, what is different from the case of a pile is that a loading load is applied in the tension direction and that the pile is replaced with an anchor body. However, since the anchor body itself can be assumed to be a rigid body like the pile, the displacement of the anchor free length part excluding the spring component can be analyzed in the same manner as the pile.
[0031]
Specifically, by applying an impact load to the anchor head, the anchor free length portion of the ground anchor is used as a spring, and a rapid load load of about 0.1 to several seconds is applied to the anchor body. Alternatively, a rapid loading load is applied to the anchor head, and the rapid loading is transmitted to the anchor body. And the inertial resistance (R a ), Ground dynamic resistance (R v ) Static resistance (R w ). As a result, the relationship between the static load applied to the anchor and the displacement can be estimated.
[0032]
<Test equipment>
An anchor rapid loading test apparatus according to the present invention will be described. The rapid loading test device includes an impact loading device that applies an impact loading to the anchor head, a means for measuring load, displacement, speed, and acceleration data at the time of loading, and, in a predetermined case, a rapid loading of the impact loading. A shock absorbing means for conversion is provided. These are described in detail below.
[0033]
First, as a loading device according to the present invention, a device that uses a gas pressure due to the combustion of explosives, a device that uses an expansion pressure of compressed air, and a compressed elastic body (for example, a spring) are used as in the static test. The thing using an elastic force, the thing using the lift force by the hydraulic pressure which employ | adopted the high discharge type hydraulic unit, etc. can be considered. Among these, the one using the elastic force of the elastic body and the one using the lift by the hydraulic pressure adopting the high discharge type hydraulic unit can easily manage the size of the load and can be downsized. It is preferable as a loading device. By using these, the test work efficiency is improved as compared with the static loading test, so that it is possible to perform rapid or impact loading that is simple, quick and accurate.
[0034]
Here, the loading device employing the high discharge hydraulic unit can be used as a rapid loading device because the loading time is about 0.1 to several seconds.
[0035]
On the other hand, the loading device provided with the compressed elastic body can be used as an impact loading device because the loading time is less than 0.1 seconds, that is, impact loading.
[0036]
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a rapid loading apparatus that employs a high discharge hydraulic unit as the loading apparatus will be described first.

【Example】
The rapid loading test and the static loading test were performed under the same conditions in order to confirm that the rapid loading test at the ground anchor can be evaluated in the same manner as the static loading test of the repeated loading method.
[0076]
(Loading device)
The following devices were used as the rapid loading device for the rapid loading test. The loading device is a system in which a hydraulic control device is added to the anchor tension jack system as shown in FIG. This apparatus is characterized in that the hydraulic pressure on the feed side is detected by the
[0077]
The loading time in this apparatus depends on the discharge amount of the high discharge
[0078]
Here, as the main equipment, center hall jack (maximum tension force: 700kN, pressure receiving area: 104.7cm 2 ), High discharge type hydraulic unit (maximum discharge amount: 6.2 L / min, maximum pressure: 70.0 MPa), hydraulic control device (maximum set load: 100.0 MPa).
[0079]
On the other hand, the loading device for the static loading test is the same except for the hydraulic control device.
[0080]
(Measurement equipment and measurement items)
The following equipment was used as a measuring instrument for the rapid loading test in accordance with the Geotechnical Society standard “rapid loading test method for piles (JGS1815-2002)”.
[0081]
[Table 1]
[0082]
Here, as the measurement items in the rapid loading test, the loading load and the displacement amount of the anchor head were measured.
[0083]
On the other hand, the following equipment was used as the measuring equipment for the static loading test in accordance with the Geotechnical Society standard “Ground anchor design and construction standard, same explanation (JGS4101-2000)”.
[0084]
[Table 2]
[0085]
Here, as the measurement items in the static loading test, the loading load, the displacement amount of the anchor head, and the settlement amount of the reaction force pair were measured.
[0086]
(Test anchor body and loading method)
As the test anchor body, the same PC steel bar (D32) was used for both the rapid loading test and the static loading test. As the test anchor body length, la = 5.0 m was prepared, the anchor free length was lf = 1.0 m, and the anchor total length was L = 6.0 m.
[0087]
As a loading method, in the rapid loading test, one was loaded at a stretch to the assumed pulling load, while in the static loading test, the loading load was loaded by 20 kN until the test anchor body was pulled out.
[0088]
Although the anchor free length is lf = 1.0m and the length is relatively short, in this test, a high discharge hydraulic unit, which is a rapid loading device, is used as the loading device. Is no problem.
[0089]
Below, the loading method (test body 1) of a rapid loading test and the loading method (test body 2) of a static loading test are shown.
[0090]
[Table 3]
[0091]
(Ground condition, placement of test anchors)
Boring data is shown in FIG. 12 for the ground conditions for the rapid loading test and the static loading test. Regarding the placement of the test anchors, the distance between the anchor bodies was set to @ 2.0m because the anchor bodies do not influence each other if they are 2.0m or more away according to the Geotechnical Society standards.
[0092]
(Organization of test data)
The test data was organized according to the Geotechnical Society standards (ground anchor design / construction standards: JIS, rapid loading test method for piles: JGS1815-2002) for both rapid and static loading tests.
[0093]
After that, load-time diagram, displacement-time diagram, velocity-time diagram, acceleration-time diagram, and load-displacement amount are created based on each data of loading load, displacement, velocity and acceleration accumulated in computer. A curve was created.
[0094]
(Interpretation of test data)
This time, the test data was interpreted by the unloading point method in the single mass point model.
[0095]
Anchor body inertia resistance (R a FIG. 13 shows a load-displacement amount curve in the
[0096]
From Fig. 13 and formula (2), the loading load (F rapid ) To ground dynamic resistance (R v ) Is the static resistance of the ground (R w ). Also, the ground dynamic resistance (R v ) Can be expressed by the following equation.
R v = C · v (3)
here,
v: Speed
C: Damping constant
It is.
[0097]
In the Japan Geotechnical Society standards, the damping constant C is defined by the unloading point method. In the unloading point method, the loading load (F rapid The maximum displacement point of the displacement curve is called the unloading point. Since the speed v = 0 at the unloading point, the dynamic resistance of the ground (R v ) = 0 and the static resistance of the ground (R w ) = Ground resistance (R soil ). Therefore, the ground resistance (R soil ) Is the static maximum load (R w (max) ).
[0098]
Ground resistance (R soil ) Is the maximum value (R soil (max) ) R soil (max) And R w (max) The difference in ground dynamic resistance (R v )it is conceivable that. From this, the following equation is obtained.
C = {R soil (max) −R w (max) } / V (4)
[0099]
Here, the load-displacement amount curve in the
[0100]
As can be seen from FIG. 14, ground resistance (R soil ), The inclination of the load / displacement amount changes remarkably in the vicinity of the loading load of 100 kN, and the inclination becomes gentle above the loading load of 100 kN. This indicates that it is an elastic region of the anchor body in the vicinity of the load load of 0 to 100 kN, and is a plastic region in the vicinity of the load load of 100 kN to 130 kN (limit value).
[0101]
Next, the load-displacement line of the
[0102]
By comparing FIG. 14 and FIG. 15, it can be seen that the correlation is very high when the results of the rapid loading test and the static loading test are compared. That is, the elastic region, the plastic region, and the limit value of the anchor body have almost the same value. Therefore, it was found that the rapid loading test at the ground anchor can perform the same evaluation as the static loading test of the repeated loading method.
[0103]
Therefore, in the static loading test of the repeated loading method, the test time took about 1 hour, but in the rapid loading test, the test time was completed in a few seconds to load up to a predetermined load at once. In the static loading test, it is necessary to completely destroy the anchor body to obtain the limit value, while in the rapid loading test, it is possible to obtain the limit value of the anchor body in a non-destructive state. It can be seen that the rapid loading test, which is excellent in speediness and economy and can easily grasp the performance of the anchor, has a greater advantage.
[0104]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the quick loading test having the advantage of being quicker and more economical than the static loading test is performed as the anchor loading test, and the anchor performance is easily and accurately grasped. be able to.
