【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、チャイルドシートの着脱を短時間で容易に行うことができ、かつ見栄えも優れているチャイルドシートを取り付け可能な車両用シートに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来から、自動車のシートにチャイルドシートを取り付ける方法としては、別体のチャイルドシートをシートベルトを利用して固定する方法が一般的である。しかし、この場合にはシートベルトの取りまわしが煩雑でチャイルドシートの着脱作業に長時間要するものであった。また、例えば実開平４−３５９３１号公報にあるように、チャイルドシートに設けた係合部をシートフレームに固定するタイプのものもあるが、この場合には車種毎の特別構造のものが多く自動車を買い換えた場合には取り付けることができなかったり、取り付けたとしても十分な安全性を確保することができないものであった。

一方、我が国においても２０００年４月よりチャイルドシートの装着が義務化されることとなった。また、チャイルドシートの装着の国際基準（ＩＳＯ）があるが、この基準によれば、チャイルドシートに設けたフックをシート裏面側にあるストライカに係合して固定する構造であり、あらゆるタイプの自動車に対しても適用することができるとともに、自動車を買い換えたとしても安定した取付状態を保持できるものとなっている。ところが、前記ストライカの位置はシートの裏面側にあって表面からは見えない構造となっており、このためチャイルドシートを位置決めするのに時間を要するという問題点があった。また更には、チャイルドシート取り付けの際にアダプタを介する構造であるが、シートクッションとシートバックの合わせ部は干渉設計されているのが普通であり、該干渉部分に前記アダプタを装着するのは難しいという問題点もあった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は上記のような問題点を解決して、シートの裏面側にあるにもかかわらずストライカの位置を即座に判別することができてチャイルドシートの着脱作業を短時間で容易に行うことができ、しかもチャイルドシートを取り付けていない場合においては見栄えのよいシートとして使用に供することができるチャイルドシートを取り付け可能な車両用シートを提供することを目的として完成されたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の課題を解決するためになされた本発明のチャイルドシートを取り付け可能な車両用シートは、チャイルドシートの裏面に設けた係合部材をシートクッションとシートバックの合わせ目からシート本体の裏面側に突出させ、この突出した係合部材を固定用ストライカーに係合させて座席上にチャイルドシートを固定するようにしたチャイルドシートを取り付け可能な車両用シートであって、前記シートクッションとシートバックの合わせ部に位置する係合部材の挿通部には、他の部分と硬度の異なる識別用パッドが埋設してあることを特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に、図面を参照しつつ本発明の好ましい実施の形態を示す。
図面は、本発明を自動車用のリヤシートに適用した場合を示すものであって、図中１はシートクッション１ａとシートバック１ｂとからなるシート本体、２は該シート本体１を覆う表皮材であり、基本的には従来のシートと同じものである。また、１０はチャイルドシートを示し、クッション部１０ａとバック部１０ｂからなる点は基本的に従来のものと同じであるが、国際基準（ＩＳＯ）に対応して裏面側の下端コーナ部には係合部材１１が設けられている。
なお、国際基準に対応してボディフロア２０には、前記係合部材１１と係合してチャイルドシート１０を固定するための固定用ストライカー２１が設けられている。

そして本発明では、前記シートクッション１ａとシートバック１ｂの合わせ部に位置する前記係合部材１１の挿通部に、他の部分と硬度の異なる識別用パッド３が埋設してある点に特徴的構成を有する。
即ち、チャイルドシート１０をセットするため、その裏面に設けられた係合部材１１を固定用ストライカー２１に係合させるが、該固定用ストライカー２１はシート本体１の裏面側にあって表面からは全く見ることができないものであり、両者の結合は非常に難しいものであったのに対し、本発明では硬度の異なる識別用パッド３が埋設されているため、シートを表面側からなぞって異硬度の識別用パッド３の位置を正確に探り当てることができ、この部分に係合部材１１を挿通させれば裏面側にある固定用ストライカー２１に確実に係合させることができることとなる。

前記識別用パッド３は、シートを形成しているのと同じウレタンフォームで形成することができるが、シートクッション１ａの硬度は半径１０cmの円板で通常１４〜２０kg、シートバック１ｂの硬度は８〜１０kgであり、手の感触でこれらと識別できるよう±１０％程度以上の硬度差をつけるようにすればよい。
具体的には、識別用パッド３を他の部分より低密度なものとして感触的に軟らかいものとすることが好ましく、この場合は後述するように、干渉設計されているシートの合わせ部の干渉力が小さくなって係合部材１１の挿通が容易となるという利点がある。

また、識別用パッド３を他の部分より低反発のものとすることで、前記係合部材１１の挿通をより容易なものとしチャイルドシートの着脱作業の迅速化を図ったり、あるいは識別用パッド３を他の部分より高反発のものとして、チャイルドシート１０を取り付けていない場合における識別用パッド３の復元力を高め見栄えを向上させることもできる。

なお前記識別用パッド３は、図３に示されるように、シート本体１側に形成した嵌め込み用凹部４内に接着剤で貼り付けるが、その他、シート成形時において同時に一体発泡成形することもできる。また、識別用パッド３はシートクッション１ａとシートバック１ｂの双方に設ける他、シートクッション１ａおよびシートバック１ｂのいずれか一方にだけ埋設したものとすることもできる。

このように構成したものは、図１に示されるように、チャイルドシート１０の装着に先立ちアダプタ１２を先ずシートクッション１ａとシートバック１ｂの合わせ部に位置する係合部材１１の挿通部に差し込み、次いで、このアダプタ１２内にチャイルドシート１０の裏面に設けた係合部材１１を案内し、該係合部材１１を固定用ストライカー２１に係合させて座席上にチャイルドシート１０を固定するものである。この場合、本発明では前記シートクッション１ａとシートバック１ｂの合わせ部に位置する前記係合部材１１の挿通部に、他の部分と硬度の異なる識別用パッド３が埋設してあるため、固定用ストライカー２１がシート本体１の裏面側にあって表面からは全く見ることができないものであるにもかかわらず、シートを表面側からなぞって異硬度の識別用パッド３の位置を正確に探り当てることができるので、この部分にアダプタ１２を挿通させれば係合部材１１を裏面側にある固定用ストライカー２１に確実かつ短時間に係合させることができることとなる。
また、識別用パッド３を他の部分より低反発のものとした場合は、前記係合部材１１の挿通をより容易なものとしチャイルドシートの着脱作業の迅速化を図ることができることとなり、更には識別用パッド３を他の部分より高反発のものとした場合は、チャイルドシート１０を取り付けていない場合における識別用パッド３の復元力が高まり外観品質を向上させることとなる。

【発明の効果】
本発明は以上の説明によっても明らかなように、シートの裏面側にあるにもかかわらずストライカの位置を即座に判別することができてチャイルドシートの着脱作業を短時間で容易に行うことができ、しかもチャイルドシートを取り付けていない場合においては見栄えのよいシートとして使用に供することができるものである。
よって本発明は従来の問題点を一掃したチャイルドシートを取り付け可能な車両用シートとして、産業の発展に寄与するところは極めて大である。
