Description
【0001】

[0009]
In addition, in order to avoid the occurrence of the above-mentioned problem, a countermeasure to install an unpainted fully-closed stopper may be considered, but there is a risk that the unpainted fully-closed stopper may be perceived as forgetting to paint, and it is compared with the color of the car body. And unnatural.
[0010]
An object of the present invention is to improve the appearance quality in a trunk room.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the invention according to claim 1 is directed to a lower bracket attached to the left and right sides of the trunk room opening, and a lower surface of the trunk lid for covering the trunk room opening so as to face the lower bracket. The upper bracket is attached to the front bracket, both ends are pivotably attached to the lower bracket and the upper bracket, the front link connecting the lower bracket and the upper bracket, and both ends pivot to the lower bracket and the upper bracket. The lower link and the upper bracket are connected freely, and the rear link is disposed on the rear side of the front link along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body. When the trunk lid is fully opened, the front link and the rear link are substantially omitted. Facing up and down, the trunk In the trunk lid opening / closing device in which the front link and the rear link gradually fall down to the front side of the vehicle body in accordance with the closing operation of the lid, when the front link falls to the front side of the vehicle body A fully closed stopper made of an elastic body is provided at the side end located on the lower side, and a cut portion that is lower than the other portions is formed at the front portion of the lower bracket. A predetermined abutting portion whose height can be adjusted in the vertical direction is provided at a position corresponding to the closing stopper, and when the trunk lid is fully closed, the fully closing stopper is directed downward along with the movement of the front link, and It abuts on the predetermined abutting portion.
[0012]
According to the above configuration, the contact surface of the fully closed stopper is always directed to the opposite side as viewed from the person who opens and closes the trunk lid, so that paint peeling or paint cracking occurs on the contact surface of the fully closed stopper. Even if it does, it does not stand out and the appearance quality in the trunk room improves.
In other words, the front link faces substantially vertically when the trunk lid is fully open, and gradually falls to the front of the vehicle body as the trunk lid closes, so when the front link falls to the front of the vehicle body, If a fully-closed stopper is provided at the position of the side end, the contact surface of the fully-closed stopper faces toward the front of the vehicle body when the trunk lid is fully opened, and faces downward when the trunk lid is fully closed. The contact surface of the fully closed stopper faces obliquely downward on the front side of the vehicle body when the trunk lid is shifted from fully open to fully closed or when fully closed to fully open. As a result, the abutment surface of the fully-closed stopper is not visible to anyone who opens and closes the trunk lid, and even if paint abrading or cracking occurs on the abutment surface, it does not stand out, and the appearance quality inside the trunk room Will improve.
Further, by adjusting the height of the predetermined contact portion provided on the lower bracket, the fully closed stopper can be brought into contact with the predetermined contact portion accurately when the trunk lid is fully closed.
In addition, a cut portion that is lower than the other portions is formed at the front portion of the lower bracket, and a predetermined contact portion is provided at a location corresponding to the fully closed stopper in the cut portion. The contact portion is hidden by the lower bracket body, and even if there is a problem such as paint peeling at the predetermined contact portion, it becomes inconspicuous.
[0015]
The invention according to
[0016]
When the trunk lid is fully closed, the front link falls to the front side of the vehicle and overlaps the upper bracket. However, if the fully closed stopper is positioned between the two connecting points, the front link and the upper bracket It is possible to provide a fully-closed stopper at the front link side end portion without widening the distance between the front link side and the vehicle body.
[0017]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the second aspect , the fully closed stopper is located below the two connecting points.
[0018]
Since the fully closed stopper absorbs an impact when it comes into contact with a predetermined contact portion of the lower bracket, it needs to be larger than a certain size capable of absorbing the impact. If the fully closed stopper having a certain size or larger is positioned below the two connecting points, the fully closed stopper can be connected to the front link and the upper bracket in the trunk lid opening / closing operation. Since the points do not overlap with each other in the vehicle width direction, it is not necessary to widen the distance between the front link and the upper bracket in the vehicle width direction, and the entire trunk lid opening / closing device is made compact.
[0025]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect, among the two side end portions of the rear link, a full-open stopper is provided at a side end portion located on the lower side when the rear link falls to the vehicle body front side. The fully open stopper is in contact with a predetermined contact portion of the upper bracket when the trunk lid is fully opened, and a connection point between the upper bracket and the front link, and a connection between the upper bracket and the rear link. It is characterized by being located between points.
[0026]
When the trunk lid is fully open, the rear link rises substantially vertically and overlaps the upper bracket, but if the fully open stopper is positioned between the two connecting points, the distance between the rear link and the upper bracket It is possible to provide a fully open stopper at the rear link side end without expanding the width in the vehicle body width direction.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the contact surface of the fully closed stopper is always directed to the opposite side when viewed from the person who opens and closes the trunk lid. Even if paint peeling or paint cracking occurs on the abutment surface, it is not very noticeable and the appearance quality in the trunk room is improved.
Further, by adjusting the height of the predetermined contact portion of the lower bracket, the fully closed stopper can be brought into contact with the predetermined contact portion accurately when the trunk lid is fully closed.
In addition, a cut portion that is lower than the other portions is formed at the front portion of the lower bracket, and a predetermined contact portion is provided at a location corresponding to the fully closed stopper in the cut portion. The contact portion is hidden by the lower bracket body, and even if there is a defect such as paint peeling at the predetermined contact portion, the contact portion becomes completely inconspicuous.
[0055]
According to the invention described in
[0056]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, since it is not necessary to widen the distance between the front link and the upper bracket in the vehicle body width direction, the entire trunk lid opening / closing device is made compact.
[0060]
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, it is possible to provide the fully open stopper at the rear link side end portion without increasing the distance between the rear link and the upper bracket in the vehicle body width direction.
