本発明は、睫毛に癖付けを行うための睫毛成形具に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来の睫毛成形具は、特開平10−192037号公報に記載のようにブラシ部104の上面に、幅方向中央部に1本の発熱体114が縦に配列されており、発熱体114がブラシ部104の幅方向端面より離れているため、睫毛根元を睫発熱体114に接触させることができず、その結果、睫毛根元を加熱できず、睫毛根元の成形をすることができなかった。また発熱体114への個々の睫毛の接触は一点でしか接触していないため、睫毛への伝熱効率が低かった。そして、この伝熱効率の低さを補うために発熱体114の温度は高く設定されるが、睫毛の一部が局所的に加熱成形されるだけで、睫毛全体の成形は困難であった。

本発明は、上記の点に鑑みて為されたものであり、その目的とするところは伝熱効率を向上させ、発熱体から成る睫毛加熱部を低い温度に設定しても睫毛の根元から先端までを容易に成形することが可能な睫毛成形具を提供することにある。

本発明の請求項1に係る睫毛成形具は、睫毛加熱部1を睫毛成形部2の上面に配設した睫毛成形具において、睫毛と接触して睫毛を加熱する睫毛加熱部1が睫毛成形部2の上面に、睫毛成形部2の長手方向に沿って2列に配設され、睫毛成形部2の上面に睫毛加熱部1の側部及び上方を覆う複数の突起部7が間隔をおいて立設されていることを特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の形態を図1乃至図8に基づいて説明する。

本発明の参考例の睫毛成形具の実施の形態を図1乃至図4に示す。本睫毛成形具は発熱体からなる睫毛加熱部1を有する睫毛成形部2と、ハンドル部3と、これらを連結する連結部4から構成される。ハンドル部3内には電池が内蔵され、ハンドル部3の外面に設置されたスイッチ5によって睫毛成形部2に配設した睫毛加熱部1と通電可能となっている。

睫毛成形部2は睫毛加熱部保持枠6にて形成され、その上面に睫毛加熱部1が睫毛成形部2の長手方向に沿って2列に配列保持されている。このように睫毛加熱部1を配置することで、睫毛が2列に配列された睫毛加熱部1と二点で接触し、伝熱効率を高くすることができる。更にはこの2列の睫毛加熱部1を各々、睫毛加熱部保持枠6の幅方向端部近傍に配することで、睫毛根元に睫毛加熱部1を接触させることができ、睫毛の成形が睫毛根元から可能となるとともに、睫毛を広範囲に加熱できるので、睫毛全体の成形を容易に行うことができる。尚、睫毛に効率良く伝熱するために睫毛加熱部1の、睫毛加熱部保持枠6の上面からの突出量を1mm内外とすると良い。また2列の睫毛加熱部1は各々、睫毛加熱部保持枠6の幅方向端面より1〜2mm程度の位置に配するのが良い。そして更に睫毛成形時、睫毛加熱部1を使用者の皮膚及び眼球から一定の距離離して位置させるために、睫毛加熱部1の側部及び上方を覆うように円弧状の突起部7が一定間隔をおいて立設してある。この突起部7の外周部は睫毛加熱部1より1〜3mm程度離して位置させ、突起部7は2〜4mm程度の間隔で配する。この突起部7によって睫毛の毛流れを整えることもできる。

次に本発明の他の参考例の睫毛成形具の実施の形態を図5に示す。図5では1本の睫毛加熱部11が睫毛成形部2の先端部で折返して形成され、睫毛加熱部保持枠6に保持されている。このような構成とすることで、前述の睫毛成形具と同じ効果を奏するととともに、前述の睫毛成形具と比べて、睫毛加熱部が1本のため、構造を簡素化、小型化することが可能となり、コスト低減も図れる。

次に本発明に係る睫毛成形具の実施の形態を図6乃至図8に示す。睫毛加熱部A21とスイッチ5との間に温度上昇用スイッチA23と抵抗R1を並列で接続し、且つ睫毛加熱部B22とスイッチ5との間に温度上昇用スイッチB23と抵抗R2を並列で接続することにより、温度上昇用スイッチA23を押下した時のみ、睫毛加熱部A21に流れる電流を増大させ、睫毛加熱部A21の温度を一時的に上昇させることができ、温度上昇用スイッチB24を押下した時のみ、睫毛加熱部B22に流れる電流を増大させ、睫毛加熱部B22の温度を一時的に上昇させることができる。尚、温度上昇用スイッチA23及び温度上昇用スイッチB24はハンドル部3の上面側にスイッチ5に近接させて配設してある。このような構成とすることで、睫毛成形時に、加熱する側の睫毛に応じて、睫毛の根元から遠い側の睫毛加熱部の温度を選択的に一時的に上昇させて、睫毛先端部を迅速に加熱することができ、睫毛先端部のカールを容易に行うことができる。

【発明の効果】
本発明の請求項1に記載の発明にあっては、睫毛加熱部を睫毛成形部の上面に配設した睫毛成形具において、睫毛と接触して睫毛を加熱する睫毛加熱部が睫毛成形部の上面に、睫毛成形部の長手方向に沿って2列に配設され、睫毛成形部の上面に睫毛加熱部の側部及び上方を覆う複数の突起部が間隔をおいて立設されていることで、睫毛が2列に配列された睫毛加熱部と二点で接触するので伝熱効率を高くすることができ、更には2列の睫毛加熱部を睫毛成形部の幅方向両端近傍に配することで、睫毛根元に睫毛加熱部を接触させることができ、睫毛の成形が睫毛根元から可能となるとともに、睫毛を広範囲に加熱できるので、睫毛全体の成形が容易となり、また、突起部により睫毛成形時、睫毛加熱部を使用者の皮膚及び眼球から一定の距離離して位置させることができると共にこの突起部によって睫毛の毛流れを整えることもできる。
